She is my dad’s physician and she and her staff are keenly aware of the needs of senior health concerns. I take him to his appointments often and am impressed by the fact that we have hardly ever had to wait very long and that she provides snacks and beverages to her patients (anyone with an elderly person to care for knows the elderly love their snacks). She is very thorough in assessing him and doesn’t seem to be shy about stressing to him ways to improve his health.

Called to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone wss extremely rude, terrible attitude, and hung up the phone on me without letting me finish my questions.

At least I wont waste my time going there.

I called to make an appointment for this doctor as my insurance company's website indicates she is accepting new patients. However, she is not accepting new patients and the receptionist hung up on me without skipping a beat.
