Dr. Emma Montanez-Lewis grew up in the Philippines. She pursued her Doctor of Medicine at Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines, after which she finished an internship with Cebu Velez General Hospital. Dr. Montanez-Lewis spent the next few years working in a private family medicine practice. She moved to New York City and completed a primary care residency and an infectious disease fellowship with Harlem Hospital Center affiliated with Columbia University School of Medicine. Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Montanez-Lewis takes pride in teaching her patients to better care for themselves. In addition to English, she is fluent in Filipino and Bisaya. Experience I received
the front staff is unprofessional and childish checking out the nurse was yelling and rude and rushed me out and I had to go back smh referral department is vicious evil to the core. Unclear why Dr.bruce is so rude and her nurse!
I will find great care somewhere else watch me.

I have received the best health care I could ever get. DR. EMMA IS VERY THORAL AND she answers all my questions & concerns. She explains things to me In layman's terms. I am so happy to have her for my doctor!! She has the best bed side manor and makes me feel.like she has plenty of time to explain everything to me and makes. I know, and believe that Dr.Emma Montanez is one of the best Healthcare Providers here in the state of Nevada. Everytime, I attend to my appointment to see her, she's always taking care of my needs, and I always feel welcomed with pride@the Intermountain clinic. The difference between Dr. Emma and my last two (non-IHC) physicians is night and day. She is very thorough and never permits herself to be rushed. I am delighted to have found her as my new PCP. I like the way she explains things, especially diagnostic and test results.

I came to Intermountain health care because of Google . When the Dr came in He wasn't the person on the picture , But I said Give him a chance. Well I did! I didn't feel a Dr that cared really for ME and my well being ..I mean this person NEVER TOUCH ME he just sat 4 to 5 feet away providing nothing but prescriptions I felt nothing For weight management he wasn't able to provide a solution I was referred For my Pain Management Same thing. He did nothing! One visit he wasn't available and I was asked would you like to see Dr Emma? When I say this Lady came in Touching me from head to toe I was like Wow She was able to di what the weight management place did She was able to Prescribe my Pain medication I know longer had to run to 3 deference Doctors all over Vegas My first visit i was like Where have you been? She is caring hands on and cares about your Well being .For my next visit they tried to get me back with my 1st Dr. I was like can I See her again? They said Sure! So you want Dr Emma as your Dr? I said Yesss! Send the request to my insurance for the card with her name on it.The Front Office Staff is pleasant they work for all the Doctors. I believe the Medical Assistant in the back work for their own Doctor. They are very nice in gathering your vitals before Dr Emma comes in I Recommend her 10 out of 10 If you want to come out your visit feel like you have A Doctor Try Dr Emma Montanez MD .My reviews are always long and very true experience Wishing you Good health
