BEST PT I have ever been to, with a large variety of up-to-date modalities of treatment including shockwave, needling and traction etc. Everyone at the office is so personable, and Mike takes the time to treat you as an individual and redirect when needed. I tried over 6 PT offices for my neck and back, and Mike was BY FAR the best of them and was able to help me. He also reached out to put me at ease even after I moved out of state. Everyone at Elevation is SUPER nice! I wish more medical offices had people who are as awesome as these guys. Mike is super nice and very knowledgeable, he really knows what he is doing. I have heard that the dry needling that he does is awesome, though I didn't try it for myself. The people who help the therapists (sorry I don't know their official titles!), are all very nice and friendly and really helpful. The massages are great, and you can even just get massages here if you want to ( not sure if you have to be a patient or not, you would have to call and find out). The office is very nice and well kept and clean. The schedule is flexible and easy to get something that works for your schedule. When you graduate you get a free T-shirt! 😁

I love this place!!! Everyone is soo nice, patience and helpful. This is the first physical therapist, Mike, that I’ve been to seems to understand me, really listens and wants the best.
Mike’s crew is also the best!! Pete is a great massage therapist. Then you have Matt, Shelby and Chelsea that are great associates. They are great motivators or just there for you when you need something … even if it’s just a towel. They always have my back.
The admin staff (Lleimi, Enez, Alleen) is friendly and always willing to help you. From appointments to billing question they got you covered.
I feel like family when I come in here. Never a dual moment and it doesn’t feel like exercising!!!

My husband has been using Elevation Physical Therapy for six weeks now, and we have only good things to say about this place. I was most impressed by the big smiles and how kind Barbara and Nikki were at the front desk. They always help us get the appointment times we want, and they are both very friendly and efficient. Mike, the doctor, is hands down one of the best in the Valley. He knows his job well, and he put my husband in a much better position with his shoulder after only six weeks. I had a running analysis performed with Mike the PT and he did an incredible job of explaining all of the adjustments I can make to my running form. He was very thorough about my running history and even performed some shockwave therapy which helped loosen up some tightness I had in my hip. All of the staff were polite and helpful. My 13 yr old son is a patient here. His therapy is going well. But, my true reason for this review is the front office staff, specifically Barbara. She is so nice and approachable. She keeps the lobby so clean and it smells fabulous, her plug in game is strong (in a good way) lol! I personally appreciate her extra efforts in regards to cleanliness and sanitation. I am an acrobatic performer performing on the shows on Las Vegas strips, I had a very nasty shoulder injury and a bad diagnosis and surgery to follow, I was losing all hopes! Dr. Mike and the staff at Elevation Physical Therapy are wonderful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everyone I encountered was friendly and eager to help. I was visiting my parents in Las Vegas, and my painful knees were becoming too much to bear. I saw Mike for dry needling and magnetic therapy, and the results were almost immediate. My pain was substantially better the next day. The results were cumulative, so things continued to improve over the next several weeks. By the time I went back home, I could walk around the house without constant pain and stiffness. I can also tell that the strengthening exercises are working because I can stand up for longer periods of time, and I can walk through small stores without my cane. My doctor recommended this place post my surgery for rehabilitation and I am very glad I followed his advice. The entire staff here is just amazing, they are very welcoming. Fantastic PT office. I concur with others on the friendliness of the therapists, the assistants, and other staff members encountered.
I ask questions, a lot. All questions were answered. Not once have I felt like my questions were silly or irrelevant(in the eyes of the therapists or staff).
I have been working with two different therapists, Mike and Tanner. I am still receiving care. I go twice a week. I have been to both facilities, the Henderson Horizon Ridge office and the Rafael Riviera office which is near the Durango Casino.
I do not feel like a number here. I am doing rehabilitation for a separated bicep tendon which occurred while bouldering. This is my third surgery in the past few years and Elevation PT is my favorite PT facility to date.
I live in Centenniel Hills area in the northwest of the valley. It is a bit of a drive for me, but I always look for quality in my medical care and Elevation PT delivers.

Mike Russell at Elevation Physical Therapy single-handedly saved my shoulder. Being a pitcher it’s what I get my dopamine and joy from. Since the first visit, Mike has been very kind and thorough with his physical therapy. Each workout and exercise is specific to each of his patients, the end goal being to get you ALL THE WAY BACK. If you do what he says and follow his program made specifically for you, you will comeback to where you were before without having to see a doctor. They are THE BEST!!! I began pt with Mike several years ago when it was optimal physical therapy. I hadn't gone for a while and when I returned to optimal pt I was very unhappy with them. There’s usually no good reason you HAVE to go to PT; I’ve been a few times to different places and Elevation is the best. The front office is friendly and flexible with scheduling. My physical therapist (Tanner) is great; he explains things, answers all my questions, and tells me what we’re working towards. The support here is awesome- all the people that work with you are supportive and knowledgeable.
There are also massage services available here, which are so appreciated when it’s been a difficult or painful week. I definitely recommend both the PT and message services to anyone that needs it.

I have had neck and back pain from posture and a previous injury for over 4 years. For the first time I've actually seen great improvements at Elevation! I have seen continual improvement in my back pain and I no longer have migraines from the tension after years of pain!

Mike the PT has been my guy for years and I feel like I am in such capable caring hands when I walk through those doors. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel so welcome. You don’t feel like a regular ol patient, they make you feel like you are the most important person on their schedule. Elevation therapy is hands down the best PT group I've ever been to and I have been to a ton of them. The associates are all attentive and thoughtful. They encourage me to push myself but when I'm having a bad day they're all incredibly empathetic and kind. What blows my mind is how invested they are in my recovery and just in me in general. They remember little details about conversations from session to session. It goes a long way to have healthcare providers who actually care.

From before you get here, Jamie at the front desk is so nice getting you set up with an appointment and sending over the new patient forms. When you get here, checking in easy. I wish I knew all the tech’s names, because every one is so nice and eager to help you through your workouts and treatments. Just to name a few, Pete, Matt, Ayah. Dr. Mike and Dr. Jason are so knowledgeable and looking out for your best interest and health. I started seeing Mike about 5 years ago on the recommendation from a friend who runs ultra-marathons. Since then Mike has kept me running through knee and hip issues until a torn meniscus required surgery this month, which he's now doing my PT for. I have no doubt he'll have me running again in no time!

This place is absolutely amazing. Pete LMT is the message therapist he is amazing friendly and funny. Matt PT Technician tells great stories and is always attentive he is going to be a PT soon. Mike, Jason and the whole team including front desk have been amazing- When I first called I was 2 weeks post total hip replacement and had not had any PT except at the hospital due to referral delays etc. there wasn’t an opening until the next week but the front desk told Mike my situation and called me back to say he could squeeze me in the next day between patients. He knew no PT that long after surgery was not good. I was just so appreciative. An evaluation takes time, he did not rush thru it and got me moving right away. I’m back in again for another issue and joke that I may never graduate from PT but it’s a great environment and very effective with all they provide so it’s time very well spent.

Mike is an outstanding PT and life saver. He's helped me on multiple occasions and really listens, gets to the source of the issue, and then goes to work fixing it. I'm an amateur triathlete and, as a triathlete himself, he's very in-tune with my needs and the common injuries associated to the sport.

When I came to him a month before my most recent big race with significant shin splints, he worked his magic and got me completely pain free in time for the start line. Really saved the race for me.

If you need PT, it’s because something’s ailing you - Elevation’s therapists and staff are who you want helping you out! I’ve got TMJ disorder and they offer all sorts of therapeutic treatments from dry needling to stretching regimens, heat therapy, e-stimulation, and manual/soft tissue massage. Mike Russell is the real deal. His wealth of knowledge and experience shines through. He is a runner so he understands at a deeper level how important being active is. He is an all around awesome and professional dude.

I contacted Mike 25 days before my 100 mile race with pain in my foot that was at a level 10 discomfort. He immediately gave me hope that he could get me to the start line. He determined it was actually a calf injury causing the foot pain. He performed several dry needling treatments and prescribed me various PT exercises to do daily which I completed religiously. He also assisted me with devising a plan to manage the calf during the race. Which including stretching and hand rolling after each loop. Although I did not finish the race (as I lost the mental battle) I can say his plan worked flawlessly and I am incredibly grateful for him helping me get to the start line.

We continued treatment after the race. Shortly after I was able to complete a 50k and then resume high volume training. After that I sustained a glute max injury in a ice hockey game. I went to Mike immediately and we began dry needling treatments and a new set of exercises. I recovered very quickly from this and since then I completed a 100 miler and 57 miler 100% injury free. I cannot thank Mike enough for helping get me back to where I need to be to do what I love. I highly recommend him to all.

I came in here with a torn ACL with meniscus damage before surgery and received excellent workouts from Mike to do before the surgery; finished the procedure and started rehab with Jason the day after and within 3 weeks I have hit milestones that normally take people a lot more time to do.
