Dr. Will & Dr. Keegan are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in the gonstead chiropractic method. They see our entire family. The kids love to go first, and they really helped our newborn who favored one side of his neck. Now he moves great and it’s helping him with rolling over.

For myself personally, I’ve had some issues that other chiropractors could get to. My jaw used to shift weird and my shoulder used to click when I rotated it, both move smoothly after one visit!

I have had Horrible back pain and discomfort for over a Month and Half, its been so uncomfortable to Stand, Sit, Drive and Sleep.
Nicole the receptionist gave me a rundown of her facility and it convinced me to check it out.
The way they broke down everything to find the best way to care for my issue was great.
1st Session, my Lower and Mid back were adjusted, but ever just walking outnof tgere I was feeling better and little more upright when I stood up and walked.
I actually slept better and moved better for the 2 days after. Its going to be a process but I definitely look forward to it.

I was NEVER advised there was going to be a fee on the last visit. This was never discussed not once. The only reason you offered free adjustments was because you asked me to change/remove my google review and you NEVER specified any amount with me. You knew what your office did was wrong. Your office TOOK my card and stored it without my knowledge i NEVER agreed to any of your plans and never authorized your office to store my card. You charged my card when you wanted to again without my knowledge or authorization. If a payment needed to be made when i was in your office you or the front end should have advised me of this before i left your office. Yet not one person did. The only reason i knew was because your staff called 15 mins later to tell me MY card wasn't working. Then you call me again and try and sweet talk me to change my google review again? People need to know the truth and as i can see in previous reviews this isn't the first time you guys did shady stuff! Youe lie and you stole my card information and used it with my knowledge that what it comes down to.

I went to this location in the beginning. It started off really bad and I was convinced they were just scammers on how they conducted business wrote a review and the doctor didn’t like it. He called me and asked me to remove it and he would treat me a few times for free I agreed because I was in so much pain so I go in for my third visit he does his adjustment thanks me. I said thank you to the front end and then after I left the establishment and was on my way home I got a call from the front office. They said my card wasn’t working and I said what do you mean my card wasn’t working she said that they tried to run it for a $65 payment never once did I authorize them to put my card on file or store my card information and no kind of payment was ever mentioned so they literally went behind my back, stole my card information and decided to run it when they want without any prior authorization or anything. Why wouldn’t they discuss payment options when I was there instead of going behind my back, stealing my information and charging my card without any authorization or knowledge beware of this place do not go here at this point I think I’m just gonna file a police report for theft and fraud

Update: After initially signing up for chiropractic services I have to admit buyers remorse started to settle in. That was until I was no longer walking with a slight limp. I’ve had a lower back problem for several years, in order to minimize the discomfort I found that by walking with a limp helped. Didn’t really notice just how much I was limping until I could see my reflection in the sliding glass door and in the ring videos. Honestly I am walking MUCH better and without the limp. It’s not permanently gone just yet but I have to tell you, after each alignment I feel outstanding. Oh, I’ve used chiropractors for years but none like Evergrowth. Probably one of the best investments I’ve personally made, it’s truly helped my quality of life.

Probably the best chiropractor I’ve Ever used. In addition, the chiropractor took X-Rays of my back and neck and showed me exactly where the problems are. He then aligned my spine.

All this for a new patient price of $29. Since I’m going to require additional treatment, I’ve asked the VA how to properly submit the Doctor’s x-rays and ongoing treatment that is required.

I’ve been treated by other chiropractors, Evergrowth is by far the best. Wish the VA offered this care and treatment.

ive been going for a couple weeks now after my initial consult and adjustment- which side note, was extremely in depth and explained very well to me about the process of evaluation and the techniques used in their practice. the price was part of a promotion for one free adjustment and all the x rays and scans they do as well. after looking over everything, they made personalized plans for myself and my mom with a detailed breakdown of frequency and payment options. in my opinion the pricing was very fair for the amount of work needing to be done.

all of my appointments have been super easy. i check in, wait to be called, and he adjusts whatever is needed that session. all the staff is extremely friendly and understanding, ensuring our needs are met and we feel comfortable. for the first time ive gone to a chiropractor the experience has been wonderful and positive. the only thing i guess i could veto is the waiting times on occasion. sometimes theres no wait at all and my appointment is on time, other times im waiting 20+ minutes. however i think its all worth it and i would 100% recommend this place to those who suffer from any type of body discomfort

My daughter fell and had been complaining about her lower back for a while. My boss actually recommended Dr. Will, we have been seeing him for almost a year and my daughter feels so much better. Filling out forms online was too long and didn’t have a save button if you choose to pause & get back to it so I had to start All over & still didn’t finish. At the end.. I eventually just asked for the paperwork which was a lot shorter than the online questionnaire.
X-rays and thermal probes were used to assess me before adjusting which I loved because most chiropractors would just adjust wout getting an X-ray which I think is just a blindsided adjustment. I have yet to find the right chiro for me that will fix the actual problems in my body. So far the correct steps are being made at this office and hopefully Dr. So will find the right tools and expertise to get me back to a healthy state! 🙏🏽

So update from last review: Filling out forms and paperwork appears much easier online. It appears that Dr. So listens & tries to fix errors or problems that his patients had to make things easier for them/us. 👍🏽
Coming in today for my 3rd adjustment including my starter first day which I thought might’ve been a trial so technically my official 2nd adjustment. I had issues with dizziness which was chronic for years and no one could figure out why how to resolve it. My dizziness occurred only in the supine (laying down) position and when I turned my head to the left. Dr. So looked at my X-rays to make sure he knows exactly what he’s dealing with & where to pin point the problem. There was an impingement on T-2 and he had me in some kind of position w/a strap and adjust my head upward and felt this crack and relief like I’ve never felt before! No chiropractor has ever tried to look back on my X-rays to find or resolve the issue or put me in some type of creative position to get to the problem. Other issues were TMJ, lower back and Rt hip which he also adjusted and immediately felt relief & put back into place. I’ve also noticed that Dr. So is very thorough & makes sure his adjustments are done repeatedly until the relief occurs or sees it may be aligned. I couldn’t thank him enough for making me feel better! I think he may be my savior for All my joint, spine and bone adjustment issues! I’ve signed up for the complete treatment (I think it’s 2x a week for 12 weeks if I’m not mistaken then once it’s gets better once a week) to make sure my body has the body motion to feeling healthy again that he can give me. So far I’m just feeling thankful that I’m in his care!

When I first came in I was very nervous and skeptical about seeing a Chiropractor but my lower back was so bad that I got the gift of desperation as every bump in the road was causing a stabbing pain in my lower back. Dr. Will and his staff put me at ease and my very first adjustment pretty much took the stabbing pain away and I’ve been coming to regular adjustments for about 7 months now. The treatments have helped with headaches and other aches and pains as a side benefit as well as getting my back operating normally. I’m 60 now and I feel that Dr. Will has saved my working career so I can retire when I’m ready to and not because of back problems. I was suffering from intermittent vertigo for almost 2 months and was not getting better after getting treatment from my ENT specialist. I was miserable I felt like I was on a boat and nauseous all the time and I was getting anxiety because of how I felt. I have 2 year old twins and I needed to find a solution asap to keep up with my toddlers. I googled vertigo doctors and Dr. Will’s office came up first and I thought that was odd because it was a chiropractor office. I called the office and Dr. Will answered himself and I explained to him my situation and he told me he could definitely help. I was seen for my evaluation, scans and x-rays the same week I called and I have been getting treatment from Dr. Will since the last week of May. After the 2nd week I felt better and by my 3rd week of treatment my vertigo was gone. I can’t believe how quick I felt better. I have to say since coming here, since my very first visit, I’ve been extremely satisfied. The quality of my life has improved so much. I’ve been experiencing lower back pain since I was 11 years old and after 20 years, I was convinced that I was doomed for life in pain. Since coming here, my pain has been greatly alleviated. Super Thank You to Dr. Raymond Weich, I'm so amazed! This is my first time using the chiropractor treatment. I had a car accident last July and was injured with pains in my neck, shoulder, back, ankle, and severe headache after the accident. Pained that I can't explain.
Always feeling tired, discomfort, and out of focus.
My husband found Dr. Raymond Weich and we went to his clinic. he took some X-rays and initial accessesment. He explained and recommended the treatments that I needed. And after several treatments, I felt better and so much relief from the pain. I have noticed a big difference and felt major positive changes and was able to work well.

I had pain and discomfort in my neck that was causing me numbness in my left hand. I also had issues with lower back pain and hip pain. I have been receiving chiropractic care at Evergrowth for four months now and I feel amazing. My neck just needed to be adjusted, and over a few visits, the pain and discomfort were completely gone. This place is an ABSOLUTE SCAM…and please BE WARE of this tricky inexperienced chiropractor….Wil So…. I was referred to this Everdead Chiropractic Place….thru a family friend’s chiropractor QUAN WELLNESS… I’m 68 yo so desperate of my chronic back pains for yrs…after watching their Virtual Orientation, I decided to give my full trust of care….paid $1,600.00 (Credit Card) up front for 12 mos CARE PLAN plus $ 197.00 Unnecessary X-rays…but later realized… I was dooped by his DECEPTIVE C-CARE because after more than 8 weeks of Quick adjustments no improvement at all on my symptoms with bad effects …I fell down 2X from losing my Gait balance… Wil So just said TACTLESSLY “it’s been there for a long time “ … to me..meaning will take a very long time or no hope for me to improve… so his Rip Off tactics and Unprofessionalism will leave me pennyless. I went to see another Chiropractor with 25 experience for a second opinion and advised me Physical Therapy because of my aging health issue. Today, It’s been 90 days waiting for my $941.00 refund and liar Wil So refuses to answer my calls. I’m definitely going to report to BBB and Nevada State Medical Board per Channel 13 Consumer Division advise…. This place is a SCAM! Came here last Aug because they are accepting my Blue Cross-Anthem insurance which is the main reason I went with them because I know that I will only have to pay my co-pay and not their regular price of $40 per chiropractic adjustment.
As others have mentioned, they will charge you for the initial visit of $47 consultation plus $150 x-rays without getting any treatment first, then they will present you a treatment plan (20 chiro-adjustment in my case) on the next visit where you can fully pay or go with a 6-monthly payment terms. But they will not start any treatment unless you accept the treatment plan. So, I went ahead with their 6-monthly payment plan after they confirmed that they will make the price adjustment and refund me for any overpayment. Well, big mistake!!
They continued to charge my credit card monthly from Aug even after they started receiving payment from my insurance. I have complained about this issue and was promised that the auto charge will stop on Oct. Obviously, it did not stop charging. I continued with the treatment hoping that all billing adjustments will be settled. Furthermore, instead of giving me a refund, they pulled another scam on Dec and revised my treatment plan and added 6 more visits that will continue until Jan and told me that instead of they giving a refund, they will apply the refund to the newly added 6 visits that has not occurred yet. They are basically double dipping by getting your money and at the same time collecting money from your insurance. Finally on Nov, they stopped charging my card but I also cancelled the rest of my treatments because they are not making any effort to give me my refund.
It is also frustrating that you cannot discuss any billing issues because they said that they use 3rd party to do all their billing and cannot be contacted. So, I have no choice but to dispute the last 2 charges in my credit card. After disputing, they started auto-charging my card again on Dec 2022. This made no sense that they owe me money and yet they started charging my card again. I had to dispute once more with my card company. I have spent many hours filing grievance report with my insurance hoping they can explain to them that I’ve overpaid and they owe me. Not to mention my time spent with my credit card company disputing the charges. And until now in March, they are not able to provide me my account statement to explain why they are not issuing me my refund. They even came back stating that my insurance has stopped paying them since Oct even if I had treatments until Nov. I found out from my insurance that they dropped out in Oct and no longer an in-network provider. Since they did not inform me that they stopped accepting my insurance and they continued to treat me, it is their fault that they did not discuss with me first if I still want to continue with the treatment without my insurance. If I was told, then I would have discontinued treatment and look for a different place that will take my insurance. There are so many fraudulent activities in their billing practice and how they conduct their business that they should stop accepting any insurance.
Insurance EOB for Aug visit indicated that my co-pay for office visit is $34 and not $47 and my chiro treatment co-pay is $6.80 per visit and not the $40 they charged me. It has been more than 3 months now and I have not seen any refund nor detailed account statement showing why they are not able to give me my refund. Next step is to file a complaint in BBB and maybe sue them in small claims court. Do not go to this place if you will be using your insurance!!

I've been seen by Dr.Will since last November. I was referred by a great friend after being in pain for several months. Doctors keep saying that it was my sciatic and kept prescribing pain meds. That of course never helped. Best decision I've made. After my first scan he was able to point out my problem areas. And made an assessment on how we could start treatment. After the first few treatments I felt alittle better..but like they say give it a chance. Thank goodness I have.Havent had any pain in my lower back since January.Today I had another re- evaluation and the scans brought up some issues in my neck. Dr. Will did an adjustment on the area and instantly there was a feeling that went thru my neck up thru my sinuses. It opened up my breathing and all. I kinda had a feeling of what was happening.

This place is a rip off! They will charge you as soon as you walk in the door then they spring $250 or $180 for x-rays on you and won't even touch you for adjustment which is what is paid for. SCAMMERS here! They also want to tell me/you how often you have to come in. Screw that I'll go to a more reputable business for cheaper and get the results I'm looking for. They should tell you that they are going to hold your care hostage over x-ray's. In was charged 47 dollars for nothing. If you need chiropractic care please go to The Joint chiropractic it's $29 dollar's and they will send you out with referral to get x-rays so my/your insurance will pay for. I decided to go here as they are located near my house and it would be really convenient to go. I did get some X-rays done here and then was told that I had to come back for a group appointment to go over why X-rays were done. This seemed a bit odd that I needed to come back for a group appointment and would basically have to complete and pay for 2 complete appointments prior to being treated.

I made a conscious decision to find a chiropractor who specialized in gymnasts and aerial artists as that is where my injury stems from. Since I had my X-rays performed here and paid for them I called and requested that they be sent to me. I have called several times and have yet to receive my X-rays which is so unfortunate.

The business owner just mentioned in his reply that I ghosted them which is incorrect. I called and spoke to Wendy to let them know I would be going to another chiropractor who specializes in my type of injury. I did call three times and the first two times I spoke to Wendy about getting a copy of my X-Rays which I paid for. I did not receive any release forms in order to get my X-Rays nor was I contacted by Wendy or Dr. Will to receive these forms.
