Dr. Hollifield is a great physician. The billing department on the other hand is terrible. I called 4 weeks ago for a refund that is due to me, but as of now, have yet to receive it. I called several times and they continue to tell me that the refund request has been submitted. Demanded payment at the time of service, which I obliged although my insurance covers that visit because I am not new to the practice and it was only a follow up visit.
The billing dept of this practice needs to do better

It’s rare to find a doctor and an entire practice that work together so well to deliver such a high quality of eye care and positive patient experience. I’ve had numerous retinal tears over the past 2 years requiring many emergency procedures. Dr Hollifield and his team have always provided the warmest bedside manner while being highly responsive to my urgent care requirements.
