I am very disappointed. I was sent here by MEPS and told to get some extra exams...

When I was done I asked if I had to pay or was their something else. They said no.

I recently just came back from BS and AIT to find out past due bill. Like why not charge me when I was there? I barely had access to anything will I was training. They knew that I was going to be gone for months.
And now I received a letter saying that my bill is going to be sent to a collection agency!?
This is a dirty move. I asked your rude receptionist, was it to much to just get the payment in the moment instead of sending me a bill?
I am not expecting to be treated differently then any other civilian. Just do it right.

Dr. Lopez is wonderful with kids and very professional. Always kind and informative. My son has been going for a few years now. You’re seeing a specialist so expect some wait times but it’s worth the wait.

My daughter was referred here and the supervisor and his front desk employees are very rude, and actually seem mad to even have a job they where giving me a hard time than lying about the referral being sent over that my primer sent me to another doctor because they are that rude and careless. I wouldn’t referral them to anyone if anything go to Pearle Vision 230 N Nellis Blvd good attitude and willing to help everyone of all diversity. Very very nasty attitudes.

Dr Lopez is wonderful! He has taken care of both of our kids and is very thorough and explains everything to us. He’s also patient and kind to our kids and that means a lot!

So, my little one has been coming to see Dr Lopez since 2014! He is great and patient to the kids, very professional and well loved by not just my family but the families of other babies he gives the gift of sight too-

Tengo años llevando a mi bb y Tengo 1 horas con 15 minutos que me pusieron en espera y aún no contestan siempre es lo mismo igual con la citas y te mantiene. En el cuarto de espera casi 30 minutos ..otra el personal es pésimo..
la verdad malisimo …
Lo mejor será cambiarlo de doctor…

Se supone que uno viene con cita y llega uno temprano y como para que? Si te van a atender cuando ellos quieran...como es que alguien llega 30 minutos despues es atendida primero? El doctor es el mejor eso si lo tengo que decir...
