I have my son's braces started over a year ago with agreement to pay monthly. Yesterday after his treatment, suddenly they demanded that I pay on full. I was confused and was pressured and gave me no time to decide. The other option is to terminate the contract and have his braces removed before treatment is completed. 🤣 Stay away from these clown.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and informative. Provided me with great advice and suggestions regardless my thinned out, chipped front teeth. Didn’t pressure me in any way to get services done, only recommended the best possible path based on my current dental state. A pleasant and comfortable experience that I’m more than happy to return to.

The teeth scanning technology they used was really helpful. After the tech scanned my teeth she was able to show me a 3D model representation which I could rotate in full 360 up down left and right view. You can see every nook and cranny in full detail. It was really convenient to see, especially the tooth I thought I had a cavity in which turned out to NOT be a cavity at all. Seeing every single tooth in full detail provided me with a sense of awareness that I’ve never experienced before. For the first time in my life I can see the condition of every individual tooth from every angle with clarity. It wasn’t just the teeth, you can see your gums as well.

If you in search for a new dental provider, Gentle dental has my full recommendation.

It was my husband's & my first visit to this dental office - they were a referral from our dental insurance. We were both extremely delighted our insurance steered us to this office ... not only was the front office, dental assistant and dentist beyond friendly and accommodating, they were a complete joy (especially while I was suffering from a toothache). Each of them articulated the entire process (billing to x-rays to exam) and followed up with professionally recommending the best plan for each of us (as well as scheduling the appointments we would be needing). Had the best experience here. Originally came for an ortho exam but ended up needing a filling repair and they were able to do my exam and cleaning and repair all in the same visit. Both the Ortho and Dentist were amazing and the whole staff is SO friendly and awesome. Im sad to write this because I picked this location out myself, but this place is completely unprofessional and lacks communication skills. I’m a new patient so this was my first encounter with this office, or lack thereof. I have 4 text messages and 4 emails from them confirming my appointment on 5/2/25 at 4pm. Upon arriving to my appointment (after having to leave work early for this) I arrived to a locked door. They are closed for the day despite the business hours plastered all over the building and website. Their phone number connects you to a representative off property. The representative was also very confused why they weren't answering inside and was closed for the day. They could provide no answers for me. Very inconsiderate of patients time. If a business cannot communicate and be considerate, I would reconsider their level of care during your treatments too.

Sharing my wife's experience with this location. She should've known better after they canceled her first appointment the day prior. They have canceled three separate appointments after she has taken days off work for these appointments. This is beyond unprofessional. They may as well shut this office down until they can hire a reliable Dr. There is only one Dr so you can't just see someone else. Now we are looking for services elsewhere after they made an entire treatment plan for her. Take your business elsewhere!!!!

I was sorely disappointed by this office. I showed up for my appointment and had to wait nearly an hour to be seen. After my consultation, I then was told I had to come back another day for my cleaning, even though I booked for both. I had to ask for time off from work to be here, spent over an hour commuting, waited so long, only to see the dentist for 10 minutes. And they're all booked out until March so I can't even book my cleaning within a reasonable amount of time!

I'm here. Office closed. Booked appointment weeks ago. They sent me a confirmation text last week and again this morning, I replied to both texts. Finally get someone on the phone and they tell me I never confirmed. They said my phone number wasn't good. Want me to drive over to another office, when they had weeks to let me know they have no staff for this office. They didn't even email me of the change. Original email has Cactus location, text from last week and this morning has Cactus address as well. Lost a day of work and poor customer service and communication. Blamed automated system, I think for this issue you should have had a real person to confirm knowing you have no one at this office.

This dentist is the worst place to visit.they are just expensive for nothing. I went there sometime last year to get my teeth cleaned and they charged me $395 after my insurance paid them which is crazy and they still send me bills. What they will do is start you up before telling you to sign and pay. So with that you can’t stop the service being done. They are scammers.
