I had done blood work about two months ago with my doctor in Idaho, my blood iron saturation was critically low so I started taking iron supplements, and then recently moved to Vegas causing me to need a new doctor. I went to Kathleen because of the good reviews but I got the opposite of helpful. I told her that I had been extremely fatigued lately, had just finished taking iron supplements, and needed to do follow-up blood work to see if the levels had improved. She said okay ordered new labs and said she would call me with the results. Over two weeks later I received no call, so I called them myself to follow up. I called, and they said they didn’t do any iron or iron-saturation labs; instead, it was just the typical labs like cholesterol, triglycerides, etc. I frustratedly explained the whole reason I went into her office for an appointment was for fatigue, they said they’d call me back and see why the labs ordered weren’t for that. No callback, so I called myself at least 4 times. No answer, no call back nothing. Angered and frustrated is an understatement. I made a different appointment with a different doctor because that’s just unbelievably unprofessional and I don’t feel like wasting my time any further on Dr cansler. If all that wasn’t bad enough for you not to want to book with her, my appointment was at 9 am, i didn’t see her till 11 am.

Dr Cansler and her staff are among, if not the best in the field. I ALWAYS feel welcomed when I go in to see her. They've taken care of me and my medical issues with the utmost respect! She/they don't make me feel unwelcomed or make me feel like a liar. They are hands down the best Dr/Dr's office I have ever been to. I hope she sticks around another 10/20 yrs here in Las Vegas! Dr.Kathleen C. Cansler is an amazing doctor. I needed a different medical opinion and I contacted her Office. An appointment was set up and I went in for a thorough annual medical exam. Even though nothing was serious with my health, her lab technician did a detailed job in providing all the information I needed. When my lab results came back, Dr. Kathleen explained everything in detail. Engaging with the patient is very important and this doctor does that very well. She will listen and answer each and any question you ask about your health.

My husband Jeronimo Vallejo goes to Dr Cansler and she is such a professional Doctor. Listens to her patients, pays very close attention and always is pleasant and makes them feel comfortable. Dr. canscler is extremely proficient and thorough, passionately empathetic To her patients needs. Most of all, she is down to earth and just a really nice person I’m glad to have her as my doctor. The staff, is also extremely proficient and diligent in their tasks.. with Liz heading up the front desk as nice as can be and Tatiana and assistant to the doctor extremely talented they all come together and satisfies the patient’s needs.

Dr. Cansler, she was my doctor for over 6 years and she always kind and very easy to talk too she was the only doctor to really take the time to listen to me and she always tried to help me i really miss her as my doctor i moved back to CA, but i plan to move back by next year and i will be returning to her miss her too

Horrible! The staff is very disorganized and extremely unprofessional! They do not care about you any further than the door. As soon as you leave you do not exist to them. I have tried for two weeks to fill a prescription including finally going in for an office visit. Nothing was accomplished by going in. When I left they were "calling in" my prescription. I received a message last night saying that the pharmacy phone was busy so she didn't call it in. WHAT? The phone was busy. Oh well. This gets worse! I called in and spoke to the receptionist just now. I explained it to her. She placed on hold. After 15 minutes she came back and I said that she put me on hold. She said "Oh" and put me back on hold. I waited another 15 minutes and called using a different phone. She literally said "I went back to tell them and no one was there so it's not my problem. ". Two weeks trying to get a refill. Do NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

This doctor's office is the worst place I have ever been to.the front desk lady has no idea what she doing and she even told me let's be honest am always in the back of the room how much is your copays. Am very disappointed with the service I received and the doctor didn't empress me either .she didn't meet my expectations. I would give it 0 star if I could.

She is the worst doctor I ever encountered, her stuff is ridiculously clueless !! I went back to discuss my blood work results from two weeks a go and she want me to remember what my copayment was .i told her I don't remember and she wasn't willing to find out through my insurance .her solution was for me to pay 50 dollars since she doesn't know it either....that is just BS the doctor said the same thing.i just walked out and will never return. I suggest you don't...you will be more than disappointed!!

This has to be the most unprofessional medical staff I have ever seen. From being rude to patients, to yelling at one another across the office, to wearing sweatpants, sandals and graphic tees to work. What?? I do not recommend this medical office to anyone. And I will not be returning for any medical reason.

Dr. Cansler is a qualified doctor as far as I know for I am not one, however my problem is not with her ability to diagnose but more with the office management and wait time. I have made appointments only to show up and have the front desk say there is no appointment for me when documentation showing otherwise is in hand and I am forced to wait as a walk in. I have waited for more than an hour in one of the back rooms when I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. She along with all physicians should make us wait no more than the allotted time we have to be late to an appointment without having to reschedule, which is about 15-20 minutes maximum. I finally walked out and no one even noticed. We all pay for services and would not wait over an hour for a table at a restaurant when a reservation or appointment was made two months in advance, so why should I expect to wait for a doctor that long when face times with the doctors are usually 5-10 minutes. Organize, simplify, and modernize your office and staff.

This dr is probly one of the better dr.s she truly caring and respectful does not matter what social or financial status u get the same respect n care she wont leave until u completely understand ur diag.and treatment which can take a long time which is the only negitive part to this office is the wait time i have been their as much as three hours which is the price you have sacrifice for complete understanding of your treatment and caring respectful treatment from the staff in general which the majority of offices in this town is seriously lacking

It's fantastic here she actually gives me what I need not like all other docs' they dont believe me i would have all the patience and everything even wait a few months but nada. But Dr. Cansler believed me I love her for that and for treating me for my pain.
