My spouse and I came in to Emergency Dental because his wisdom tooth was hurting BAD. He hadn’t been to see a dentist in years… probably well over 3. We honestly didn’t think much of dental health the way we do about heart health, mental health, etc and thought “let’s just take care of this toothache and we’ll be good for a while.” After our visit, we realized just how important dental appointments are. The staff here were so informative about my spouse’s teeth, how it can be avoided, what they’re going to do to take care of it, and overall they were really understanding and we didn’t feel any judgement from them which was so nice. We honestly felt so seen. Since we arrived at the clinic, they greeted us kindly and informed us on the process from the jump. No undercover costs or anything, just transparency from the get go. Shanlee helped us with all the paperwork, was super attentive, and broke down all the costs for us. She was our first interaction when we arrived and it was definitely a positive one. When we were worried about how we would pay, she came through and gave us several options. She helped us find the best one that worked for our current situation and possible future ones, was so informative and caring, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The cost wasn’t excessive, but with this being an emergency, it wasn’t something we were prepared for. We had just had another unexpected bill come up, so I seriously appreciate all the knowledge she shared and how she approached our financial situation. We were able to get everything done and walk away quite literally worry free. They will absolutely be seeing us again for routine check ups!

TOTAL RIP OFF! Called number on website, operator stated she could get my husband in at 3pm for his tooth pain of the right lower wisdom tooth, I asked the person on phone if they could run both our insurances so we can see if there will be a cost to extract his took, she tells me it’s $50 for xrays and exam, I said our insurance covers xrays and exams for free. She said we still have to pay $50. I said he is own his way to the emergency because he needs pain relief, she said No, tell him don’t go there we can see him at 3. Ok thank you, my husband gets there fills out all paperwork, they do not tell him any co pays or anything prior to starting his exam and collects his $50, hurts his tooth even more, comes back tells him he has to pay $780 then he asked why with both insurances, she tells him they do not accept the his Liberty Dental but accepts his PPO UHC but he will still have to pay $350 now! What!!!! We asked if they could please bill us and will will pay or can predate check for pay day. They refused to do anything to help my husband. I asked why they let us waste our time and energy and money to come there when I asked ALL these questions prior to his arrival!! The lady at the actual office was rude and just said sorry, I wasn’t the person on the phone! I never said she was the person that it was very misleading and awful to do a person like that. I asked what can you to to help him since we paid you already $50 for a basic free exam covered already by my insurance, I was so upset and asked what are his treatments options then & they said they will only give him Motrin and amoxicillin and sent him out!!! These people are not here to help you for any emergencies. Please just GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM so you won’t be ripped off until you can get in with your PRIMARY DENTIST!! This was a very bad experience, do not waste your money on companies that are a scam. Who loses 80% of a claim just to wait 4 days for someone to pay the balance. I am definitely appealing this claim if they try billing for what they claim the $50 paid for & will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!!!

Dr. Trobiugh and his assistant Olive were incredibly thorough in their examination of my inflamed crown. They demonstrated started honesty, integrity, and expertise. I came in on a Sunday night with a cracked tooth and an infection in my gum, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Brushu and Gisselle saw me promptly, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and took excellent care of me.

From the time they numbed the area to the completion of the extraction, the entire procedure took about 30 minutes, and it was completely painless. Dr. Brushu explained everything clearly, the extraction was clean, and there were absolutely no complications.

Recovery has been just as impressive. By the end of the second day, I was virtually pain-free. I’m writing this review on day five, my stitches are already out, and my mouth feels 1,000 times better than it did before the procedure.

It’s rare to find a dental team that’s this professional, compassionate, and efficient, especially on a Sunday evening. If you’re nervous about having a tooth extracted or need emergency dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Brushu and Gisselle. Thank you both for making what I expected to be a stressful experience so easy and comfortable! This team hands has to be the best emergency dental care in Las Vegas.

10/10 experience from the moment I walked in from the moment I left. The entire staff made me feel right at home and comfortable. I had to bring my 3yo daughter with me to my appointment and everyone was so accommodating, the staff even gave her a snack and put on her favorite movie while I was getting treated. Jace was pretty much with me through the entire process. She was so patient, supportive and made sure I knew all of my options.

As someone who is terrified of dentists because of bad past experiences, this place is phenomenal. I live on the opposite side of town and will still continue to come here due to the high professionalism of the staff on top of them actually being down to earth and not making me feel less than after seeing my oral condition. I had an incredibly positive experience here while traveling in Las Vegas. My dentist back home had to cancel my root canal last minute, and I was extremely nervous about being away with severe dental pain. I had an amazing experience at Emergency Dental Las Vegas. I live in Pahrump & was referred by a local office when calling looking for same day service as I knew I was going to need an extraction. I booked an appointment online at 9:30am for 12pm. I arrived, was greeted by very nice front office staff, signed paperwork & was heading back with Monet within 10 minutes. The exam/xrays took 10-15 minutes and Monet was very kind and gentle. Dr. Duffie was in to see me and my treatment plan given to me quickly. I decided what was best for me and was told the extraction could take place then. Dr. Duffie did an amazing job numbing me (essentially painless) Monet was a great assistant and they had me completely finished and done in barely over 70 minutes. There was 0 downtime in the chair where I felt like I was waiting forever like at many other offices & I truly appreciate it. I will 100% be returning to the office for all of my future dental work.

Great experience at this emergency dental office. The entire staff, including Dr. Charles and his assistant, were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Dr. Charles was very knowledgeable and gentle, and he quickly relieved my pain with a same-day root canal. They started me on antibiotics right away and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I just wanted to share my incredible experience at the emergency dentist I went to recently. I didn’t realize I had chipped my front tooth until midday and panicked when I discovered it. Unfortunately, my regular dentist was closed for the weekend, so I immediately searched for an emergency option and stumbled upon this clinic.

Upon calling, they scheduled me for an appointment, and I traveled from Pahrump to Vegas. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and handed the paperwork to fill out. They stood out with their initial question about any anxiety I might have and how they could make my visit more comfortable. After completing the paperwork, I was called in for x-rays within just a few minutes. Throughout the process, they consistently asked how they could enhance my comfort and understood the reason for my visit. The compassion of the entire staff, including both the front desk and the dental team, was truly remarkable.

After the x-rays, I was taken to a treatment room where I waited for the dentist. When he arrived, his demeanor was incredibly comforting, and he handled my panic with care and gentleness. He outlined our game plan, provided a second quote, and I settled the payment while his assistant prepared everything. He returned quite quickly to take care of me, continually checking if I was okay during the procedure.

The dentist fixed my tooth with a composite filling, and I must say he did an amazing job! My tooth looks fantastic, and I genuinely would return to this clinic a thousand times if I ever needed to. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental care!

I thought I found a good place but dentist Duffy did a terrible job with nerve treatment and it almost cost me my tooth. Had to go a second time with another dentist because I not only got into a debt but the pain was terrible for weeks and when I called Maria ( who doesn’t work there anymore ) said it was normal; well, it was not, they messed it up. After hours of calling, messaging them, texting them, etc, they got the $$ from my Insurance claim and kept it, even though I paid cash for consultation and debt was paid through financing company. I went to this place a couple days ago and was unable to be seen because i couldn't afford the exam fee. I arrived to the dentist today for a return on a tooth ache that they were supposed to fix a month ago I came back in with worst pain. I feel like one of the dentist caused more damage to the tooth instead of helping me fix it. Wanting to double charge me. One of the nurses laughed and said I’m surprised it lasted a month which made me feel so uncomfortable they we’re supposed to help fix my tooth that day but instead had me waiting for 3 hours taking other patients before me. That we’re getting financed on the spot. not only that the dental assistant was really rough the last time she help the dentist. First, I want to say that Dr. Duffie (I think that's how you spell his name?) is really great. He has excellent bedside manner. He is very kind and respectful and knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him. Unfortunately, there is a woman who works at the front desk (but she also helps with the dental procedures) who can be kind of rude and nasty. Not sure if it's an anti-man kind of thing or what. She basically accused me of trying to bite her. Typical. Never tried to bite her. She also gives very harsh commands about opening and closing my mouth, "Open. I said open." things like that. Again, not sure what her problem is but it certainly got me heated, and I felt disrespected.

Had an emergency filling done. The receptionist said and reassured me that she will email all the relevant invoices and report to me that very evening for my insurance claim.
Despite calling again the next 3 days to request for the email to be sent whoever answered the phone keep giving excuses and assured it’ll be sent.

Came to this office because I chipped my tooth over the weekend. The dentist, Dr Bruchu, was so helpful! He explained his treatment plan very well and was able to fill in the chip quickly and pain free. He made sure that I was happy with my bite and how it looked before I left, and he was happy to fix whatever didn't feel quite right. And his assistant, Olive, was so lovely!

To start, My wife is deathly afraid of anything that has to do with the dentist. She’s been dealing with some major pain from a crown breaking off and still didn’t want to get it fixed. Staff was honest and up front. staff was pleasant and even stated it might be cheaper to go to a regular dentist. I thought I had broken tooth but turned out the issue just a bad filling, and they explained how my tooth was still healthy and just need a refill. they even explained how they came to the conclusion. I even got a fun fact about my tooth that never grew in. The office manager noticed my insurance was ran properly and fixed for me.

We were visiting on vacation and had a dentistry need right away. Very easy to get an appointment the same day! Obviously it’ll be higher prices for emergency, but the up front $50 exam fee included X-rays to figure out what needed to be done, so we could decide if we wanted to proceed or not. Beware, not sure where all of their reviews suddenly came from in the last year and a half. When I had to go there due to what I thought was a dental emergency at the time, they had a very small fraction of the reviews they have now and three stars. I paid thousands of dollars here to end up having to correct the work three months later because they refused to return my calls and emails. If I’d sue in small claims court I’d win but I run a business and don’t have time for it over a few thousand. I just hope this review will help others.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this emergency dental office. I’m from out of town and was in excruciating pain when my friends brought me in to have an infected tooth pulled. I had never been in so much pain that I needed to stop a procedure before, but during the extraction I had to signal to Dr. Burshu (apologies if I’m spelling that incorrectly!) several times. He and the entire team were unbelievably kind, patient, and reassuring every step of the way. Not once did they make me feel like a burden — they treated me with such compassion and calm that it made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to get through.

The procedure itself wasn’t pleasant, of course, but I am so happy to report how much better I feel now. I’m genuinely so grateful for the fast relief and quality of care they provided.

My friends who waited for me had nothing but lovely things to say about Heather at the front as well. She was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel safe and supported from the moment we walked in.

Avoid this dentist unless you are in excruciating pain. They're competent, and they'll do what's needed, but when I went to my regular dentist for a follow up, I discovered that they charged me more than three times what my regular dentist would have charged me.

I needed an extraction and a bone graft. They charge $1140 for the bone graft. My regular dentist charges $350.

I understand that this is an emergency dental clinic, but they're exploiting people in pain who just need relief.

Not a scam, but I want people to know what theyxre getting into. If you need a molar extracted with a bone graft (which you should do), You're going to be looking at a $1740 expense if you have no insurance. Not chump change! Be warned!

IF YOU CAN POSSIBLY HOLD OUT TO SEE YOUR REGULAR DENTIST, YOU'LL SAVE ABOUT A GRAND!

Very professional experience at Emergency Dental of Las Vegas.

Just before leaving Europe to US I developed a serious toothache and during the flight it became clear I wouldn’t manage my vacation in US with that kind of pain. Had the misfortune of ending up here a little over 2 years ago when an old filling fell out and took part of my tooth with it on a holiday weekend. Ended up having to get a root canal and crown that was a disaster from start to finish. Now, these few years later I'm having to get that crown replaced after all these problems I've had with it cause it broke. I got 20 year old crowns in my mouth that have never given me problems but this relatively new one is as terrible as my experience. Do yourself a favor and deal with any dental pain until your regular dentist is available before seeing these clowns. It was only after my root canal was over did I learn it was the dentist's very first one outside of dental school when he high-fived the dental assistant and said as much.

Very bad experience with Emergency Dental of Las Vegas, I would not recommend this provider. I had a crown come off & I contacted Emergency Dental of Las Vegas, I asked specifically if they accepted my dental insurance which was Delta Dental & they very specifically told me that they did. I spent quite a bit of time filling out all their forms online including my specific insurance group & individual carrier ID’s, I then drove all the way down there in the evening, paid the consultation fee to then be very smugly told that they don’t accept my dental insurance & all services would be out of pocket. I was not happy that I had spent all this time & then drive all the way down there to have this happen. The desk clerk accepted no responsibility for what they said & blamed the call center, Emergency Dental hired the call center & the call center just handles calls as their trained by Emergency Dental, the desk clerk was very unprofessional & I would say that looks to me like a reflection of Emergency Dental of Las Vegas. I would not recommend this outfit & I would stay away, if Emergency Dental of Las Vegas can’t even get the front end right, how can they be trusted to do the rest of the job?? I walked out, very disappointed.

EDIT IN JANUARY:
The work itself was good, but the underlying business surrounding it is not worth all of this hassle -- if you can go anywhere else with your emergency, do it. The reason this business has a good rating on Google is because they ask you to do it before you leave the office, and probably hope you don't go back and revise it. So I'm back here, revising with my experience after the fact.
The people at the front desk and whoever takes calls for scheduling clearly don't know what they are talking about. I was initially told that they may take my insurance. Insurance covered nothing. I was initially told that they would be able to send me line item receipts for everything. No receipts were sent until I badgered them and even that has taken nearly two months and I still don't have everything I need.
Do not recommend going here at all.

I got a wisdom tooth extraction same day. I went after work. I was the last patient in the evening and they treated me like I was the first morning appointment. Everyone one was amazing and communicative from Shandee to Jace to Yvette. Dr. Bruchu did my extraction, he was very patient and talked me through the whole process and was efficient and thorough with my procedure. I didn’t have to go to sleep. He just number the tooth and surrounding area. It took about 25-30 mins in total. And post op he answered all of my questions- If the staff and Doc is reading this, thank you guys for everything. You are a great staff. I really appreciate you helping me get the tooth out - Kai

They took GREAT care of me!! Everyone was very nice, pleasant and helpful throughout my ENTIRE time there!! I came in earlier than my scheduled time and they fit me in. They alleviated my pain while I was waiting for my insurance to be figured out. They definitely genuinely care about the customers. It’s not just a job like most places these days. this place was absolutely fantastic and took care of me, regardless of how much i screamed and cried like a baby because i hate going to the dentist. but the Dr and the assistant who helped were so caring and kind and made me feel so so so safe. 10/10 recommend and though i paid pretty penny i can’t say it wasn’t worth it. i’m just out here temporarily but will absolutely be going again before I leave for any other necessary work🤍

I can’t say enough good things about this group. I went in with a problem and they got me in and out within two hours. Pricing was very reasonable and the staff was incredible. Dr. Trobough was very compassionate and made everything as painless as possible. Monet was helping him and she was equally as kind. Was able to get an appointment right away. The staff Monet and Jace were very friendly and understanding gave me couple of options of what we can do. And explained the procedure option that was available to me. They even helped me apply for credit plan to help me pay and answered all my question I had. Dr. Duffie was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Was able to get the procedure then and there there was no waiting like other places. I reached out to Emergency Dental when my crown popped off while flossing. Getting the appointment was easy and they were able to see me within an hour and a half of the call. My first impression was that I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff and the cleanliness of the office. The music playing was also a soothing touch...When Dr. Duffie came in to inspect everything, he was engaged and present with what I was dealing with, and had a nice, easy touch when reapplying the crown. I had a pleasant experience at this practice.
