Dr. Wright and his wife, Debbie, went above and beyond to help me understand what was happening and what might be contributing to my breathing difficulties. Their knowledge, thoroughness and genuine concern were extraordinary.
I was equally impressed by Dr. Wright’s attention to detail when fitting my crown. I have never seen anyone be such a perfectionist about getting a crown exactly right. He simply wasn’t going to stop until he was completely satisfied with the fit.

I’ve been going to Four Seasons for a year now. They found cavities that my previous dentist missed, as well as a silver filling that I didn’t know I had, which they removed. This past week they worked diligently and tenaciously to get me a fitted for a sleep apnea dental Appliance and today, I’m now wearing it. All of the staff is super friendly, caring and accommodating. No, they are not cheap but anything holistic, nontoxic isn’t. But my peace of mind is worth it. The entire staff at Four Seasons is incredibly kind and helpful. My Experience as a NEW patient was my pace... not rushed very methodical in all aspects of Dental X rays, to photos of my teeth, verses the Comprehensive exam of my Teeth by the doctor and even my overall comprehensive overview from Debbie at the end getting a Homeopathic treatment was a surprise and welcomed. I have lived in this town for about 30 years and have seen a variety of dentists for various reasons from caps, crowns, and routine cleanings and Four Seasons Dental Spa is second to none. The entire office staff is so welcoming, professional and easy to work with. I recently had to have all my old metal fillings removed and replaced due to toxic mercury levels in my blood work. I had a bridge failure in my front bridge on Saturday. They scheduled me for a Monday and then had me come back Tuesday. I was in the chair for 5 1/2 hours with them working on me most of that time. I had very little discomfort and they explained everything in advance. The temporary bridge looks great and I will get the final bridge in a couple of weeks. Great people and great care. I would highly recommend them. Also their holistic approach really does protect you from unnecessary toxins.

My 14 yo son and I are currently doing the “Wright One” airway with appliance treatments. I’m so pleased with the results thus far! I believe I am sleeping better, evidenced by more dreaming, and breathing better. When we put the appliance in for the first time, there were several physically recognizable improvements in gait for both of us. My son had a visibly more prominent heel strike and better posture. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wright and his staff! I have not had good experiences with dentists here in town and this has led to having anxiety whenever I had to go to the dentist. That has all gone away since coming to Four Seasons Dental Spa. It's a breath of fresh air to not have to explain myself on why I don't want metal fillings, bpa fillings or fluoride. Adjusting this review 4/2/24: The experience was great, the amount of drilling they wanted to do, wasn't. Was told I had 10+ areas that need fillings. I've been to multiple other dentists over the years and not a single one has mentioned I need any other work.

It would have been a disaster if I followed their advice before moving.

Yesterday, I got my first and worst of 5 amalgams removed!!! It was very close to the nerve and they were unsure if it could be done without exposing the nerve and needing an extraction, BUT Dr. Wright is an angel and made it happen perfectly! If you are in the Vegas area, he is the only dentist I could find who practices the SMART system and even goes above and beyond with his own extra safe protocol. I was extra impressed that his staff asked if I had an MTHFR gene mutation and said they wouldn’t be giving me laughing gas for the procedure if so. I do have this gene mutation and I’ve never had a medical professional be concerned with it. I usually have to educate them on why it’s important! This sealed the deal that I was in the right place. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Wright and Four Seasons Dental Spa to help further my healing journey!

Four Seasons is like no other dental care facility that I have ever been to. The basis that I went to them was to completely remove all remaining mercury amalgam fragments that my previous dentist carelessly missed. They have nothing but the best methods and procedures and they follow them to-the-letter, to safely remove this toxic material from your mouth. I was outfitted in a cover suit to keep any mercury off clothing and skin. There was special room ventilation to contain any mercury vapor coming from the procedure. You also breath through a special nasal ventilator which makes it impossible to inhale any mercury vapor. In a word, this was over-the-top thorough and SAFE. I had an extremely pleasant experience knowing that.

Dr. Wright answered every question or concern that I had before, during and after. At the end, he also verified beyond any shadow of a doubt that ALL mercury amalgam was removed. He even had me inspect the x-ray so I could see for myself!!

My health has steadily improved ever since. Four Seasons Dental Spa holds the gold standard for safe mercury amalgam removal and I saw this first hand. Very professional. There is only one right way to do this and they have it down cold.

I would give this dentist office 5 out of 5 stars based on my husband and I’s experience with the dentists and the dental assistants. The one area of improvement we felt that could be improved is with the main receptionist up front with blonde hair (I dont remember her name, but the lady closest to the main entrance.). The few times we’ve been in, she’s not very welcoming or friendly. Specifically, when we walked in, we weren’t greeted. We had to speak first and let her know we have an appointment before she acknowledged us. Secondly, when asking her questions like “do you accept credit for this crown replacement or does it have to be debit?” She made us feel like it was a dumb question. And lastly, when I asked if I can sit in with my husband while he gets his crown replaced, she made me feel as if it was an inconvenience to ask the dentist if that was ok. Again, I’m not trying to be critical but I’m big on energy and how people come across and would rate this 5/5 but the one area I felt unsatisfied was with this specific employee. My husband and I run our own business and pride ourselves on customer service and good people skills. Hopefully she can use this as an opportunity to improve her people skills and make the first impression of the business more welcoming. Over the last 6 months I have had extensive dental work done at Four Seasons Dental Spa. After procrastinating the needed dental work and going to a few other dental estimates, I am so glad that I found Four Seasons. First of all, during the initial visit, I could not believe how thorough they were and how much time they spent with me. Debby Wright was greatly compassionate about my unique health situation and genuinely cares about getting the patients back to the best achievable health. I was nervous at first, but that faded as they always made sure I was comfortable as possible. The work consisted of a mercury filling removed and tooth rebuilt, along with 5 crowns and 5 restorations. Dr. Wright and Dr. Les are amazing along with EVERYONE in their staff. Now I go to get the perio cleaning about every 2 months and my teeth are improving more and more. Also, I use their TheraPhi – light therapy machine, which has amazing healing benefits too. Being new to the area, we selected DR. Wright from an ad in Natural Awakenings, because we wanted a Holistic Dentist, as I am a Chiropractor. Of the many things done he removed my mercury fillings. I had been getting bad headaches and I could not get rid of them for the past year. I don't often leave reviews...actually this is my first on Google. My family and I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Wright that we just had to share our experience. My son had extensive cavities and needed quite a bit of work done. We visited 3 dentist prior to Dr. Wright and were let down and discouraged. They didn't respect us as parents or couldn't provide us with the level of service we desired. It wasn't until we visited Dr. Wright that we felt cared for and confident in our dentists abilities. Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. Liz the hygienist is the most careful, thoughtful and detail-oriented hygienist I have ever worked with. I have never had a deep cleaning before that did not require numbing... and it did not even hurt.

The entire staff is amazing. So super friendly and they take their time with you... you are not just another patient to them.. they take the time to get to know you and help you through your treatment plan.

My only complaint was that my insurance did not cover everything I needed... but even still these guys work with me and my partner to make sure we get done what we need done.

we moved here 3 years ago and I pushed off finding a new dentist. we have 5 kids and we took care of all of their orthodontist appointments first and I put myself last in getting my own teeth checked out even though I knew some needed serious work!
The entire staff is competent and friendly from start to finish..
Debby Wright, (Drs wife) explained all my x rays to me in a way I could understand some of the procedures that were needed. she was so patient and nice & obviously has a great relationship with her staff as the environment is pleasant all around!
I ended up needing an extraction earlier than I thought due to persistent pain & they took me right in and took my tooth out in a few minutes! no pain . no stress.

I recently had another wonderful experience at four seasons dental spa in Las Vegas NV. I had I have braces for over seven years so when I walked into the dentist office I had a lot of work that needed to be done they were so patient they were so understanding and they made me feel not embarrassed but more comfortable with everything that was going on they elaborated on what needed to be done and what needed to be done first and what was going to be for my well-being later down the road. Due to the fact that I'm only 23 and have a lot of work that needs to be done over 14 cavities in between and on my teeth they have tried to help me save every single tooth and for for the best dollar they didn't want me to waste my money and they just didn't want me to end up having to be in more pain later down the road after they save my teeth. Not to mention they are extremely clean and have such a beautiful office everybody there is so clean and nice and they sit down and they talk to me and make me understand in terms of a 23-year-old and they gave me a blanket when I had to sit there and get my work done to let me be cozy and comfy. they were extremely patient and they got my work done within the same day that I need to get my work done. Dr. Wright and his wife Debbie are by far the best Dentists I've ever been to I was scared of Dentists because of my past experiences they rip me off and they wanted to take my money more than fix my teeth even one of them said I had false cavities and we went to another dentist and they even gave us the real x-rays which I only had 3 as a-posed to 7. Other places even fillings were very expensive so I like that my dentist Dr. Wright is affordable and he takes care of what needs to be taken care of before I end up having to extract my tooth. They are such a great dentist that this is actually my first time ever in my life writing a review on anything I've never took my time to do that because nobody's ever made me feel like I should and I jwill continue to go to them continue to tell everybody to go to them and continue to feel like I'm in the best hands when I'm getting my teeth worked on which is a huge fear of mine because I don't like the dentist but they changed that. They called me three times over the past week as I'm waiting for my new crowns to come in to check how I was going to see if I was going through any pain and just to let me know if I need them it's emergency I can call Dr. Wright on his cell phone or his wife on their cell phone it doesn't matter what hour it is and they're gonna be able to fix it and I haven't had to have a problem because they did such good work specially considering the circumstances I came in. +I just want to make a comment for dental work I had done on 11/12/14. I put off coming to the dentist because I knew I needed thousands of dollars worth of work that I didn't have. One of my front teeth lost a filling years ago and was in really bad shape. It broke in half and was very ugly. My mouth was full of teeth in the same shape. Debby helped me work out a program of payment that I could handle so I could have 5 crowns done on the 12th. Even the temporaries are gorgeous white. I will have 3 more top teeth crowned in Jan. I am very pleased when I look in the mirror now. Thank you Debbie and Dr. Wright. PS Even with 5 crowns done I had no pain the next day. Amazing!

I had a very positive experience at FSDS and I would highly recommend it to anyone for the following reasons. Dr. Wright, his wife Debby, and all their staff are highly knowledgable, professional, and compassionate. I'm usually very nervous when it comes to dental visits, but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It was my first time seeing a holistic dentist and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I thought the exam would only take an hour or so, but I was there for 4 hours! I have never had an dentist and their staff spend so much time with me. Even though the visit took longer, it didn't seem like it. They went over all of my issues in great detail. I was scheduled for a consultation for an amalgam removal. I arrived at 11:55 with my appointment being at 12:00. At 1:10, the doctor had yet to make his appearance. When he did finally decide to comply with my appointment, he was not too appeasing when I told him I had waited over an hour and 15 minutes for a simple consultation appointment. From that point on, he was not very helpful. I only wanted one tooth looked at and he was insisting on a full exam and X-rays. I told him I just had all of that done about 2 months ago and would be happy to forward him those results and the X-rays. He still insisted that it probably wouldn't be good enough and he would still need to perform the full exam. At that point, I was over it and decided I would not return. A waste of my $75.

I have never felt such a comfort and trust is a dental professional before, it makes dental work not a chore but something I can feel good about going to do, my husband feels the same and is ecstatic with all the work he has had done so far, and he has a complex situation and a lot of future work to be done, he only trusts Dr. Wright to do it.
