Dr. Metzger has been my mom's primary care physician for over 20 years. She is kind, patient, informative, and has a great sense of humor. We've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Her staff members are wonderfully caring and an asset to the practice.

In these days of 'stacked appoints and multiple delays to be seen", her office practices and true empathy are a breath if fresh air. If you are looking for personal attention from someone who is focused on you and takes their time when you are there, then Dr. Metzger is the right doctor for you.

Don't know what I would do without my WONDERFUL Dr. Metzger !! She was with us every step of the way when my husband Bill was dying of cancer. Not only do I ADORE Dr. Metzger but her staff is beyond reproach - Kind- Caring and Loving - they are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST !! Dr. Metzger makes you feel like you are her ONLY patient and gets right on a health problem without any hesitation !! She truly cares about you and whatever is bothering you - with absolute determination to get you feeling better !! I suffer with clinical depression and went through some tough times in 2008 - the Dr. got me on just the right medications - or- I wouldn't be writing this review today !!!!! I have been with Dr. Metzger for a very long time and well before she was with MDVIP. She is very attentive, listens to all of your concerns and addresses them as needed. She has always spent adequate time with me and I never feel rushed as I do with many other doctors. It is very evident that she cares about you not only as a patient, but as a person.

Dr Metzger has been our family physician since before she became a concierge doctor. We feel completely safe in her care. She goes the distant in making sure you understand everything about your health. She gives all the time needed. She answers all your questions with patience and kindness. We couldn’t have found a better doctor.

Dr. Metzger and her staff are awesome. She’s very thorough with her testing and refers me to extremely good specialists when needed. I’ve had to call in for various issues and she or her staff respond quickly and I normally have whatever I needed within a matter of a couple hours. Most important is that the few times I’ve had issues with my diabetes after office hours and called her, Dr. Metzger has answered the phone and walked me through whatever I had to do. She also followed up the following day depending on the issue. I love the fact she has time to talk with me about any health issues during my appointments and isn’t rushing out the door for another patient. Well worth the MDVIP annual fee to have her as my doctor. The only negative thing I have to say is she’s a Yankee fan. Needless to say, I am not.

Doctor Metzger and staff go above and beyond the norm to get and keep us healthy. Going to the office is pleasant with very minimal waiting. Dr M takes as much time as necessary to talk/ask questions to come to an informed conclusion. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door.

I have used the services of Dr. Metzger for 8+ years. I find her caring and interested my my medical condition as well as me as an individual. I was paying Dr. Metzger $1650 a year for what was suppose to be specialized care. My last scheduled appointment she called in sick. The time before that when I needed her she took off that day. I ended up going to the Quick Care Dr. Instead of getting specialized care the last two times I needed to see her I got NO care.

I have been a patient of Dr. "Doc" Metzger since the day she opened her doors here in Las Vegas. That's going back a bit; almost 25 + years! I feel so fortunate to have her as my physician that I will do whatever is necessary to KEEP HER as my physician. She is top-notch and probably one of the most compassionate and thorough physician one could hope for. Today's environment for a family physician is not favorable; gone are the days when one could open their own practice and treat patients as they come in. It is a BUSINESS first and foremost and the reason we see GROUP Practices. No thank you! I like getting the attention and care from Doc in her own practice. I am so pleased with the service and staff at Doc's place in Henderson. Yes. It is a concierge set-up but I do not begrudge Doc having that one bit. I can call her for any reason at any hour and I can get in to see her when I need to. She is the BEST of Las Vegas bar none. She probably doesn't hear this enough but "Thanks, Doc."
