This guy just accused me on every occasion I visited him that I was only there to try to collect disability and never treated me for my severe constipation then sent me to a GI who didn't do a single thing either, just charged me up guess. I love what I do. Now he just sent me a bill for charges from 3 years ago.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ellyin Francis since around 2010, though I don’t visit the doctor often—usually once every couple of years. When I recently called to schedule an appointment (after waiting on hold for 25 minutes), I was told that because my last visit was in late 2022, I am now considered a new patient and can no longer see Dr. Francis.

At first, I was frustrated, but then I remembered how poor their customer service has always been and that both Dr. Francis and his staff were just average. In hindsight, I’m actually glad to be looking for a new doctor. If you’re in the 89129 area and searching for a primary care physician, I’d recommend looking elsewhere—there are plenty of better options nearby.

Absolutely horrendous. The admin staff is beyond rude and disrespectful and just plain scammy. They did lab work and requests sent to third party labs without my consent and when I asked them to get more details on it, I was told to go back to my country and cussed out.
I asked for the name of persons who I spoke to. She laughed and hung up.
Please use different provider.

Hard to believe all the negative reviews.
I found Dr. Ellyin very friendly, sincere, knowledgeable & a great human being
He listened to all my concerns and treated me like a VIP
His Staff might be a little over loaded but in general they perfomed very well
I consider him the "BEST" of all my previous PCP's,

Horrible place! They need better leadership and organization in this Office. Yes! The Dr. don't rush so someone has an Appointment it takes too long to be seen even if you get there earlier. I feel when you are scheduled you should be seen at the time of your appointment time. I can understand 10 minutes later but 30 - 45 minutes after your appointment to be seen is ridiculous. His nurse is very confusing too she hardly speaks english to where she is not understandable. Do not waste your time with Dr. Francis.

I love Dr. Ellyin. It's very difficult to believe the negative reviews. He is very sincere and takes his time. Doesn't rush in and out in 5 minutes. He listens to all your concerns and gives positive feed back and at home suggestions to help your situation and not just hand you prescription. I hope I never move so I do not have to look for another doctor.

If your looking for a doctor that looks for a reason to keep you coming back, then this is it! Even though he tries to show that he cares, he will make sure your insurance is billed the maximum for his services. I found inconsistencies with the way he billed my wife and I, and after mentioning it to him, he became very defensive and told me to use a credit card to pay it. The third party billing company (Maximum Reimubursement) had told me that he was responsible for billing the amounts that were inconsistent. Do NOT go to this doctor unless you want to be taken advantage of!
