Horrible Service! I will never go thru Pearle Vision again. I had to reschedule my appt and when my appointment finally arrives, I'm told that they can't see me because my ID is expired. What?! I've been going to Pearle Vision the last 3 years. This isn't something that could have been told to me with the 50 emails they sent prior to my appointment? Nothing about an ID was even mentioned. I have a copy of my ID, but it is expired. They were rude and unwilling to help me at all. I'll find a new doctor.

Super glad we tried a new Eye place to go to. Our last optometrist has just been ok and super small selection of glasses and terrible parking.

So after 7 years, we decided to make a leap and try out Lens Crafters. Their staff and eye Doctor were super friendly and helpful. We were in an out in under an hour. We got there 10 minutes prior to our 4:30pm appointment, and checked in super quickly and then shopped for glasses 🤓 while we were waiting to be called back and found 5 we loved and were able to narrow it down to the perfect match.

But since we chose our glasses before being seen, by the doctor, all the glasses were ready to go over with the patient coordinator who also very friendly and was very helpful in our decision.
(Which I would say we waited less than 10 minutes. )
But again their selection of glasses 👓 are so great it was easy to pick out 5 so quickly. lol.

We look forward to going back next year for another eye exam.

And when I say “WE” it was only an appointment for my husband, but I was there for his moral support. lol !!

I highly recommend Kopolow & Girisgen eye doctors. I created an appointment and got in within a few days of the booking. Also, they send you the patient forms to fill out digitally that you can pre-fill days before your appointment so when you arrive you can go straight to the exam. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Also recommend the digital dilation they offer its an additional $29 but saves you hours of painful blurriness for the remainder of the day. Got to love new technology. Don't second guess it, they accept most major insurances and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Go to them without a second guess

Dr. Wang and his staff were quick, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The Lens Crafters team were amazing, and so helpful! I was so happy with my visit, I made an appt. for my husband for that Saturday. Again, we were not disappointed! This is our new eye care place!

Im a First time contact user and I was sent home without a contact case or solution (not even a disposable or cheap one). I had to go to walgreens real quick to get solution/case myself.
Doctors are good, the one day I went, only one doctor was there, waited 1hr total. Otherwise the other day I went was okay.
A bit lackluster customer service.
I got two boxes the contact lens boxes but I didn't know which one was left and right eye...I had to find that out using the papers they gave me about my exam, would've been nice to at least mark my boxes...or tell me (each of my eyes have different prescriptions)

Frame and lens prices are probably the highest of any I've seen. I will purchase additional glasses online for a discount eye glass company like Zenni.

Both the techs and the optometrist are awesome. Genuinely so sweet and helpful, one of the first times I've been to an optometrist without feeling like they were just hoping I'd drop a ton of money. The new imaging option that helps you avoid needing your eyes to be dilated is only $35! I hate dealing with dilated eyes so it's definitely worth it and over so fast. I definitely felt welcome, never felt rushed, and felt actually cared for. The fact that they take walk-ins is even better. I walked in at 10 and was seen by 11:15 on the weekend! The optometrist actually talks to you and explains any test results and walks you through next steps. I've been to some horrific optometrists here in Henderson, and I'm so glad my search can end here!

HORRIBLE!!! I saw Amy Hitzeman for my annual contact exam back in March. I was telling her that I couldn't see out of the new prescription and the new kinds of lenses she was trying to prescribe me. She told me "well you can legally see to drive." WTH!! I was rushed through my appointment. Now over $300 spent on exam and contacts I cant see. I called to let them know and they said well we can set you up with an appointment but I'm not sure if you will have to pay or not. Contacts should not be considered cosmetic. Insurance companies should cover. I am a single mom of 4 kids didnt really have the extra money to spend on the exam and contacts and now I cant see at all and cant afford to get it fixed. How about caring for people. Why dont any doctors in nevada CARE like they are supposed to!!??? Very disheartening!!!

UPDATE!!! Got a call to schedule a recheck contact exam. Saw Dr. Sarah Martin. She is awesome. She figured out that my prescription was written in wrong by someone at their office. They had -1.75 for my astigmatism instead of -0.75. So I guess I wasn't legally safe to drive! LOL. Dr. Martin was super helpful and seemed to really care. She made sure I could see and made sure my prescription was entered in correctly. I was able to return my open boxes to 1800contacts and get my correct prescription at no cost. Everyone was nice and super helpful.

Contacted the office for an appointment as I couldn't see out of my left eye. Message left for a call back that never came. Ended up having to find another doctor who had me come in right away, and within one hour had me at a Retina Specialist who diagnosed me with Wet AMD. Poor customer service.

Asked me to come in early for appointment, which I did. Filled out their paperwork, had the technicians do a couple of tests then asked to wait in the shared waiting room with Lenscrafters. 49 minutes after my appointment time, they called me back. I asked the technician how long it would be and she stated they still had to take my history and then there were two more people ahead of me. I left. Very bad business making appointments they can't keep.

Customer service sucks. Been here twice now, and I only come because of my insurance. They refuse to check my 5 year old eyes because I won't allow them to dilate them. They can still do actual exam but refuse. Will pay cash from now on just to avoid this office.

The staff was so rude to me. I first bought glasses and then I went over to the eye doctor office and said I would like to order contacts. Well without even looking at my chart/insurance she said well you will have to pay full price because I saw you order glasses. I said no I don't my insurance covers a percentage. She pulled my information and her response was oh your lucky you have good insurance. She was so rude. I will never return.

I'd rate 6 stars if it was possible. A dog got ahold of my glasses last night and chewed on them like a snack. Luckily I found this office open on a Sunday. The team was extremely helpful and friendly--not just to me--I noticed the way other folks were being treated. Not sure how, but they were able to reshape my mangled frames and re-install the lenses. The whole process was less than 30 minutes. Superlative service is rare these days. Must point it out when it happens. Thank you for taking great care of me.

Excellent service both with Dr. Kopolow & Girisgen, this digital exam is quick and painless. The Dr. was prompt, and explained my options very carefully.

The general manager Denise Oset was great. She explained policies and procedures regarding my insurance coverage and cosmetic options. She truly was concerned and addressed all of my needs.

I had made an appt for 4:30pm for my daughter to get glasses. I was told to come 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Which I did .. It is now 5:30pm. We STILL have not seen the optometrist. This is completely ridiculous. It took 1hr for us to be seen. Why bother making an appointment if your not even going to be seen even close to your appointment time.

I was planning on bringing my son and myself here but I'll save myself some time and find someplace else.

The optometrist is very nice, nothing against the dr. Just the office.

Went in for a contact lens exam with an appointment. This is the first time I've gone to a place for an eye exam and they actually took me into the back at my appointment's time. After preliminary tests, I waited maybe five minutes before I saw the actual doctor. Everyone was pleasant and professional, I would definitely recommend this location.
