This was a six month checkup on my broken hip which I'm glad I chose to go to. They took xrays to be certain all had healed up correctly, which it has. Now I just have issues with my knee and not knowing if it's truly related to my hip injury I'll be back in a week to have Dr. Morris check that. I saw him and was pleased with his report on things.

Very bad surgeries that were infected from a 'contaminated' prosthetics on both ankle and knee. Two surgeries turned into 4 because each surgery had gotten infected. I was able to walk without any walking aids before the knee surgery now I cannot walk without crutches and am on continuous oral suppresion anti-biotics after enduring 8 weeks with a PICC line and a wound vac machine. Still am unable to walk and was told I needed one more knee surgery before the clinic effectively dismissed me.

Drove around for 10min to get a parking place. After sitting in the waiting room for about an hour., was told the Dr was running behind of which I could have been told that when I arrived. After a hour and a half I saw Ben for an injection. Sent on my way like my time meant nothing. Precious God given time.

I was forgotten by the check in staff for an hour. When I asked why it was taking so long, the front desk stated they were waiting for a room. But I saw patients come in after me go in and come out. I could tell by the lady's reaction when I asked if I was overlooked that she probably did, but she denied it. When I finally went back I asked the staff what took so long, they stated I was just checked in. Before leaving, I stopped by the same gal who supposedly checked me in and stated " so you DID forget to check me in, huh?" She blames the back for being behind. I don't like it when people deny the truth. Just say "I'm sorry" but be honest and fess up. We all make mistakes. Also, it took over a year to get charges from my surgery corrected. I was charged for a bone graft that I supposedly got during a full knee replacement. But according to my Dr I never got a bone graft. I worked for months and many, many phone calls to get corrected. The lady in billing, not pleasant or professional. But as for Dr. Morris and his direct staff, I am very pleased. It's the support staff that could use work, check in and billing.

Dr Morris is typically very prompt with his office visits, however, for whatever reason, he made me wait approximately 45 minutes at my most recent appointment. Which is not at all acceptable for any type of physician appointment. Nevertheless, once Dr Morris arrived, he was his typically friendly self and got right to the point. Which I sincerely appreciate! Under no circumstances would I consider this appointment typical for Dr Morris. As I previously hinted towards, his wait times are typically between 5 and 10 minutes. I'm seeing Dr Morris for an eventual total knee replacement surgery and I'll try to keep everyone in the loop as far as how my procedure eventually winds up.

Dr Morris performed a total hip replacement of my left hip and I couldn't be happier. Prior to the replacement I had daily pain, oftentimes with every step of my left leg. Following the surgery I had the typical recovery pain, but the joint had disappeared. He and his staff were wonderful during the process and highly recommend them!

Doctor Gary Morris did a surgery on my left foot for me over 10 years ago and I never had issues with that foot since. Fast forward to now, and I injured my other foot, my right foot, in February 2020 and it never healed right and I couldn't get any clear answers and it has caused me a lot of pain. I had to go to Nevada for family matters recently and decided since I was going to be there anyways I couldn't let the opportunity pass me by to have Doctor Morris take a look at what is going on so I stopped in and he was quick to order an MRI and CT of my foot to make sure we don't miss anything since I was only in Nevada for a limited amount of time. Upon my return to Wyoming I had a phone follow up appointment with Doctor Morris recently to discuss what was found in the imaging and what I should do from here on out. Doctor Morris understands I live far away and it is hard for me to travel and was real nice about offering that whichever doctor I take my records to here to let them know they can call Doctor Morris' office for more information. Doctor Morris is real professional and real easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to see this doctor if they are having problems finding answers elsewhere. He is very knowledgeable. It is rare to find a doctor who not only knows what he is doing but also has a good bedside manner. He is a doctor that once he gives his professional opinion and advice about something I trust it and have a peace about it, whereas with other doctors it hasn't been that easy.

Dr Morris is an outstanding surgeon, he performed a very complex surgery on my ankle and put me back together. He is extremely competent and experienced. He and his staff took excellent care of me post surgery and within 3 months, I am now walking.
I highly recommend him and have full competence on his medical knowledge and his ability to perform the most intricate surgeries.

My original appointment did not show up in their system when I was en route and I called to make sure I had one! They were very accommodating and got the OK for me to come. Dr. Morris did a knee replacement for me 2 1/2 years ago and I was very pleased so I was inquiring about doing the other knee. He answered all of my questions and ordered a cortisone shot for temporary relief until I decide to schedule surgery. He uses Spring Valley Hospital which has a dedicated ortho floor and they were awesome. Dr. Morris has changed offices and I traveled a half hour just to keep him as my doctor.
