Been coming here for five years and I leave satisfied with the service every single time. Dr. Jacquelyn Wang is amazing. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful! I can comfortably tell her all the concerns I may have and I know she’ll help and solve every bit of it. All the staffs here are extremely kind and professional. Tiffany helped me with my contact lens supply today and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She’s incredible!! She helped explain everything to me. Moving here from Tahoe, we needed to find a new eye doctor. After doing our research, my wife and I decided to try Eyediology Vision Care and Dr. Jacquelyn Wang. Today was our first visit and exams. The office is very convenient (right off of Flamingo and Highway 215). Its modern and clean aesthetic is relaxing and all of the equipment seems to be new and top of the line. All of the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional and Dr. Wang was awesome! We highly recommend Eyediology and Dr. Wang!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about my visit to Eyediology today. I went for my annual visit and everyone was so nice, polite and courteous. They took time to explain everything they were doing and always asked if I had any questions throughout the process. Dr. Wang was great and also spent time with me going over everything. Special shout out to Tiffany who had to put up with me trying to find a new pair of glasses. It took a long time, she never lost patience, showed me a lot of options and helped me narrow it down. Highly recommend, all staff very accommodating, Dr Jenn was able to get me prescriptions for various vision issues I have and Tiffany was very helpful with decisions on what glasses would look good on me since I never wore glasses before. I always struggle to find an eye doctor here in Vegas but now i found one. The staff here are great and they accepted both my insurance. It’s hard to find an eye clinic with consistent care. i honestly would say my top 5 eye clinic in Vegas would be:

The front desk is awesome. Greeted my call with a "I like working here" tone, and were overjoyed to help me out, after multiple other places claimed my insurance was invalid. (Today showed it most certainly was not)

They are in 2026. Modern equipment, modern opticians, and people who genuinely enjoy chatting about vision, vision health, and more.

Not to mention having my eyeball insides photocopied. That was a new one. (Not a literal photo-copier, but trust me, it was WORTH it.)

Oh, and the best part? I kid you not, my last exam in Montana in 2025, with the purchase of a box of contacts for each eye, cost me $182. Today's visit for the same exact thing, with the same exact insurance? $84. HOW. Insane.

And don't forget, they actually made it a place you like to be! Welcoming, good smells throughout the air, every room spotless that I could see.

It actually made me a bit sad that I only need to visit once a year. Thanks for making my first Vision Appt in Vegas fantastic. :) Oh, and I drove a 1-hour round trip from Henderson for it. And I'll be doing it again.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wang and her entire team. Dr. Wang was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

Her technicians, Mark and Eleni, were also outstanding—friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made the check-in process easy and pleasant.

The office itself was clean and inviting, with a great selection of eyeglass frames on display. What impressed me the most was the advanced technology used during the exam, especially the Optomap Retinal Imaging system. It was amazing to have a comprehensive retinal screening without the need for dilating drops. Not having to deal with blurry vision afterward or arrange for someone to drive me home was a huge plus.

Overall, this was one of the best eye care experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and her team for their professionalism, expertise, friendly service, and state-of-the-art technology.

Eyediology provided the best exam and optometry services I’ve experienced in over a decade. I’ve moved a few times. Always struggled to find a good optometry clinic. Everyone at Eyediology is friendly, courteous and professional. I was greeted by a front desk clerk with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. No waiting as there was two people conducting check-in. The medical assistants that conducted the initial tests were friendly and professional as well. Dr. Wang is awesome. She is very personable and friendly as well as conducted the most thorough eye examination I’ve had in a long time. She immediately came up with a proper prescription and explained why I was having issues. My left eye had gotten much worse and needed a stronger prescription. My wife recommended Dr. Wang and I agree. She’s great. We will both continue to use her for annual exams. Eleni, my optician was just as friendly and professional. She helped me navigate the confusion of getting a couple pair of glasses ordered. Eleni took the time to call Oakley which helped me make my decision. Everyone at Eyediology was helpful and smiling. The newly expanded office of Dr Jennifer Burke’s Eyediology is fresh and welcoming, as are her staff! I was quickly put through a thorough battery of tests then seen by the doctor. Dr Burke never made me feel rushed, took time to answer all of my questions and explain what showed up in the tests. She gave me options with a new set of contacts, again taking the time to explain the difference in products. She is thorough, personable, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are both so content to find such an amazing doctor having moved to Vegas recently. I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door. Someone met me to get me checked in and offered for me to view & try on glasses while I wait. The space is beautifully designed and the selection was amazing. I felt no pressure from the sales person. I actually asked for her help and she selected glasses and responsive to my cues about what I liked and did not like. We had two pairs picked out before I even was seen by the optometrist. The service from the optometry staff was timely and they were polite. It didn't feel rushed and they listened to my concerns. My time with the optometrist felt personal. Jennifer Burke had a lot of great advice and asked me what my goals were for my contact lenses. I did not feel upsold at all. It was an overall wonderful experience. I had previously opted for an ophthalmologist because I had felt that my previous optometrist had been pushing new glasses and scripts on me for years. This was an amazing experience and I'm glad I made the appointment. The staff cared, Jennifer's time and attention was helpful and I love the new glasses and sunglasses I purchased. My husband and I were looking for a new optometrist, and Dr. Burke came highly recommended by my ophthalmologist, Dr. Ethan Wonchon Lin. Since our first visit a couple of years ago we have been very happy with Dr. Burke and her entire staff! They’re so thorough, and go to great lengths to make sure you’re getting the best of care. Dr. Burke has gone out of her way to see that we get any specialty prescriptions at the best prices too!

I did have an issue with a pair of glasses that didn’t fit quite right, but I assumed that it was just me and my weird face. I have a very low nose bridge, and not just any frame will work for me. The lenses of the glasses sat very close to my eyeballs, and were somewhat problematic. A year later when it was time for my annual check up, I took the glasses in with me to get a new nose pad since one had fallen off. Luckily for me, Eleni was the person helping us that day. She took one look at my glasses, and said it would be no problem replacing the nose pad, and she can adjust them so they fit better. Once she made adjustments it felt like I had a brand new pair of glasses! 😮 I had no idea that the adjustment was the issue.

Ever since then, whenever I have to pick up a new pair of glasses, I always call to make an appointment specifically with Eleni. She really knows how to fit difficult cases, and with her upbeat, positive personality we always leave the office happy to be patients at Eyediology! 🤓😎

2026 updated review: if you want to know how much I love this office just know that I moved to Los Angeles in 2024 and have not seen an eye dr since. Why? I don’t want anyone else dealing with my eyes. I flew into LV to see Dr. Burke and aside from the beautiful renovation - nothing has changed. I love the customer service here. I want to also shout out Chelle. She was outstanding today. She took such great care of me and spent so much of her time making sure I loved the new frames I left with and made sure they would reach me back home in CA. I’m loyal to this place forever! Thank you for making such a lasting impression and for giving me a reason to keep coming back to Las Vegas even though I no longer call it home. <3

I had worst experience with Eyedology. They overcharge suggesting unnecessary tests during regular eye checkup. I took contact lenses from them and my eyes turned red. I requested them for appointments and they kept cancelling even if I was late by 10-15 minutes. They never send any reminders even after requesting. The lack of accomodation is pathetic.

I brought my 8 y/o daughter in last month to see Dr. Wang, because she was struggling to see the white board at school. I was shocked to find out that her vision had drastically changed in the 13 month since her previous appointment. Dr. Wang recommended we get the Essilor Stellest lens for my daughter's myopia to slow down the vision changes. Krista was extremely helpful with her energetic attitude when my daughter tried on several frames. Krista was patient and made her feel special for her first pair of glasses. My daughter left that appointment feeling confident and excited about now having glasses. Since she has gotten her glasses with the Stellest lens, she says that her eye are no longer feeling tired. We are looking forward to her follow up to see if her myopia changes.

During my Optomap scan, I kept blinking (necessitating 7-10 scans per eye). Of course, this was my fault. I didn't think I was blinking, but I had no reason to doubt the tech. Eventually I held by eyes open hard with by fingers and got a couple blink-free scans. Afterward, when I went into Dr. Wang's office, I noticed she had over a dozen (non-blinking scans) on her screen. This tells me they did way more scans than was necessary (dunno if it's to overbill insurance or what), but even if the Optomap is supposedly safe, I hate that I was subjected to more low-level lasers than required.

Moreover, I was asked 4 times if I wear contacts or glasses - 1) Front desk, 2) Assistant one, 3) Assistant two, 4) Dr. They definitely try to push "prescriptions" on you hard - my mistake for going to a place where they sell this glasses/contacts.

Lastly, during the main eye exam ("what's clearer - 1 or 2"), the lens was clearly foggy. I alerted Dr. Wang and she cleaned just one side. Problem didn't go away. Later I commented that it was still foggy. Finally she cleaned the other side and everything was clear. If I hadn't said anything, I'd be given a stronger prescription than was necessary. Sure mistakes happen, but for an eye exam this seems super sloppy.

Scams left and right at this place, but subtly masked behind a very friendly staff, and a very clean office (hence 2 stars instead of 1).

Unnecessary treatment or scans are shameful. My recommendation is find a place that doesn't sell eyewear, and SELF-PAY so they don't try to juice insurance.

My spouse and I have been going to Dr Jennifer Burke at Eyediology for both our eye appointments and glasses, and we were there again for our annual exam. Dr Burke and the staff are fantastic. The exam uses some of the latest equipment so dilation and air shots into the eye were not needed. Dr Burke is great.....technically astute in the field with super interpersonal skills. She is clear in her communication, and wonderful to interact with. Her staff is as well, both in support of the overall exam and getting glasses. We have been getting exams and glasses for over 40 years as adults, and this is the best we have ever encountered.

Dr. Burke and her technician, Tea, were absolutely exceptional. My daughter is autistic & only four years old. This was the third optometrist we’ve seen. For the first time, we received a truly thorough and compassionate eye exam, and that is entirely due to Dr. Burke and her amazing team.

I went for my annual visit to Eyediology and all I have again are good things to say. Starting from the moment I walked in until I walked out: intake person greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my info, the technician that took my imaging was very attentive and explained the process very well. I’ve been going to same eye doctor for years. Had to switch because of my insurance so I was apprehensive. My experience from the receptionist and the doctor along with supporting staff was nothing short of exceptional. I think there is a great option of glasses. The only change if like to see is a section for blue collar workers. Which isn’t common but they still have a great selection that is affordable with different eye care plans. It’s the best eye spa vibe.

I had a terrible experience at my last eye exam in Buena Vision. Thank goodness I went here instead. The office isn't just cleaner and more spacious, but Dr. Wang explained every bit of the process, helped me recover from an eye infection due to over-use of contact lenses, and got me daily-wear contacts and really cute glasses (with a bunch of benefits and keeping my insurance and benefits in mind). Don't waste your time going anywhere else, everyone here is so polite and the receptionists are super patient. I'm actually looking forward to my next eye exam, too bad it's a year away!
