We are with Elevate Family Services for over a year now. My daughter has two RBTs every day. 3 hours each. The only ABA provider that my daughter has that worked with us during the ups and downs our family went through specially this year. When we lost our health insurance, they worked with us, the RBTs are loyal. Everyone waited 4 months until full-time ABA hours are back. They have lower hours because from 30 hours per week, we had to do with 10 hours per week. Imagine the lost hours for our RBTs and BCBA. But they stayed and waited. We are very grateful for their understanding and help throughout that long process. With treatment programs, the BCBA and I worked together so we can have individual-based goals specially designed for my daughter. They are amazing and we are very grateful for the RBTs and the BCBA. They are really awesome. I always asked our BCBA and also the owner of Elevate Family Services how they were able to hire really good RBTs. They are a blessing to my daughter and to our family. It is close to a miracle the progress my daughter has with them. It is unbelievable work, but they did wonders to my daughter. An amazing and miraculous journey and counting for more wonderful progress of my daughter with Elevate Family Services that we will continue to cherish and grateful for the rest of our lives.
