When you walk into the office, You are greeted. It's such a comfortable feeling in the office.You feel so good.The people there are excellent from when you Check-in.Do you get your test?Do you see your doctor. The Doctor was amazing.She listened to you.Answers all your questions make you feel comfortable. Then when you go and get your glasses the Associate her name was dawn She was fabulous she helped me Pick out my glasses it was totally Experience , I will recommend this doctor's office very patient And i'm glad I went there. The office staff is always nice and professional. They take time with you and make sure you pick what you want and works with your needs. Same with the Doctor. She makes sure I'm getting the right eye prescription. I've never been rushed out of the exam room or have been rushed to make my decision on frames. I am very appreciative for that.

Dr a Suh is the only one who could get my prescription perfect. She had left the other office when I went back so I’m happy I found her here at the Ft Apache/ Tropicana location. The Ladies at the front office are friendly, courteous, and very professional. I love Dr Suh. 5* experience all around. Dr. Suh, Dr. Eusebio & the whole Optic Gallery staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Appointments are always on time and delivery of glasses/contacts is very quick. The team is patient and flexible - if you have any questions or issues with your prescription they're more than happy to have you come back and get it adjusted. The staff is very friendly and remembers your name even when it's been a year between visits. Definitely will be returning soon.

The whole staff was incredible. I came in with my two year old and they were super accomodating and understanding. They even helped me distract him while I was getting my eye exam. They were super patient while in selected my frames as my toddler was trying to be all over the place. Overall I was very please with my visit.

Dr. Suh and team are so amazing! You’re greeted with a warm welcome and a smile at every visit. The tech explains everything thoroughly with every eye exam so you know exactly what to expect. Dr. Suh is so kind, knowledgeable and answers every question or concern with such great information! Every time I go in for my annual eye exam, I feel so heard and cared for. Dr. Suh clearly explains the recommendations based on the exam and then the eye glasses techs finish the appointment seamlessly. Specifically D! She is so personable and takes her time to figure out what will work with you and the glasses/contacts needed. I always have a great experience! I high recommend Optic Gallery off Fort Apache :)

I made an appointment with Dr. Suh floater in my eye. Her off the schedule appointment ASAP and she did a thorough examination of my eyes with a very detailed description of how this occurred. She assured me that this was not a life-threatening or dangerous situation and would clear up within the next six months. She gave me peace of mind on the condition which I appreciated. My daughter and I were here today and from the booking of the appointment all the way to seeing Dr Suh,the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm an Office Manager with SDMI so making sure that the patient gets the best customer service is very important to me. Thank you to the young lady who scheduled our appointment and Rudy who helped me and my daughter with the pre eye tests and to the young lady who was patient with my daughter as she chose the absolute perfect frames.
