Front desk were very polite and it was quick to get called up. I didn’t have to wait long at all to see my doctor. He explained everything very thoroughly and it was very easy to understand what he was saying and suggesting. They referred me to a pharmacy in which I got the medication that I needed in less than 10 minutes. Very professional staff and it was a quick process.

The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment right away. I did not have to wait long. Eric saw me right away. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be seeing him again.

Eric is friendly, caring and takes the time to make sure all of my needs are cared for and I completely trust is opinions and decisions. I know Eric takes all of my concerns and runs with them. Customer service is above all the rest from the time you walk in to the time you walk out from all the staff. I never knew I would ever need to see a skin specialist but I am thankful that I have PA/Eric and all of the staff. Truly a Blessing and I thank all of the staff for a job well done and far above most offices.

This was my first appointment, I came early to do the paperwork. They have the tablets to cut out actual paper and make it faster. I paid on the tablet and was seen at the appointment time. Within 20 minutes of the appointment time I was in and leaving the office. Everyone was very nice and courteous.

I appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff. It really was a pleasant experience during an unsettling time for me. Front desk staff was welcoming. MA was nice and sociable, PA Eric was awesome. Thanks to all involved.
