Doctor is not bad but staff keeps charging me twice. Spent weeks sending them documents, statements and documents from my insurance proving they were billing me twice and they refused to do anything about it.

In my opinion, Dr. Mario Pineiro is one of the most competent and knowledgeable health care professionals in Clark County. He and his amazing staff take ample time with each patient, answering all questions in a professional manner, never making the patient feel rushed. His office is welcoming and immaculate. I have recommended Dr. Pineiro to many friends and all have been very grateful. I will continue to highly recommend this physician to friends and family.

Dr. Penerio takes the time to listen to my needs. I haven't had any problems getting referrals for my specialist or discussing any of my health problems. His staff is fantastic, I leave a message and they get back to me pretty quickly and I am able to get appointments really easy especially if it is concerning. I like that he is to the point but we all know we as patients can be stubborn as well not always doing the right thing, so if he has a tough side at times, just take note he does care about his patients and wants us to take care of ourselves, he can only do so much and the rest is up to us to get better. Thank you Dr. Penerio and Staff for being amazing. I would recommend to friends and family.

This “doctor” refills prescriptions without even seeing the patient for over a year what kind of doctor gives Rx without proper management. He is also very arrogant I DO NOT RECOMMEND! him. Also his office opens at 9:30am but they don’t open the doors until 9:50am or later extremely unprofessional.

Before Covid, this office was great but now it is one of the worst doctors offices I've ever dealt with. It's not the doctor himself, but his staff. They do not answer phones, don't return calls, don't send referrals, and now don't even refer you-- you have to do it yourself! Save your health and go elsewhere. I'll be finding a new doctor asap.

Dr Piñero is very dedicated to get to know his patients and help them as much as he can. He is my primary doctor and my mother's and when she was really sick . He went above and beyond to help her with her affliction! I'm very grateful and happy to have found such an amazing doctor! Moreover his staff is very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Mario is hands down the best doctor in town. Over the past 3 years my girlfriend and I have been in and out of countless doctors offices, from specialists to primary care, not one doctor has taken the time, interest and care that Dr. Pineiro does. As a new patient he took the time to read through three years of previous doctors visits, test results, etc. line by line with both of us - taking the time to explain everything and made sure we understood. He is very thorough and makes you feel heard. He designs a plan and makes sure you understand the course of treatment and what each next step is. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients and is not the typical doctor who flies in and out of the room while barely listening or paying attention to you.
