I was referred to Ernest Physical Therapy in Henderson for back and neck pain due to a cat accident. The entire staff is great. I've personally worked with Rene, Cassidy, Grant, Nev, Avery, and Trey. Each one of them listens to how you are feeling and continually check in to make sure that the exercises and stretches are helping. If something isn't effective, they will work with you to find something that helps. In addition they offer a bunch of different treatments like dry needling, heat and stim, cupping, and traction. In the months since I've been coming I've seen the staff interact with all ages and groups of people. They treat everyone with kindness empathy, and respect. The office has flexible hours so I can come after work or on Saturday. I can't recommend them enough. I'll be sad when my therapy ends because I will really miss seeing everyone.

I cannot recommend Earnst Physical Therapy enough. I first found the clinic last year after a broken foot—initially because they accepted my insurance—but I quickly realized just how exceptional the entire staff is. I came in with significant pain, barely able to bear weight without limping, and struggling to walk. By January, I completed a 5K.
Spencer completed my initial evaluation and created a treatment plan that aligned with my goals. Working with Renee, Kassidy, Cheyenne, and Grant quite literally got me back on my feet. Renee genuinely cared about my recovery and helped me rebuild strength. Cheyenne and Kassidy are trained in dry needling, which made a huge difference in managing nerve related pain in my foot. And Grant’s massage skills are outstanding—he listened closely to my trouble areas and used targeted deep tissue techniques that provided real, lasting relief.
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, including the techs. They are professional, kind, and attentive. This is our family place!
I started coming a few years ago for my IT BAND. Since then my step son and now mother in law come in,
My mother in law is 81, post stroke. The team here is amazing. Ava has been covering getting our scheduling right and billing worked out with Medicare. Cassidy has been her primary PT (amazing!!) but they’ve all been great. They understand each day my MIL has different needs, and they adjust each session for her abilities she has that day.
While they are pretty busy, they always make your care individualized. That’s so impressive these days.
I highly recommend the Henderson office, but I’m pretty sure all their offices are great!

I hae been a patient at the Henderson office for a few weeks now and am so very impressed. Every single staff member greets me by name and are all part of my visit. They all pay attention to not only my exercise plan but also to correct fiorm and helping me work towards my goals. There are several very young techs. At first I was concerned that high school kids were going to tell this old lady how to exercise. It took about 15 minutes, though, to realize how amazing these young people were. Earnest Physical Therapy is—by far—the best physical therapy program that I’ve ever been involved in. Spencer Earnest (owner) is a well of genuine positivity and encouragement, as is the entire staff. Everyone is very warm, caring, and attentive to every individual patient’s needs. (I like to observe the interactions between staff and other patients.) All you have to do is read these other reviews! Everyone is saying the same things! That includes other doctors who’ve been patients here.

Personally, I’m receiving physical therapy before I have my hip replacement surgery. (Like pre-physical therapy. I’ll be coming here after my surgery is done for post-physical therapy, as well.)
I’ve been going for about 3 months now and I can really see AND feel the difference in my core strength and flexibility. Throughout my forty years of life having a rare disease and seeing many physical therapists, I have never had an experience like my time at Earnest Physical Therapy. Being used to a variety of different types of therapy centers and having my fair share of therapists, I feel confident in saying that EPT has transformed my entire thought process of therapy AND the plethora of modalities that are available for pain management.

My expectations were far exceeded, first and foremost by Spencer and his genuine and caring professional manner. If only all of my doctors spoke to me with the same care and concern, explaining why we do things and what they do to help our body, etc. Also- a massive shout out to Freya who holds down the front end, making scheduling a breeze… not to mention, always beaming with her wonderful smile when I walk in the door!

In addition to Spencer and Freya, Renee, Scheccid and Rylie make my mornings at Earnest Physical Therapy by far the best parts of my week. On top of getting my body moving and feeling better, they both are so encouraging, while ensuring you’re doing the exercises correctly and preventing further injury, regardless of your individual limitations. The atmosphere is light and positive, yet intimate- never feeling like there are too many patients and not enough therapists, as I often have at other practices. They gently push you to heal and grow, physically and mentally, while making sure you don’t overdo it. In turn, it fuels my own desire to continue to get stronger at home, doing as many of my exercises on the days I don’t get to see them as I can- which I know is something a lot of PT patients can struggle with. I have honestly never felt as cared for and motivated to keep getting better, as I do, today. Since having the entire top half of my spine fused four years ago, and not being able to move about naturally, I have not felt “normal” or comfortable in my body ever since. However, thanks to Earnest Physical Therapy, I no longer feel like a stranger in my own body… and that, my friends, is priceless.

As a medical provider (orthopedic PA-C) and a patient of Spencer's, I can't recommend Earnest PT enough. He has helped me and my wife get over some tough back injuries over the years. Spencer has worked with both of my elderly parents for over a year. Since my mother passed away, he continues to work with my father at his assisted living facility. Unlike other home health providers and outside clinics my parents previously saw, Spencer created a personal plan for each of them and went out of his way to see them where they lived when they couldn’t see him at his clinic. He is extremely caring and visited my father in his rehab facility after a hospital visit and regularly checked in with us on how he was doing. He is wonderful at motivating his patients to do the work necessary to get better. He has also helped train the assisted living facility staff in making safe transfers for my dad. After 2 months in the hospital, I came home bound to a wheelchair, riding RTC para-transit, and living in a makeshift bed in my living room because my bedroom was upstairs beyond my ability to reach. I wondered if life would ever be the same again. Then I was introduced to Spencer Earnest. He worked me hard and with his never quit attitude, he got me to push myself more than i thought i could. With his help, i was out of the wheelchair and using a walker within 3 weeks, driving my car within 5 weeks, and completely free of mobility devices at 2 months. With his help and encouragement, I have been back to work since the beginning of September 2022 and life is pretty much back to normal for me. Spencer is the most incredible person in the World! And his professionalism is off-the-charts. We had originally gone through an agency to have him assigned to us, before he left that organization to start his own business, we had him for about 3 full months. Now he is back on our schedule through his own company. We are so happy!

Life changing! I cannot even begin to tell you the difference that Spencer Earnest has made for my quality of life. I was in a boatload of pain. When I first went to Spencer, I was in such bad shape I had to lay down constantly because of my back. Riding in the car (someone else had to drive!) was very painful.
I wasn’t thrilled about having to do Physical therapy, but the pills didn’t really work. I was certain that surgery was my only real option.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Spencer dramatically changed the course of my pain treatment. He worked closely with me to make sure I was doing OK. In the beginning, I had to rest my back 10 minutes between exercises. It was awful. He never rushed me or pushed me to do more than I could. When my pain was at my worst, he was at his best! Spencer is constantly kind, helpful and caring. Step by step, I steadily got better. Despite my pain, I always appreciated how welcome I felt.

Today I no longer need physical therapy, and I am no longer worried about having to undergo back surgery! I can run errands, cook, go to work, hang out with friends… I can enjoy my life again!

Spencer is a very professional and attentive therapist. He’s very friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure your well-being as you go thru your therapy and heal! I highly recommend spencer and his Professional friendly staff and their organized and calm environment. They figure out what’s best for each individual, and don’t treat you in a “cookie cutter” style.

Spencer is professional, kind, thorough and a great educator. I had PT with him and he has really helped me with dry-needling. When I first saw him I was in so much pain. However, the PT and needling really did help me. If you ever need PT you will not be disappointed!!!

I was having much trouble with my lower- back, and Dr. visits didn't help, but thank the universe I decided to see Spencer. He helped me more than any Dr. has. Not only did he help me out of it, he educated me as to know the cause. What I learned from this will help me for the rest of my life. Spencer Earnest is the best! He’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. He’s compassionate and you can tell he loves, and is devoted to, his craft. He takes his time and is very thorough. And, he’s kind. All these qualities are so important when you’re recovering from an injury or surgery. I’ve completed my course of therapy, but would definitely use his services again in the future, if needed!

I’ve been going to Spencer for two years. He is a staple in my wellness routine. He really cares about his patients and does a top notch job. My husband and I get dry needle and chiropractic work done by him 1-2 times a month. It helps with mobility and relaxes those annoying tight muscles. I always tell people it’s quicker and more effective than a massage. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.
