I was on a waiting list to have my daughter diagnosed at two other places and it was over a year long Valetudo made it possible for my daughter to get her diagnosis in a timely manner so she could access the resources to help Her. Thank you guys so much.

I wish my daughter would have been referred elsewhere. She was referred here due to some serious mental health issues. This clinic definitely has patients they prefer over others, and that was obvious during my first visit. So far I have been cancelled on twice, and when I called to get clarification about a message that was sent to me in error, the receptionist was not friendly. I am definitely going to look for another practice.

Valetudo has been a huge help with our daughter's Autism journey. The staff is very nice and professional, the office was clean and had things for her attention, very very thorough with our questions. Thank You so much everyone

From start to finish, my experience at this office was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, setting a positive tone right away. The nurse who administered my breathing test and conducted the in-depth interview was absolutely wonderful—helpful, easy to talk to, and extremely professional. The doctor was courteous and professional when he came in at the end. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend!

I received a referral to this office by my doctor. They seem very quick to make appointments but are not consistent about honoring them. Nearly 2 months into dealing with them and 2 separate counselors missing scheduled sessions. Perhaps they're overwhelmed, as I can only imagine they might be. However, their lack of follow-through does not speak to any level of good customer service in my view. Woefully unprofessional would be my take on this team. I'd almost be interested to see what their excuse is for this latest absenteeism but that'd require a level of emotional investment I don't have the energy to give this situation.

Make my appointment was easy they got me in very fast next day actually. I understand this is a newer office but the reception staff was very unprofessional they were all behind the counter eating when I arrived and when I left. The girls that "checked me in" were lost it seemed they did not know what they were doing. The doctor was a bit strange as well he asked me why I was there I explained, I heared a noise on his laptop and then he asked me the same question why I was there. I think I was being recorded. I asked for a referral for a dermatologist they gave me a hand written paper. When I called the office to let them know the paper was not going to work she asked I text her where I would like to go, i did. I called two days later referral was never sent said she couldn't get a fax number so I called and got it for her referral was never sent. Waste of time.

The nicest Dr and Staff ever. They were super nice to my kids, who were in the waiting room while i was with the doctor. They were all so friendly, and the doctor was genuinely concerned with my wait time, comfort, and about answering any/all of my questions. One of my favorite doctors.
