yet another edit even tho this place doesnt care about my life: like i said before, this place made me completely lose all hope of getting help. im still bed bound with migraines, focal seizures, & eye pains. no help thanks to them. today i have a rheumatologist appt that i have to cancel bc im too sick to get out of bed safely, and whats the point when you have doctors like this place that give medical trauma by not helping you at all. thanks for making me lose all hope & for pushing me past the point of no return.
edit: since no one cares, i thought id add what my eye ball looks like right now, no help given. added bloodshot painful picture from lastnight.
I would give zero stars since this place let my papilledema go on and my black spots in my field of visions test continue to get worse, stretched me put into 3 visits across 10 months. with no referral to a neuro opthalomologist which is what i went here for. this doctor acted nice but required me to have an mri “before she would write me that referral” but here is the kicker…wouldnt order me an mri. I asked twice. since she was requiring an mri. instead she already knew my neurologist had wrote me an mri order, but my insurance denied it, so she just let me suffer all this time doing nothing. I said it would help ME fight MY INSURANCE if another doctor wrote me an order for an mri too with papilledema as the reason… (note: i would do the fighting) she ignored me and added more hoops for me to jump thru. My last visit her conclusion was i should go to my regular eye doctor & get a new prescription :) super helpful. thats actually who referred me to YOU 11 months ago. no crap my eyesight got worse after 11 months???? “extremely swollen optic nerves aka papilledema” on all my eye exams and pictures. thank you for being useless and letting me stay bed bound, im so glad i wasted my time. I wouldve actually paid you TRIPLE if you made me not have to get a driver & get my bed bound chronically ill body to your useless clinic. All i can say is i hope all the people who ignored my emails and didnt do their job here, get treated exactly how they deserve at their doctor appointments. I hope you all get stretched out and given the run around and ignored as you deteriorate. I hope u remember me as you get sicker and sicker. Know that you could have made a difference in someones life by writing two pieces of paper (an mri order OR A NEURO OPTH REFERRAL) but instead chose to take my money & my last ounce of will to live. I have given up after this, i will not be putting forth the effort to go to anymore appts i hope i die quickly bc i cannot go thru another dr appt where they do nothing. i know im dying soon. thanks so much for nothing. truly i wouldve given u 2000 to not make me come to follow ups where u had no intention of helping. Retire. your patients need it.

A great find for me ! She is my Hero and I can’t say enough good things about her. She made me see clearly once again after ANOTHER Doctor performed cataract surgery on me. My eyes were never the same after that procedure until I found Dr Libby Kristal

Everyone at my appointment this week was very kind and professional. Dr. Kristal never rushes you out and takes plenty of time with her patients. She was very thorough in my eye exam; really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Her terrific sense of humor is a wonderful bonus! I have been her patient for many years and consider her top notch!

The testing I had to take before I saw the doctor went pretty fast, but had to wait a bit before seeing the doctor. It was the first time I saw Dr Kristal & felt she was very thorough. She was friendly & I felt comfortable with her. I am scheduled to see her next visit.

I saw Dr Kristal because I had injured my eyelid and required emergency surgery. I cannot say enough about her! I immediately felt at ease as she explained the procedure that she was about to perform on me. She was extremely thorough in her work… even checked on me several times post surgery with a call or text. I would highly recommend this fine surgeon and wonderful woman to my closest family & friends.
