Dr. Liu is a highly skilled dentist who consistently delivers outstanding results. I highly recommend him. The front staff, especially Ms. Jamie, is also commendable, providing clear guidance on coverage and copayment information.

Miss 1-2 appointments without calling, and you're put on a blacklist which prohibits you from making appointments in advance, only on the same day! I do the best I can, working 60 or more hours a week at my job, and sometimes I miss dental appointments. The punishment is way overboard, mainly because Liu provides no means to remove one's name from the blacklist. No way. Please don't think about the other reviews. This policy is just mean and unfair.

Staff, as well as the Dentist, could care less about keeping patients. My entire family were patients here, one appointment was missed by my husband over 3 years ago during the pandemic, which was due to his job calling him out last minute, after that, they basically “punished” all of us, in which appointments were only available on a “same day basis” which doesn’t work for me, needless to say, my family has found a new dentist and we are for the better.

While they were able to get me in quickly, they didn't do great work. I also have now been billed 6 times for the ONE procedure I had done nearly 2 years ago; and this charge was paid upfront. They sent me to collections, who dismissed the account because the charges were not valid. Now, I just received another invoice. When I called to ask them what was going on, the woman I spoke with hung up on me. VERY POOR experience and service. If I could do zero or negative stars, I would..... I don't wish this kind of predatory practice on anyone.

Dr.Liu is the best Dentist I have ever dealt with. Also, his staff is great and very understanding. I had 4 in 1 implants at Smile more Dental in Lombard, Il and they cracked in 3. One implant is falling out. Dr.Liu made me dentures and they are excellent!!!

We were in Vegas for the week when my daughters permanent retainer was causing her pain. Dr. Liu and his staff were wonderful. Shout out to April, who was so kind and made getting in so easy. The whole staff is warm and welcoming! If you’re in Vegas, this place is amazing! They were quick and got my daughters retainer bracket bonded, back in place and fixed the pain!

Just went here for my first time, Dr. Liu and his staff are by far one of the best in town. His office has a welcoming feeling, once you walk in staff greets your. It must be a happy place to work there since all his staff is friendly. Service was quick and easy, Office was well light and clean. I highly recommend this Dentist to any one looking for one. I didn't want to go because of a bad experience in past at a Dentist, but everyone at Dr. Liu office reassured me that I was in good hands. Keep up the good work.! Thank You

Dr. Liu and his staff are very professional, and respectful of your time by keeping appointments on schedule. The dental hygienist Alicia, does excellent work as well by providing gentle and thorough cleaning. I've been going to this dentist for over a year now and I am very pleased with this practice.
