Been taking both my sons here for years! Before it was Ence, we were with Dr. Reardon. He left his practice in great hands!!! Best place to go for braces and retainers! Friendly staff. Always so nice and they always remember their patients names and faces.
Dr. Ence is very nice. She only charged my son $120 for both top and bottom retainers since he was a long time patient. Its normally 240 for both.
They have affordable monthly payments and work great with insurance. I recommend to all friends to take their kids here for braces. Beautiful clean office!

All I have to say about Ence orthodontist are great things! Every-time I reach out to make an appointment they are beyond receptive in getting me in so quickly, the girls at the front desk and in the back always have a smiling face. I had an issue with a broken permanent retainer and they did everything they could do to get me in to them even though i didn’t have a flexible schedule. Braces can be very scary for little children to go through but the experience is everything but that here. The staff and Dr. Reardon are absolutely awesome. They are so sweet and caring to the point you feel a part of their group. They always are smiling and welcoming. We have come at the last minute for some appointments but the positive energetic vibe they give would make you feel like the day just got started. I had an appointment yesterday to have new retainers made and to have my top permanent retainer resealed after having dental work done and having the permanent retainers could sometimes require a little maintenance.

It’s been a little over 5 years a since I’ve gotten by braces off and I’m absolutely still in love with my smile! Even though Dr. Readon is now retired and it’s now Dr. Ence’s practice, it was a joy seeing old staff members and meeting new ones! Everyone was really friendly and had great energy!

I was really excited and happy I got to meet Dr. Ence, her work is amazing and I’m glad to have her as my orthodontist.

The staff is absolutely amazing, they are efficient, friendly and they always go above and beyond for all of their patients.

I have been going here for many, many years, since before it was Ence Orthodontics, to replace my retainers every now and then. I remember when I first got my braces, I was so thankful that they were able to make it work without pulling any teeth. Another office had told us I would have to. Looking back, I couldn’t be happier we never let that happen.

Dr Ence took over the practice and has been remarkable. For the first time in my life I have an overbite! She is meticulous with getting my teeth right and is working with my dentist to ensure there is proper spacing for my porcelain veneers. I’ve had braces before as an adult and many other orthodontic treatments as a kid and I have never felt more confident about my orthodontist as I do with Dr Ence and her team.

My son and I are both patients and I have watched our mouths transform over the last year. This group really cares about their patients and it shows. I brought my son in for a check and Dr Ence remarked that she had been looking at pictures of his file recently to consider next steps. I was amazed because so often when you walk into a dentist or doctor it feels like the first time they’ve seen your chart since your last appointment. I used to be a patient under Dr. Reardon a few years ago (with some not so nice experiences), and today was my first visit under Dr. Ence due to a retainer breaking recently, and I was beyond happy with my visit! As soon as I called they were able to schedule me a time to come in within a week including an estimate of how much it would cost over the phone. Then, when I got there there was almost no wait, and everything was taken care of in only a few minutes. Additionally, Dr. Ence was extremely helpful and kind as we discussed treatment options to correct some misalignment (including relating my treatment options to her personal experiences as a patient which I was really impressed by as it was very thoughtful of her), and provided me estimates of how much it would cost before I walked out the door -again all within a few minutes. Finally, Dr. Ence's staff still remembered me even after a few years, and took the time to ask how I was doing, what I had been up to since my last visit, and welcomed me back like I was still a patient! I highly recommend Dr. Ence's office to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist, or to previous patient's under Dr. Reardon. After shopping around for an Orthodontist, this was the best decision I ever made. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I was so nervous to get braces and I was debated with myself for hours whether or not I needed them. After speaking with Dr. Ence twice (two consultations), she reassured me of my decision. She answered all of my questions and was so knowledgeable. After getting my braces for a couple of months, I noticed a drastic improvement. I am now four months in and my teeth look amazing! If I could give you more stars I would. I am a poor broke and fabulous college student who lost my retainers and felt bad about telling my mom since the replacements are not cheap. Once I finally confessed to losing them and called to make an appointment the staff was super helpful and got me in right away. Everyone is always super helpful and understanding. I came in today to get my permanent retainer's wire reattached. Both Tamitha and Karla smiled as they greeted me. They were kind and friendly.
After further inspecting my retainers, Tamitha discovered another loose wire. She immediately got to work. She made sure my bite was perfect and free of protrusions in addition to cementing them on.
So, when I checked out, Karla inquired about my appointment and whether everything had gone smoothly. I said, "Of course, yeah," with a smile.

My son received treatment beginning at a young age. This office was always professional and caring toward my son and it was always a pleasure to come in. Many offices are a dread, this one isn't. When my step-daughter began treatment in the beginning of 2011, that same commitment continued and it was a joy to continue the relationship with Dr. Reardon and his staff. They went out of their way to accommodate a difficult custody arrangement. Then, when my family was met with tragedy at the end of 2011 - my son's appointment was just a couple of weeks after the death of my husband (his step-dad). He is an excellent orthodontist who treated my daughter for 1.5 courses of ortho (sadly, we moved mid-treatment during her second course). My daughter is very young and the staff helped us determine what she needed to get beautiful teeth. Dr. Reardon helped us with a dental plan to fit our budget. Dr. Reardon did a great job straightening my oldest son's teeth. When I look at his smile, I know that that smile is 60% my money and 40% insurance. I am so glad that he has a nice smile and it really adds to his looks. He is now in college and so braces are a few years in the past. I would recommend braces to the 90% of teens who were not blessed with straight teeth. While it may be hard or inconvenient, it is well worth it in the long run. Dr. Reardon has all the modern tools and technology to get the job done well. I recommend Dr. Reardon to other families. Keep up the good work!!
