I’ve loved this place since the moment I walked in. EVERYONE is nice and welcoming, the customer service is top-tier. The establishment is very clean and it smells really good. Kallie at the front desk is the sweetest! I went in for a braces consultation for my son and was able to get a consultation for myself the same day, without a referral! Brittany and the other lady who name I forgot were amazing! They moved fast and explained everything as they were working with myself and my son at the same time. Dr. Casey actually converse with you makes you feel like family and not just another patient. Today we went in so my son can get his braces and Kattie was amazing, I was able to watch the entire process! She took about 45 minutes to complete the entire process. My son loves his new braces.

To add on, Galleria orthodontic’s equipment is extremely clean, organized, and tidy as well. The building also looks really nice and modern, from interior to exterior. The outside of the building looks very eye catching, and a slight bit of a futuristic theme, while the interior looks modern and cozy. You could tell Galleria orthodontic puts a lot of time and effort into their looks and decorations. Literally the best place for braces/invisalign in all of Las Vegas! Dr. Casey's practice is a WELL oiled machine. I've never had such a flawless experience in any medical office prior to this business. From the moment I came through the door, I felt that everyone was on my side and providing top tier quality care and patient experience was the priority. The financial team was clear about cost and even offered different payment plans to help fit into my budget and Dr. Casey was great at communicating the length of treatment and set realistic expectations as to how my smile would look in the end. I love confidence the team has in each other, you can tell they consider themselves a family and treat each other and the patients with the upmost kindness and respect. I LOVE that with each and every visit treatment progress is discussed, I never feel "out of the loop" and any of my concerns are always addressed. After my initial appointment, where I got my braces put on, they didn't just hand me a bag and send me on my way. There is a video that they have you watch and answer any questions you have regarding how to take care of your braces and teeth. The video goes over the contents of the goodie bag, how to use the equipment included, proper brushing techniques and also what your teeth could look like if you fail to care for them while in your braces. I went to Galleria Orthodontics, Dr Rehrer, for help with my retainers having moved from out-of-state to Nevada. It was a lovely experience all around finding myself in such a professionally capable, congenial, and effectively run practice with care taken to make a functionally pleasant environment. I am so pleased and I can’t stop smiling! We went with Galleria Orthodontics for my daughter’s braces. We were told by several doctors that my daughter had a pretty extreme case and was at risk of losing a tooth. After flawless treatment from Galleria Orthodontics everything went perfect and we were able to save the tooth along with straightening out her teeth. In fact, everything went so smooth that I made the choice to get aligners for myself. I have always needed to get my teeth straightened but put it off until my adult years.
