Dr. Hamid is a brilliant PCP and has a heart of gold. He is very compassionate and takes the time to clearly explain his findings and treatment plan. Unfortunately due to his office staffs rude and condescending tone, I decided to change my health care to an office where the staff is polite and respectful.
I will miss Dr. Hamid but I will never allow anyone to talk down to me.

When I first went to my doctors appointment how much compassion and concern the doctor showed I was really convinced that he was really helpful, but as I’ve went to more appointments, it’s getting a bit ridiculous. Should I mention that he keeps prescribing me medication that my insurance doesn’t cover , my last appointment he supposedly gave me a referral to another clinic. It’s been two weeks. I haven’t received any information from him or from the new clinic every time I call the office the representatives do absolutely nothing to help me. I left over four voicemails they will not return my calls. Nothing is getting done. I went to my appointment on December 23. Today is January 9 I still haven’t got my prescription still haven’t found out about the next doctor. I’m supposed to be visiting still haven’t gotten my referral. I’ve called and asked for the office management she won’t return my call. It’s just getting a bit ridiculous and it’s stressful to be going through something and needing help from your doctor and I’m just getting ignored basically it’s been a horrible experience but what else can I do? Just wanted to share that with everybody.

OK, I had to make it a point to leave a review. My last experience with my previous doctor was so unacceptable and a horrible experience. I came over to Doctor. ZAHID and he actually listened to all of my concerns. He gave me multiple different suggestions and he didn’t just send me out of the office without being satisfied. We went over multiple solutions and came up with a game plan. I appreciate his listening ear so so so much and I highly recommend him! A wonderful man tells the truth and gives you a honest input. I appreciate him and can’t wait till my next visit. It’s crazy how a male doctor showed more compassionate and concern to my needs than the female doctor that I previously went to hope this helps someone in the future. This is an honest review.im so happy ! The previous doctor that I went to on Charleston, I explained my concerns to her. She provided me a medication that my insurance wouldn’t even cover lol you definitely won’t experience that coming here.5stars

First appointment was great. Dr Hamid addressed all my concerns and explained things thoroughly. My second appointment a different doctor showed up who didn't even know why I was there and tried to send me on my way without addressing any of the reasons I came in for.

I was visiting in Las Vegas and got sick. I received a referral to Dr Hamid. He was outstanding. He checked every symptom, sent me for various tests until my health issue was determined. He was personally involved from beginning to my surgery. I have praised him to everyone. His office staff was outstanding and on top of everything. Including Pam his Nurse Practioner. I will highly recommend Dr Hamid and staff to anyone.

Not because we didn't pay or were bad patients, he discharge us because we speak up.

I give 5 stars to Dr Hamid … he does take time to see but it’s worth it because he spends time listening to your concerns .. 1 star I’ve been going here 13 years and I can honestly say the struggle is with the front desk . Calls don’t get answered .. voicemails don’t get returned takes months and months to just schedule appointment. They don’t call back with results from bloodwork or test . But overhaul Dr Hamid is great once you get to him lol

Do not go to this doctor! His office is full of nurses that are extremely incompetent. Do not trust your elderly family members with this doctor or his office staff. He will make your family member take the same test multiple times and charge the insurance for an office visit and charge you a co-pay even when his nurses made the mistake. He will not refill your prescriptions when you point out issues that you have experienced with his office. If you have had similar issues with this physician or his office staff Please contact your insurance company and file a complaint or grievance.

I called a week ago and had to leave a message to get a call back to schedule a appointment. I never received a call back. I called this morning to schedule a appointment I informed them I'm a new patient and was told there was an opening. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone scheduling the appointment I was then told the Dr. had no openings for new patients. I don't understand why they couldn't say that in the first place instead of wasting my time.

Dr. Hamid is a nice guy. However, sometimes it feels unnecessary to schedule an appointment since it can take forever to get seen. I had a 10:00 am appointment one time and didn’t get seen until after 12:00 pm. I still had work that day, but luckily I was able to get back in time.

The doctor is rude and thin skinned. When I politely pushed back on some tests that seemed unnecessary he got very rude and condescending, then refused to speak with me any further about my medical condition.

This all came after I spent 1.5 hours waiting in a nearly empty office while listening to the doctor stand around chatting and joking with the staff.

I will NEVER return to this doctor and do not recommend that anyone else visit him for any reason.

I've been coming to Dr. Hamid for over 2 years now, appointment or not there is a small wait but it's worth the wait, the staff is wonderful and always working hard. I have good visits and bad visits depending on my condition but the doc and staff always have me leave with a smile. Be patient and understanding and all your visits will be just fine.

I called for an appointment and spoke with a Virginia at front desk who helped me and was very nice & helpful through out the whole conversation. When I arrived for appointment I did have to wait over an hour but I don't blame the office staff as I can see they were busy and trying hard to get to everyone. Dr.Hamid rushed me through my appt, didn't let me finish telling him my concerns. Once I was done and making another appointment I heard th Dr yell at Virginia & another girl and asked if they were stupid! I was shocked and honestly disgusted at his behavior! Theses girls are always busy answering phones and running around so not sure if I want to continue to see a man who belittles his employees!

Was referred to him by another Doctor and was hoping to set a primary Doctor !

1. First appointment :
Had to wait for over an hour after my appointment time and spent a total of 2.5+ hours to get prescription and see the doctor for 15 minuets! Some of my prescriptions require prior authorization(insurance problems) and the office didn’t respond for 10 days whether to approve or change to another medication.

2. Went back for second follow up appointment after two weeks:
Had to wait again for over an hour to see the doctor. Receptionist was taking patients who came after me! Was 10 minuets early to my appointment! After that wait, finally got a chance to see the doctor and he was rushing before hearing all my needs and when I try to talk to his medical assistant staff about the remaining needs, he was like shut up and I couldn’t believe it !

Doctor H. is a great caring understanding doctor it does take a little while to see him however the weight is well worth it I've seen him for over 6 months now for several health issues I have and yes sometimes I have to wait a little longer than expected however the service is exceptional the staff is exceptional and I will continue to see doctor him mid and continue to refer clients and friends to him

Dr. Hamid treated a very large blood clot I had ten years ago. It was a very scary time for me, but Dr. Hamid knew his stuff and helped pull me through and he probably saved my life. If you find yourself needed serious care then you are in capable hands.

I am writing this for my husband who is under the care of Dr.H! I was very concerned about my husbands health. Every doctor I brought him too seemed to be giving him more and more medication and it did not seem to solve the problem. A friend of mine suggested Dr. H. I had met before but never saw him professionally. Dr. Hamid took his time to find out what the problem was and what he was taking. Dr. Hamid is an old fashion kind of doctor, one who knows his patients and gives them the time and care necessary to resolve there issues. My husband won't be going anywhere else!
