After a stroke, brain injury, hip fracture or other complex orthopedic or neurological condition, our expert clinicians combine the latest technologies with real-world simulations and advanced therapies to help you achieve your goals.
Your care team will include physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy experts; rehabilitation physicians and nurses; case managers; dietitians; and more.
While at our rehabilitation hospital you will receive 24/7 nursing care and three hours of therapy five days a week. Patient rooms include a television, phone and free wifi.

I recently completed a notarization at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Henderson, and the experience was excellent. My dad came into rehab very frail and weak. Confusion and very tired and experienced hallucinations. Lupe was are girl of the hour and had a great relationship with him. This is much appreciated because it really helped him have a better outlook and wanted to get better. Thank you so much for taking good care of him. I would definitely recommend Encompass to anyone who needs help. First pic is of him just before his fall, second is of him less than a week in a group home.

The staff was wonderful. There should be more time spent out of bed for someone who hasn’t walked for three plus weeks. PT was only about thirty minutes a day Monday thru Friday. By the time he was out of bed and ready to work out. It’s not enough time to get up
And walking again. The nurses and cna’s shoukd be able to walk the patients as well.

My dad spent two weeks at this rehab facility, and the care he received was exceptional. Every member of the team—from the CNAs and nurses to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and the doctors—was consistently compassionate, attentive, and professional.
He made meaningful progress during his stay and left noticeably stronger, which speaks to the quality and coordination of care. What stood out just as much was how well the staff communicated with our family. They took the time to explain his condition, progress, and the best next steps, which gave us a lot of clarity and confidence.
We’re very grateful for the support and dedication shown throughout his stay and would highly recommend this facility.

Encompass was a necessary step in my recovery. Quality service with a smile. Thanks to meal servers, bedside helpers, nurses and Dr. Ibraheem for their helping hands in my time of need. I especially found the speech test challenging and was surprised that I passed.
Jed was magnificent in his PT that tested my balance and strength. Jerrie is to be praised for her "wear me down" PT approach. Lastly, I want to thank Peter for his patience and understanding when he was my PT in 2024.
