The MD is thorough and professional, kind, and respectful (I give her a 5 star) but their front people are rude and mean. I'm unsure if their management is mean to them, the front desk workers; it reflects back to the practice. Parents do not necessarily want to take their kids to the doctor, and I wish they could be kind and have heart instead of cold, heartless, and mean.
