My daughter started seeing Dr Barber after birth. Last year I expressed concerns about the raised red patterns on my daughters tongue he barely looked and dismissed my concern fast fwd to today I saw her new Dr for the first time immediately she diagnosed her with geographic tongue and told me combined with her lower weight she needs blood work to test for leukemia. I am livid that Dr Barber didn't even address my concerns with her weight and tongue he said it was all normal now my daughter could have leukemia that has been untreated. I don't believe she's sick but my point is if it was a sign of cancer he should have ordered blood work. He was never personal just in and out like business and that was okay with me I still liked him until finding this out today.

I am so blessed have Dr Marcus Barber as my son Dr.... Dr Barber knows his clients very well... He make sure we know and understand everything that is needed to care for my child...His staff as well are pleasant nice and even concerning... They know we they need to step in to make things a little easier for us... thank u to the team at Southwest Medical... Dr Marcus Barber and team is awesome

Since my son's birth we experienced poor health management by other pediatricians. I am SO THANKFUL AND BLESSED to have Dr. Barber as my son's pediatrician. He has listened us and handled his special needs with a great care plan that made a world of difference and managed his condition by lessening his discomfort and pain where others did not even privide the correct diagnosis nor treatment. My son is now 6 months old and doing so much better.

I seen Dr. Barber when I was a kid. I have took my kids to see him and he is good. I wish he was still at the N. Nellis location as we miss him. I would recommended him because he actually listens to your questions and concerns unlike some doctors that just give you two seconds of their time. He cares.

He has been seeing my foster children and my children for more than 15 years. He listens to parent and child. He will send children to the emergency room if needed. My kids are not afraid of him and he is a great professional. Even his nurse, Lauren is great. I have yet to experience an issue with him or his staff.
