I had a very disappointing experience at this location. First, the wait times are excessive—roughly 2 hours unless your first appointment .
More importantly after receiving a masseter treatment I experienced significant muscle pulling and TMJ pressure at the 14-day mark due to under-dosing. When I reached out to discuss a small touch-up I was met with rigid "per-vial" pricing policies requiring me to purchase a full expensive package rather than treating what was clinically necessary. If that's policy I should've been told that before treatment. To make matters worse front-desk staff inappropriately tried to dismiss my post-treatment jaw symptoms as an "ear infection" over communication channels instead of having a qualified provider properly evaluate the area. Btw A doctor did evaluate the area and confirmed there is no ear infection and it is due to underdosing or improper injection techniques- Which I now have a physician fixing . Receptionist should not give medical advice. This can end up really bad to another patient in the future.
If you are looking for timely appointments, transparent per-unit pricing or professional medical communication I recommend looking elsewhere. Will never return and will Advise others not to

I'd been going there for 3ish years. The staff is friendly, but my god. You're spending so much time there when it's just a quick appointment.

I have waited over an hour just to start my appointment. Xeomin treatments are 10-20 mins. I've been to 4 other places since leaving here and it's a quick in and out. Same costs.

I don't have 1.5 hours just to get xeomin. I don't know if they're just overbooking or what.

Just overall very frustrating when you have to work and have a baby at home expecting an appointment to be 30 minutes tops.
Lastly, the expectations to tip here are insane. You're already paying so much money for your services and giving them even more money is nuts.

Most other places in town do not ask for tips.

I found Flawless Med Spa through the Instagram tag “natural results”—and boy, do they deliver! I wanted to achieve facial balancing without looking like I’ve gotten everything done under the sun.

All of the Nurse Practitioners have been fantastic, but my all-time favorite has been Nurse Paige. She has a way of listening, executing, and really making sure you feel seen. She’ll tell you if you need more, or if you don’t, and has never let me leave looking like my face was attacked by bees. Some people are born for their careers, and she is one of them! She makes you feel so special.

The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They’ve never made me feel like an inconvenience, regardless of the twenty million questions I have for them.

Their prices are competitive, and they have monthly specials, rewards in their app, and various financing options (some with 0% APR).

I got lip injections using Restylane kysse for the first time by Paige. So far, I love them! It’s been exactly a week today. I felt fully recovered after about 5 days. I followed the instructions given to me which were clearly. The swelling was the worst for me on night one to day two. They have exceeded everything I wanted. Paige was sweet, knowledgeable and gentle with me. She gave me exactly what I wanted and better. She answered all of my questions and concerns. I've never felt this comfortable and confident in my own skin. I will definitely be going back to this med spa and Paige for the maintenance of them in the future! :)

These people are scammers.

They say the consultation for GLP-1s is free but it's really not. I signed up and paid a little over $400 for zero services. An NP, not a real doctor put a lot of hurdles to get GLP-1 services here.

Even my PCP said that they shouldn't be asking for approval from PCPs to prescribe GLP-1. After getting lab work done, spending extra money on appointments with a real doctor, I called them and asked to cancel the GLP-1 shipment.

They cancelled my subscription but refused to refund my money.

I got GLP-1s from Hers, entirely online for a fraction of the cost that they're charging here, spoke with a real doctor virtually, and it took me 30mins.

Go somewhere else for GLP-1s don't get scammed here. Buyer beware

was rude and condescending. The spray tan machine is old and broken. I’m only half tan. It left streaks and spots. The staff members cared more about their conversation about C cups than helping me. I highly recommend adding Pronox (laughing gas), as it helped ease my nerves and made the injections much more comfortable.

Having previously had a bad experience with medical spas several years ago, I was nervous about trying again. I was searching for a place to get Botox treatments and lip fillers and came across Flawless Medspa online. I decided to take a chance on them and I'm so glad I did! This was a fantastic experience. The office is beautiful and luxe feeling, but what matters more is that every single member of the staff is just wonderful and lovely. Friendly, kind, patient, genuine, and honest. That sounds like a lot of adjectives, but it's true-- from the first person you see at the front desk when you walk in to the practitioner who does your service, every single person is just amazing.

The results also are just fantastic. At this point, I've had services with Melanie, Paige, and Leah. Every single time, the results are exactly what I wanted- natural, but elevated. Me but better.

What I appreciate most of all though is that they are all honest and I've never once felt like anybody was trying to upsell me or push me into something I didn't need. The entire Flawless team is genuinely committed to helping you be your best version of you-- and most importantly, what that means for you personally. They listen, advise, and have definitely talked me down from far more expensive or invasive procedures I was considering, instead offering other options. In a world where aesthetic practitioners often try to upsell folks, it's a breath of fresh air to have a team that understands long term customer loyalty comes from genuine care!

And I LOVE their membership model! I was dubious at first, but it's fabulous- you get monthly savings, special promotions, and money gets put away in a beauty bank for you each month. That means that when it's time for a touch up (like it was last week!), I had no out of pocket cost because I had banked up some cash over the last several months. Could I save my money myself? Sure, but I don't (LOL) so if you're a slacker like me, that is a fabulous option.

Also, their pricing is very competitive. While you certainly do get what you pay for in life, the truth is that Flawless is the rare example of a place that is both elite in skill and fair on price, which is incredible!

Truly, it doesn't matter who you work with at Flawless, the standards (and training!) are high and consistent. You'll be happy with any practitioner you get a treatment with.

I had a very disappointing experience at Flawless Med Spa and feel it’s important to share. The woman at the front desk with the red hair and short bangs was not pleasant or welcoming to us at all. Her demeanor felt very flat and dismissive from the start. When I asked if I could go to the back with my sister just to help her look at the photo options for the filler consultation, she immediately said no without much explanation. I wasn’t asking to be present during the injections only during the decision-making part so we could look at the photos together and help her decide what she wanted. For something like filler, which is a big and sometimes nerve-wracking decision, it’s important for people to feel comfortable and supported. This isn’t like getting a haircut, these are cosmetic procedures that can feel life-changing for someone, especially if it’s their first time. I think allowing someone to bring a trusted person back during the consultation portion would make clients feel much more at ease. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that shortly after this interaction, another client walked in and the same employee suddenly became extremely friendly , smiling, offering water, and being very welcoming. The energy and treatment we received versus what I watched her give someone else was noticeably different.
Because of how we were treated, the experience left a really bad impression. Customer service matters a lot, especially in an environment where people are already feeling vulnerable about cosmetic procedures. I was supposed to schedule and another friend of ours but I’m definitely looking elsewhere after the experience I had here. There are many other med spas in Las Vegas, and based on this experience, I personally would not recommend Flawless Med Spa.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience here! I see Nurse Paige for Botox and lip injections and she is truly an artist. From the moment I walk in, I feel comfortable, cared for, and completely confident that I’m in expert hands.

Disastrous and disgraceful.
Horrific service and attitude from the front desk to the injectors plus I got a bump where the filler was applied which took almost a year to dissolve. That had never happened before so I have no idea what they applied me with and neither had I waited hours to get service (which is a pretty common thing in this clinic, just read the other reviews).
You’d be hard pressed to find a worst clinic.

Avoid at all costs!
Lousy reception, had me go into the injection room and wait for 2+ hours. They didn’t let my husband in and my phone was dead so I had to look at ceiling for all that time. When the injector came she didn’t even apologize for the delay. She looked like she had some extremely bad work done on her face, it was so bad she didn’t even look like a human being. That because she wasn’t and it showed on the inside too. She took literally 10 min to do the filler and Botox, disregarding what I had to say and what I wanted.
Never went back there ever after that.
Many months after I had to depend on their bad service again because my surgeon wanted a history of all fillers I had in the past year.
I asked for the records and they needed a bunch of information that none of the clinics I went to needed.
I took my time and gave them all the information, then they send me an email saying I had to pay for the pages of the records and I had to way 7 business days to get the records.
My Dr. told me to collect the records today, so that I could have the records tomorrow.
Because of course, any decent clinic would send the records today (which they did).
Now I’m gonna have to delay my visit and my surgery because of this clinic. I am a busy person and had a very specific date in mind my surgery and this clinic is complicating my life.
What they’re doing is unlawful. You can’t just make up your own laws like that.
I wish I had never set foot on this clinic.
I hated it from the very first 10 seconds I entered the place, from the setup of the clinic to the reception and their stupid policies, to the rude, careless injector who obviously had no idea of proportion and you could tell that by looking at her face.
Now I find out that they’re the only clinic in Vegas that makes such a huge deal of sending my records and that makes you pay for it too.
Worst experience I have ever had with a clinic in my whole life.
No work ethics whatsoever 🤮

I had a bad filler experience here with Paige, who appears to be incompetent and inexperienced with the area I wanted filled (nasolabial folds). I waited over 2 months to see if my results will get better before I share my experience, but they have not improved.

Paige completely overfilled one side of my face which resulted in a massive lump and inflammation. Also, the filler is in the wrong spot - it's next to my fold instead of in the fold making it appear way worse. The other fold isn't as bad but there's a puffy area there as well. Basically, I paid a lot of money to look puffy, older, and worse, and I've been feeling very depressed about my appearance since this visit. I will not dissolve the filler since that can lead to even more issues.

Over 2 months later and things have hardly improved even though the swelling is gone. I initially asked her if I can use the syringe for other parts of my face too since I only want a small amount used, but she insisted that I need it all in my folds and would need to buy a second syringe. Since filler attracts a lot of water (and can last much longer than they claim), you have to be VERY conservative. This is a greedy place that only cares about profits and pushing more and more filler so you end up with pillow face.

The staff is very nice and I've had other services with Melanie who is a much better injector, but due to this awful experience with Paige, I lost my trust in this place and will never return.

I've been here 3 times for lip injections over the past couple of years. I have had 3 different techs do them and was only really happy with one person's end result.

The owner herself told me that they do not ask for tips since they are RNs and it is a medical spa. Over two years that was the practice. My most recent appointment i was given a "discount" and then very awkwardly asked for a tip on their iPad in a private room so I didn't end up saving any money. I actually spent more than what I was quoted due to this.

I save up for these treatments and unfortunately don't think I will be going back.
The staff is very friendly, but in the end it's still a business that wants to make extra money.
