I made an appointment for my son 2 years ago, and was scheduled for 3 months out from the time I called. My son had just gotten out of the hospital and needed to get with an endocrinologist asap. I was able to get him into another endocrinologist right away so I cancelled that appointment. I am now unhappy with that Dr so in trying to make an appointment with Dr. Vernetti, I was told that I cannot make any appointments and it's there company policy not to accept my son as a patient since we cancelled his new patient appointment. They expect patients to wait months for appointments and then blacklist you if you cancel.

What a disaster! Very disappointing. Fooled by fake positive reviews. After waiting 4 months to get an appointment with Dr. Vernetti, I was seen by a “doctor-in-training”. He was rude and condescending. He kept asking me the same questions in different ways – like he did not believe my answers. Very strange. After 30 minutes of this I was annoyed. Also annoyed that I was given no explanation as to why he was there instead of Dr. Vernetti. PLUS FYI - No one in the office wore masks - and this is a huge medical building with lots of sick people. So I left. Big waste of time.

Dr. Vernetti is a wonderful doctor. He always shows a genuine concern about your health and well-being. He is very thorough and checks everything, goes over everything in detail, even any medication that you are taking if that has any side effects on your health. He listens to your concerns, has a very friendly attitude, is respectful, very knowledgable, professional, and a genuine human being. He is the first doctor ever who calls the patient himself if he finds any concern. I was surprised but the staff told me that he always does it due to a concern for his patients. I am blessed to have him as my endocrinologist and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Great doctor. A+ all the way.

Just called the office 4x and each time I choose option ‘3’ to schedule an appt it sounds as though someone picks up and immediately puts me on hold. Was on hold several times for over 10 minutes and then I just gave up. Fix your system!

I see Dr Vernetti for my thyroid. He is a wonderful Dr. He listens to you, he is through. Dr Vernetti is very patient. He calls you in the evening if he is worried. I am so thankful I found him. My husband who is a diabetic is changing his Dr to now see Dr Vernetti.

I have been seeing Dr. Vernetti for over two years. He is by far the best Endorcrinology doctor I have seen. He is patient with me and always is offering options that benefit me. I recommend him to anyone who has a Thyroid or Diabetes issue. I have both which makes it convenient for me.
