One of my punctual plugs fell out and I was able to come in as a walk-in. There was no wait and Dr. Gupta saw me right away. She did an eye exam, put in the punctual plug and even removed some eye lashes. This is was the best visit to an eye doctor I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Desert Eye Care.

This is an awesome place for all your eye care needs...Dr. Gupta is one of the best ophthalmologist Drs. in Las Vegas. But one of her best assets is a gentleman eye technician named Rafael. This person has years of experience and is able to solve every imaginable problem involving your glasses.He certainly took care of my problem which others just shook their heads..Rafael is very caring..and one of the reasons my entire family goes to. Dr. Gupta for our eye care. We certainly recommend Desert Eye care..Ask for Rafael...he'll take care of you too..

I became a patient of Dr. Gupta in October of 2015. She is a good doctor and spends quality time..however her front desk staff and the eye glass department are not what I would expect. They are disorganized, do not know their eye glass information and cost me a lot of money with telling me certain eye glasses would perform as sunglasses..which they did not and then I had to purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses (more money).
The first pair of glasses were not performing so they took them back to send out to Los Angeles???? to get fixed..so I had to wait for repair and then when I was called in to pick them up I had to sit and wait for one hour to get them..because they were short staffed and when I complained that this was ridiculous I got yelled at....Dr. Gupta does not know what is going on up front...if they made an error in selling me the wrong glasses and then they had to be repaired on top of it why do I have to wait for an hour to pick them up??/ Why did the front desk not say anything about them being short staffed and why did the eye glass manager Rafael not get up for one moment and tell the people he was helping that he needed 1 minute to give someone their eye glasses..he just sits and talks forever to everyone about anything and yes he is good at building rapport but sometimes you need to cut that stuff out and just do the task at hand.

I picked up my glasses yesterday and can't see clearly 😒 everything far away looks fuzzy I think they gave me the wrong glasses
