Very dirty and run down, more so than any other medical office I've been to. They basically put a broken chair in a dark storage room and called it an office. Providers seemed to have low confidence in eachothers competence.

The waiting room is dirty and dingy as are the chairs in the drs office. I saw it with my own eyes. I showed up on time to my appointment at Valtudo Health Clinic and still waited past my appointment time — even though they called me on the way and asked if I could come in earlier. I arrived, completed paperwork, had my blood pressure taken by a machine the took several Internal parts from a different machine to make work, and waited.
My entire appointment lasted under five minutes. In those five minutes the Dr I was assigned( elderly white male who is allegedly dedicated to veteran patients) took four separate personal phone calls, wrote maybe three sentences on a notepad, and decided I was doctor shopping and began to belittle me — even though the VA specifically picked this doctor for me, and he was the very first doctor I had ever spoken to about this.
He called my request for an evaluation shameful and told me to be embarrassed multiple times and followed me out to the parking lot telling me. I asked for an evaluation. That’s it. Adult autism assessment requires multiple sessions precisely because masking hides symptoms — a fact this doctor either didn’t know or didn’t care to learn. I walked out.
If you want a real evaluation, go elsewhere. This man offers a verdict, not an assessment. To top it off, the manager called me after my appointment and begged me to reconsider my care at their location. He apologized and said I’m sorry he’s an MD and I can’t control him. So just know that’s the level of understanding you get if there’s any issues.

I feel like imo this place takes advantage of people receiving state benefits such as Medicaid. The place is dirty. Staff is not knowledgeable. The place is a mess and everybody that works here seems so lost and out of place. & I work in healthcare. Some of the things that were said to me were unprofessional. It’s like they have no training. I had to stop going.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. We really like the psychiatrist my daughter got and she got us on a med that helped her tremendously but something is way off with their process. we have had 5 different times were we cant get them to submit the script in time and we have a laps of medication which is completely un acceptable. Both my son and my daughter have had rollercoasters of emotions going on and off drugs because they cant seem to figure anything out. I just got off the phone with them because we have 1 day remaining on her meds and still no refill and the first guys said he would help then hung up instead of putting me on hold so i called back and woman said she doesn't do that and she transfered me. Another person picked up the phone and said she doesn't do that either and the person that does that is on break and they will call me back. its just a constant run around and no one has any idea ever why the meds aren't being filled in time. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Unless you enjoy watching your children struggle even more than they already are because we can't access their meds in time.

To start Michelle is great, but staff.... front desk, and scheduling all need to be let go they are rude and terrible. Like ypu know your job do it they won't answer calls or will answer then hang up like do better.

Horrible place. My daughter never got the help she needed . Never actually saw a psychiatrist. Everytime I made an appointment I actually thought I my daughter would get the help and diagnosis needed to move forward. That didn’t happen. Nurse practitioners were the only ones my daughter and I talked to. They were confused and not showing much care. Last appointment I had was to have my daughter assessed which didn’t happen. Staff are confused. Horrible experience and complete waste of time.

I was on a waiting list to have my daughter diagnosed at two other places and it was over a year long Valetudo made it possible for my daughter to get her diagnosis in a timely manner so she could access the resources to help Her. Thank you guys so much.

I wish my daughter would have been referred elsewhere. She was referred here due to some serious mental health issues. This clinic definitely has patients they prefer over others, and that was obvious during my first visit. So far I have been cancelled on twice, and when I called to get clarification about a message that was sent to me in error, the receptionist was not friendly. I am definitely going to look for another practice.

From start to finish, my experience at this office was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, setting a positive tone right away. The nurse who administered my breathing test and conducted the in-depth interview was absolutely wonderful—helpful, easy to talk to, and extremely professional. The doctor was courteous and professional when he came in at the end. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend!

I received a referral to this office by my doctor. They seem very quick to make appointments but are not consistent about honoring them. Nearly 2 months into dealing with them and 2 separate counselors missing scheduled sessions. Perhaps they're overwhelmed, as I can only imagine they might be. However, their lack of follow-through does not speak to any level of good customer service in my view. Woefully unprofessional would be my take on this team. I'd almost be interested to see what their excuse is for this latest absenteeism but that'd require a level of emotional investment I don't have the energy to give this situation.

Make my appointment was easy they got me in very fast next day actually. I understand this is a newer office but the reception staff was very unprofessional they were all behind the counter eating when I arrived and when I left. The girls that "checked me in" were lost it seemed they did not know what they were doing. The doctor was a bit strange as well he asked me why I was there I explained, I heared a noise on his laptop and then he asked me the same question why I was there. I think I was being recorded. I asked for a referral for a dermatologist they gave me a hand written paper. When I called the office to let them know the paper was not going to work she asked I text her where I would like to go, i did. I called two days later referral was never sent said she couldn't get a fax number so I called and got it for her referral was never sent. Waste of time.

The nicest Dr and Staff ever. They were super nice to my kids, who were in the waiting room while i was with the doctor. They were all so friendly, and the doctor was genuinely concerned with my wait time, comfort, and about answering any/all of my questions. One of my favorite doctors.
