My husband was referred to Dr. Tibayan for severe anemia and he was also passing blood in the urine. From the first visit, Dr. Tibayan, took over treatments and contacted his other doctors to coordinate his care. From the first iron infusion, my husband started feeling great. He was even dancing in the chair while getting the infusion. Dr. Tibayan monitors him to this day, which I am so grateful for. My husband has been on blood thinners for years and Dr. Tibayan keeps his health in check. Thank you, Dr. Tibayan.

Now I am Dr. Tibayan's patient. I asked for Dr. Tibayan to be my hematologist for I was told that I am slightly anemic. Right away I have been treated like royalty. From the front room staff to Brenda to Dr. Tibayan. The doctor recognized me from when I came in with my husband. He asked about my husband and I told him that he had passed away in 2024. The doctor took time to listen to my grief. I felt so good after telling him what had caused my husband's death and thanked him for the great care he had given my husband, who died of heart failure. I am so thankful that he will be my doctor for I know he will take great care of me as he did my husband. Thank you Dr. Tibayan and your staff for your caring nature.

Dr. Tabayan is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. He is compassionate, listens carefully, and always provides top-notch care. I’ve been a long-time patient and have always felt well taken care of by him and his team.

However, I’ve had a negative experience with his scheduler, “DAISY.” She has been rude and impatient during multiple interactions. My first encounter with her left me feeling uncomfortable when she responded irritably and made face to a simple question. More recently, she was dismissive, rude, and irritated when she called me about my follow up appointment.

Dr. Tabayan is a fantastic physician, but DAISY’s attitude DOES NOT reflect the welcoming and professional environment the clinic usually provides.

Make all the choice and get to scheduling then sent to operator that will send a message to scheduling and 3 hours later no phone call…. Start again… scheduling then operator says they will call back within 48hours…. To make an appointment !

In relocating to Nevada, this office was a referral from one of their patients. Sent my wife's medical records to be reviewed which in itself was a big challenge being that they will only take fax copies of records. Once records was received in and sent for review, 2 of the doctors immediately declined and had to wait nearly 2 weeks for the third to review her records. So much time wasted trying to get my wife seen here only to be declined by all 3 doctors at this office without any explanation. Will try other offices but this has to be the worst experience dealing with care providers who apparently didn't seem to care at all! My wife and I know what we're dealing with and all we are looking for is to continue treatment with another provider.

Dr Tibayan was my husband's oncologist for 4yrs. He is "the best". He and his staff are wonderful. Dr Tibayan is so forthright, compassionate and his bedside manner is exceptional . He was always available even if away when my husband was not doing well. If not for his constant support, i know our our journey would have been harder. He truly is a remarkable oncologist.
