Dr. Mir and his staff is absolutely amazing. I was in a car accident while 6 months pregnant and was referred to this practice and after very careful, comfortable adjustments during my pregnancy and after delivery my back pain has improved dramatically. A few weeks ago I had back pain that left me unable to move or walk without much excruciating pain! It took me 20-40 mins to turn from my back to my side and my back continuously had multiple spasms! The following day I found Dr Shirazi’s practice since I needed to be seen and though it was almost an hour drive from my home IT WAS WORTH IT! After the first treatment I was able to sit up which I couldn’t do previously and by the end of the day I was walking. Over the next few days coming in and receiving treatments my back is pain free and in better shape than it has ever been! Dr Shirazi is the best chiropractor in Las Vegas! Look no further! He and his wife have created an office of unparalleled customer service, quality service, and a loving atmosphere by caring about their patients well being and giving you the best possible experience which is rare in todays society! I have had this pain before and it took me 3-4 weeks to heal and Dr. Shirazi completely healed me in a few days and I started seeing results within minutes after my first treatment! Dr. Shirazi is such an amazing chiropractor, he and his wife are both amazing people and so professional. He treated me for two automobile accidents in 2019, he has helped me recover and continues to help me heal my body. I just want to say Dr Mir has been by far the best chiropractor I have ever had treat me. Him and his wife are some of the most kind and nicest poeple you can meet. Not only was he able to fix my shoulder issue I had, but he truly cares and wants to help people get better. He will spend the necessary time needed to understand what is causing your pain and to treat you. I have gone to various chiropractor and none have been as caring and willing to help. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mir Shirazi at Greater Good Chiro. It has been a while since I have been treated by a chiropractor, so I knew that I needed some serious adjusting, and that I was going to put his skills to the test.

Immediately, from the moment I stepped in the door, I knew that I was going to be taken care of here. Dr. Mir and his wife greeted me by name (this was my first visit!) and began getting to know me. I could tell that they did not only genuinely care about what I was there for, they also cared about who I am as a person, and the quality of life that I have.

Dr. Mir went far above and beyond what I expected, taking the time to address all my aches and pains while also informing me of what the root causes could be, and things I can do to be more mindful of my body in the future. It was clear that he is passionate about what he does, as it is evident in the exceptional quality of care that he provides. (Not to mention, he is the self-proclaimed most handsome chiropractor in Las Vegas)

As I was headed out, I mentioned to them that I will be journeying around living in a variety of places as a digital nomad, but I will schedule an appointment any time my path leads me back to Vegas. They wished me well, told me to have a safe journey, and that they would be sending positive vibes and prayers my way.

I could not have had a better experience with my care, and am looking forward to my next appointment, whenever that may be!

Dr. Mir is the best chiropractor! He is very kind, honest, and knowledgeable. A few months back I started having extreme neck pain that would radiate down my back and arm. I went to the urgent Care because I thought that it could be related to my heart because of the arm pain. The doctor prescribed me some muscle relaxers and told me to go get a massage that I would be fine. After I took the medicine a few weeks later the pain was back. I did a teledoc visit and he prescribed me a steroid and told me that I needed to get an MRI but that I should wait a while to see if the pain would go away because of the price that I would be paying for the mri. I took the steroid and a few weeks later the pain was back full force so I decided to do my own research and came across the greater good chiropractor and wellness office with Dr Mir and his wife. After my first visit I felt about 90% better! 12 visits with Dr Mir was the same cost as my co-pay for an MRI and I didn't even need an MRI. I love this office and I highly recommend them! They truly care about their patients well-being.

Dr Mir was incredible with my 15 yo daughter. We are here from out of town for a basketball tournament and Dr Mir and his amazing wife (who was at the front desk) were so kind and accommodating to fit us in with very short notice. My daughter was in a lot of pain when we walked through the door and when we walked out she was significantly better. Dr Mir took his time with her and explained everything he was doing. He was gentle and thorough. I have been to many chiropractors all over the western United States and Dr Mir is one of the VERY best!!

What a very welcoming office! I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door and I love that it is a family practice! The doctor is very patient and listens to your concerns. Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each treatment. When I came in I felt awful, I could barely turn my head. When I left I felt fantastic, the pain in my neck was gone! Prices are more than reasonable and a treatment plan is laid out so that if you need to you can purchase a package. I highly recommend this practice!

I want to start off by saying if your looking for a chiropractor, LOOK NO FURTHER!

From the first time you walk through the door at Dr. Mir's office you will receive exceptional service. Dr. Mir's wife handles all the front administrative work and she is the sweetest person. She welcomes and acknowledges you right when you walk through the doors and makes you feel welcome.

When it's time to see Dr. Mir, he meets with you and will go over your results and the treatment plan from start to finish in the easiest way so you know what to expect moving forward.

When it comes time for the treatment he explains everything he going to do step by step before he does it. He finds things that need to be adjusted that you didn't even know was out of place.

Be prepared for alot of laughs! Dr. Mir is one funny guy! He really goes over and beyond to ensure his clients are receiving the care the need. I will be going to him as long as he is here.

Again look no further, you will not be disappointed and truly will receive the care you are looking for.

Brought my fiance here becaise hes been having really bad back pains that made it uncomfortable to relax. He hasnt been sleeping comfortable for about a week. I have been treated by several chiropractors in the past and Doctor Mir, is the best! He is very thorough in his exam and how he analyzes your body in order to determine the problem areas.
