Best experience!!! The whole office is so helpful and kind. Everything is explained thoroughly and all questions were answered accordingly. From start to finish phenomenal process. Dr. Dao is very sweet and kind to myself and my daughter. The technicians are very patient and walked my daughter through step by step to get through her fear, she did amazing. Dakota is very kind, knowledgeable and understanding and assisted us quickly with following up with us through every update on our glasses. My wife and I moved to the area about a year ago and have been having problems finding decent doctors. We hit the jackpot when we met with Dr. Dao. She was very personable and patient with us. Took the time to answer all questions. Gave a great examination.
Every single staff member in the office was superb. Very rare to find this in any doctor's office.
The day after my first visit, I had a contact lens emergency where I thought my lens was stuck in my eye. I called the office and they took me in right away.
I highly recommend this place if you want great care and like to be treated with respect. This will be our go to Optometrist.

I am 70-years old and have been to many, many optometrists in my lifetime. Today I had my first appointment at Eyesite of Anthem and Dr. Ena Dao was my optometrist. To state that she was superb is an understatement. Dr. Dao is board certified, and she took her time conducting a complete examination of my eyes. She diagnosed the cause of a chronic problem I have been tolerating for years because I erroneously thought it was "just seasonal allergies." Her diagnosis and treatment recommendation has already made a huge difference in my everyday life. Dr. Dao is a warm, caring, thorough, kind and extremely talented doctor. She is an active listener who clearly cares about the eye health of her patients. I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Dao and Eyesite of Anthem. And by the way, the office staff is absolutely wonderful too. My wife and I will be patients for life!

Super friendly staff and Doctor, I typically get nervous during my eye exams but they made me feel comfortable. They have a wide variety of frames for outdoors, sports, blue collar, and fashionable designer brands. My wife is really into serial killer documentaries so she picked out some Marc Jacobs glasses that made me have a Jeffery Dahmer look and she's loving it.

New patient exam on September 8. Went back on September 21 for a contact fit. went in on October 3 to pick up contacts. I was told that I owe additional money because the retinal photos they took at my initial visit weren’t covered. I explain to them that they must’ve been billing it wrong and that the office my husband went to had no problem getting it covered. They proceeded to tell me that I had to be diabetic for the coverage. They had the optician tell me that, and when I refused to pay because I knew it was covered, they had someone else come out to tell me I owe the money. Both people were rude. I come home and look at my plan and know that I am right. (which I already knew because I spent 15 years as an optical manager, and know what the claims and the authorizations look like and I knew what I was talking about.) I spent 45 minutes on the phone with my vision insurance company and had three people tell me that I was correct and the doctors office was incorrect. I stayed on hold while the vision company called the doctors office and explained to them that they had not even filed the initial claim for my initial visit, so they shouldn’t be telling me I owed anything else because they hadn’t even filed it yet to see if there had been a denial or not. they also do not do some of the best and most popular glasses lenses on the market. They claim their lab “won’t do“ them. With my experience in the business, I’ve never heard of a lab not doing the ones as we had asked for. In short, rude and incorrect service, not to mention, I was lied to being told a claim had been denied, and find out from my insurance that it had never even been filed. Will not return here which is unfortunate bc a friend in the vision business recommended them. UPDATE: I called my insurance company and talked to three different people who informed me that I was correct on what my policy covers and that the office was incorrect. The insurance rep kept me on the line while she called the office. She gave them the proper codes and told them exactly where in the manual they can find all of the instructions so that they can build this properly and stop trying to make patients pay for things they shouldn’t be paying for. Also, insurance told me it was NEVER even billed to them so I never should have been told by the office that it “wasn’t covered”, they didn’t even know bc they hadn’t even sent the claim in yet. They flat out lied to me telling me the insurance said it wasn’t covered and was denied.

I will not be going back here after going here for years, even since the old location. I had started bringing my two children here a couple years ago too. I put up with so many problems from the staff for so long because I liked Dr. Le- but enough is enough. The office manager who I’ve spoken to several times is condescending, rude, and could care less about others. The staff has struggled for years to even do basic things. I ask to be emailed prescriptions several times and then they don’t. I ask to pick up a paper prescription and have to go back twice for mistakes and them not even having the paper signed. They once accidentally ordered too many contacts that my insurance didn’t cover and then wanted me to pay for (which I refused). I don’t trust what anyone in this office says anymore, if it doesn’t affect them they could care less. If they were to do a complete overhaul of office manager and staff I would love to see Dr. Le, but will not be back while this staff is there.

i have been a patient here for 1 1/2 years. I bought 2 pair of expensive prescription glasses in November, 2021. When I went for my exam last week I brought to the assistants attention one of the arms on my glasses was loose. She tightened one but advised me the other arm could not to tightened due to a stripped screw. I asked about them getting a new screw & she said she would check. Saw the doctor and asked her as well. She said that even if they could find a screw that would fit it would be the last screw I'd probably get for these glasses. (Keep in mind these cost over $600 when I got them.) Looked into getting estimate for second pair even though prescription has not changed & again would be over $630. I declined, went to my Target Optical and they fixed them for free AND THE SCREW WAS NOT STRIPPED! The frame was slightly bent which was fixed. Be aware people & do your homework! They lost 2 customers because of terrible customer service!

My niece took her son here and when it comes to austic children they are horrible and rude. They told her to bring him back when he's not having a meltdown. Guess what he wasn't even having a meltdown. They definitely need to be educated. If you want ur children to be treated better don't go to this place.

Do not recommend this place . I was late to my appointment 15 min today .
The receptionist told me they can not see me , despite the fact that there was no one in the waiting area . I told her I run out of contacts and would like appointment to be rescheduled soon . She could not accommodate me , said they were too busy . Next appointment would be in a week only . She was not nice and condescending . I would think when your client tells you they out of prescription you try
To help , but clearly not in this establishment.
No customer service . They seem too busy to attend to you . There is optometrist on every corner in Henderson . I walked out and went to a different optometrist who saw me 20 min later .

They were courteous and on-time. Regrettably after they conducted the eye exam, they recorded the prescription wrong thus sending me home with an incorrect written prescription and ordering a lens that was incorrect as well. Trusting that the prescription was correct, I ordered a second pair of backup glasses from another vendor using this prescription, and of course they came to me wrong. So ultimately it cost me money because I had to return them and eat the cost, and it cost me time too (another 2 visits to the shop). I get that errors happen, I make them too, but when I brought this to their attention twice, they really didn't seem to care, didn't really apologize. So this was unfortunately my first time here and my last.

This place is horrible. This staff is the worst. I ordered contacts June 1, 2020 when I was getting close to running out. I waited over one month before calling to follow up when I realized my supply was out and I was in dire need of more contacts. I was told the contacts were never ordered. I asked for them to be ordered AGAIN. They were gracious enough to provide me with a free pair that were as close as they could get to my prescription. I waited for a follow up that never came so I called them AGAIN only to be told that the company they use to order contacts are backed up and they are still waiting. It is August 7, 2020 today. It has been two months! They stated they will order directly from the manufacturer IF this gets delayed too much longer and they will call me when my contacts arrive. HELL NO! When have they ever called me to begin with? I'm the only one making calls here! They have already dropped the ball once. Their follow up skills are non-existent. And why can't you be a little more pro-active and call the manufacturer NOW! not later?! I was put on the phone with Melissa who really didn't seem to get where I was coming from AT ALL. She told me she would make an order with the manufacturer today and when I asked for an order confirmation to be put in writing via email while I was on the phone considering they forgot to order my contacts once already and in two months no one from their office has EVER made attempts to follow up, she told me she was too busy to accommodate my request. EXCUSE ME?! Considering how horrible their staff has been and that I've been waiting two months as a result you are going to tell an upset customer you are TOO BUSY to offer a reasonable compromise to the screw up your office has made?! Wow. It's that kind of attitude and mentality that put us in this situation to begin with. This place is the worst. I have never had so many issues with an optometrist's office before in my life and I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid. Save yourself the headache, literally my head hurts from these horrible Temps they gave me, and go somewhere you will be appreciated and treated with respect. I will write another review on this business if Melissa and her clown posse continue to prove to me they are not responsible and don't start stepping up to the plate. So disappointed in them. Shame on you guys. Seriously!

My kids and I have been going here for a while now. Dr. Le is AMAZING. Both my kids have cooperation issues with people they aren't comfortable with, but they absolutely LOVE going to see her. Her and her stall also treats patients like a person, not just another dollar. They remeber our names, our interests, and the best approach to get their exams done.

Wow! We just moved to the area and are in the process of choosing all new providers for everything. We tried another optometrist for my daughter and it was such a terrible experience! Coming here I was nervous from the bad experience elsewhere, but Dr. McCandless was SO AMAZING! He was so patient and sweet with my daughter, that she wasn’t scared at all and was so compliant with everything, she even had fun! The office was so nice and they had a great selection of kids frames, when other offices were larger but had fewer options. It was a really great experience, so if you’re looking for an optometrist that’s great with kids and adults, this is it!

I have had the worst experience here. I was originally given a prescription that was incorrect the day of my initial exam. The doctor then said she would be changing it to the one I currently use, being that that is my correct prescription.
I received my glasses with the incorrect prescription. When I called them (on a Saturday) to tell them it was incorrect, they told me that they could rush deliver to get the correct prescription on it.
After not hearing back from anyone, I call them on the following Thursday. They still had my glasses there, and argued with me over the phone about what my prescription was meant to me.
This company is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. If they would have owned up to the mistake and taken care of the situation in a timely manner, I would have been okay with the original mistake in the first place. But that fact Janet made me feel like this was MY fault and even argued and was completely unprofessional on the phone was unbelievable.

I loved this office. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who handed me paperwork to fill out. They had candy up at the front to satisfy my sweet tooth. A couple months ago I went to see Dr.McCandless for the first time for a complete eye exam and I was very happy with my visit. Dr.McCandless and his staff are awesome! The office is really nice and they have a great selection on eyewear. Their office hours vary so that really helps when scheduling an appointment and they are open on Saturdays! The office is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.
I was not happy with the contacts I was wearing at the time and Dr. McCandless recommended a new brand of contacts and he gave me the opportunity to try samples for a few days before I made my decision. I thought that was really cool because I had decided to switch to dailies and this can be very expensive. I wanted to make sure they were comfortable before I made my decision. I've been wearing my contacts for a couple months now and couldn't be happier!!! I definitely will recommend this office to my family and friends! My husband has already gone too!!

Great office with very nice and helpful staff! Very welcoming. I came into the office to look for a new pair of glasses and found they carry a great selection. The staff made it easy to look up my insurance and explained different lens features.

I think the prices are very reasonable and they were very clear on what my insurance would cover. My glasses came in pretty quickly too!

Parking is of course easy as it's in a shopping center. Very convenient location!

My experience could not have been more pleasant. I've been going to EyeSite of Anthem Optometry since they opened and I've never had any complaints. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Dr. McCandless is always great. He's very intelligent, but he breaks down the tests and diagnosis so that it's understandable to me and other customers. He's also very nice and patient. He always strives to answer any of my questions and addresses my concerns.

I like the fact that whenever I go for my annual exam, I don't have to wait long, unlike some places that don't feel my time is valuable.

In a nutshell EyeSite of Anthem is a cool, neat little store front. Friendly staff. Incredibly intelligent, thorough and detail orientated doctor.
