I enjoy coming to FYZICAL Therapy for balance issues that I have been having. The therapists have done so well in helping me with getting me past my uncertain balance to getting closer to helping me to walk better and to get my strength back. I have a lot more energy now then I do d before I started Balance Therapy. I highly recommend FYSICAL Therapy located on Sunset road. Friendly knowledgeable and willing to work with you based on your needs for therapy. This is the place to go!

Therapists are awesome. Friendly and informative. However the teo receptionists totally ignored me. I was standing in front of them for over two minutes and then sat down. They never acknowledged me at all. About 5 minutes later, a therapist welcomed me warmly and we began my therapy. Never a word from the receptionists.

Never really got a chance for my mother to receive the service.. very unprofessional, they scheduled her an appointment we went in got sent right back out because she was told her knee was to swollen after her knee replacement so she was told to call the surgeon to look at it, she was only three weeks post op... I took her to the surgeon the same day because he was worried about what she was told there, because the home health nurse and therapist already discharged her to out patient therapy so he was so confused about her not receiving therapy but it was just fine no drainage at all and she was bending at 90 degree already 🙄 he said it's going to be swollen she's only three weeks post op
.so they recommend another physical therapy and they are amazing... Oh yeah and he told her they had to wait to see for her insurance..to tell them how many visits she had called them and they were also disappointed because they already approved it before we went.. so going there for therapy was absolutely a waste of time🤷🏿‍♀️

We love the physical therapist, but they way they renew a plan is terrible. Essentially they wait till the last appointment to set up more appointments, cause you need to be tested if you still need therapy, but they are booked for months. All while they already know you will need more. So there is a huge gap. Also, at the end of our last appoint, we were told they would reach back to schedule cause their pcs were done, weeks go by no call. Its really hard to get someone to pick up the phone.

Update:
After my review we suddently have an appointment that we were never told about. I had no idea and was not able to make it, so I called in to ask about it. Conveniently their notes say they did hand us our schedule despite their computers being down that day, nice cover up. Now they are trying to charge us a cancelation fee about an appointment I never knew about. They never did call back after our messages, but at least today they picked up the phone for once. Front desk was rude asking if we can make the next one. I just want my dad to get better. Very poor communication.
