This was the best urgent care visit I’ve ever had and I’m 30 years old. It was quick and efficient starting with the registration experience with Rachel R. At the front desk, she was very pleasant and got me checked in with no issues or long process. The RN Deanna called me to the back shortly after and did my intake and vitals. She had the cutest socks on and when I complimented them, she actually engaged in fun conversation with my bestie and I, unlike other quiet and detached nurses I’ve experienced in other facilities and offices. I felt like a person, not a number. Shortly after Deanna got me to my room, Dr. Abbo came in and examined me and ordered my X-ray. When the X-ray tech Michelle came for me, her personality was just as pleasant as the others, keeping me comfortable and laughing with me all throughout the x-rays. She got me in and out and once I was back in my room, it only took a few moments for Dr. Abbo to come see me again. He advised me of my results and instructions for after care keeping me laughing. I told him his wife was a very lucky woman lol! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I know for sure that anytime in the future when I need quick care exactly where I’ll be going! Thank you all so much for your dedication to my and other patients care, I truly feel valued and you guys deserve an award.

This is my second time here and both times have been great. The front desk ladies are so pleasant and make me feel comfortable. Kristen had me rockin’ (getting me checked in) and Robin had me rollin’ (laughing away my pain) the doctors are efficient and respectful, the whole experience has this time and previously been amazing! Thank Kristen, Robin and the team here. Y’all are beacons of light in the healthcare system! Thank you!

Robin provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I don't feel the same about the physician (Dr. Kane) who spent less than 5 minutes with me and told me to go to my own pulmonary doctor! He also went on to tell me how the exposure couldn't have caused my issues which I didn't have until this incident. I am still having issues with my breathing. I do know that asthma can be triggered and you can die from an asthma attack. I lost a friend who had a massive asthma attack and died. I am not going to assume he knows my entire history on a 5 minute visit and continue scheduling with him.
