Dr. Patel is the best. I went to another optometrist, and he was great, but I was unable to find the right prescription for my contacts even after two tries. I first had multi-focal where it was hurting my eyes so much, giving me a headache and my vision was so blurry. Then I changed to single vision, and I still couldn’t read anything in front of me. Even though I had to pay out of pocket since I used my insurance already for the one exam I have each year, it was so worth it. Dr. Patel was patient and understanding and worked with me as my eyesight has changed with age. She’s given me single vision in one eye and multi-focal in the other eye, and it has made a world of difference.

10/10! The staff is incredibly friendly and receptive! The entire staff is very patient oriented. They have great eyeglass options and are very patient. They have a coffee station for patients. The best optometrist experience in my life! Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Came to Vegas to celebrate mine and Hubbys anniversary and his 40th birthday.

He had a miss hap and a lady knocked him down causing his glasses to get knocked off and broken this place had fixed them with in a matter of a half hour…

I’ve been going to Elite Eye Care for 3 years now and I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet. I can’t thank this place enough. From the front desk, techs, to doctors, all of them are amazing! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They have fit me into the schedule when ever I needed to be seen urgently. They were also very helpful with my glasses prescriptions and sunglasses shade (I’m very picky with how dark my sunglasses are and they were so patient with helping me get the perfect shade). Dr. Patel and Dr. Gutierrez are both very thorough and have great bedside manners. They take the time to sit down and listen to my concerns and fix the problem. They have helped me with my eye issues, from obtaining perfect vision to getting rid of styes. Also, it’s very clean and I never have to wait long, just under 10 minutes and I am already called to a room. Thank you, Elite Eye Care!

It was good for two years. My 2nd pair of glasses started to get like scratched (by themselves, not that I scratch them) and got them replaced, the next ones were ok but this 3rd ones are getting the same effect (like scratches) that won't let me see clearly. I went to them (they said they replaced the previous ones as a courtesy because of the pandemic and that as I didn't get the anti scratch protection film, they can not replace them). I'm moving on to a different place that at least respond to an EXPENSIVE material that cover nothing as far as warranty.

Highly recommended to stay away from this office, they will love you while you are paying for services(over priced) but if you need some assistance they can't talk to you, like their is no other Eye Doctor in Town. Greed sometimes makes you lose your patient.

i LOVE businesses that give off a 'homey' vibe. Like when you walk in and everybody speaks or smiles. Or when you try on a pair of glasses and they give you their honest opinion of them. Or when they talk to you like you're not just a client. Then when you go back the second time it's just the same as the first time.
and the prices are good.

It took almost 2 months to get my appt but it aas worth it for sure. ❤️
I think Mike helped me. I hope I'm not saying the wrong name. He is an angel!

I called for an appointment on 9/18/20 the girl informed me that the earliest she had was September 25th at 1:30. I did not have any spare contacts therefore I needed an appointment ASAP. I called to confirm today because she said the appointment is for October 30th at 1:30 and a week ago they were booking for end of October. If I wanted an appointment today it will be for November. She repeated the appointment and it was for the 25th. This place is so busy you cannot get in for 5-6 weeks.

I drive all the way across town to go to this office every year. The staff is amazing! They are friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had 3 different doctors over my 3 visits and they are all thorough and made me comfortable. They all took time to answer all of my questions. They have a great selection of high end frames and the final product is always amazing!

I went here for my first ever pair of glasses and now contacts. I definitely recommend this place especially if your new to eye care like me, and if your not you can be in and out real quick like my wife when she needs a new prescription.

Never had a long wait to be seen even when I called for a same day appointment. The team has been amazingly patient with me even when I'm blinking during imaging and learning to use contacts. They've been great at answering any and all my questions. When I leave I feel well educated on the condition of my eyes and feel confident that they've done their best in assisting me.

Everyone there are ALWAYS friendly and sweet. I got the Daily Colored Contacts and Regular contacts that feels great. They also go out of their way to always help you and make everything extremely convenient. Highly recommend!
