So once I walked in. The front had me in such a great mood and I’m a hard person to please but when I found out my appt was an hour n a half AMANDA was able to accommodate me with a later appointment the same day which was two hours later so I can drop my daughter off at school and come back. It seems like they always have the newest and best equipment and the drs always layout all the options , even if it doesn’t monetarily benefit them or the office. Let me start off by saying I haven't been to the dentist in YEAAAARS. I was very nervous going back to see ANY dentist because I knew it wasn't going to be good. I ended up at Green Valley Smiles because of its amazing reviews, and now I see why they have such a high rating. The ENTIRE staff is a pleasant group of helpful and friendly people. The wait times in general were minimal (almost non existent) - I'm talking about in the waiting room, in the dental room waiting for Dr. Velayo, for them to clear things with my insurance, and then eventually waiting for the Oral Hygienist, Emily. Very little wait time, and when there was, they kept me updated on what was going on. One thing I do love about this place is that Dr. Valeyo checks your teeth, explains (in words people would understand) what is good/bad and what work is needed. What sets them apart from my previous dentist is that they went over with me the cost of EVERYTHING prior to actually going through with any of the procedures. Meaning, I didn't get slapped with a bill of an unknown amount at the end of the appointment - Thank you, Green Valley Smiles!

As far as the procedures went (I had a few fillings and a deep cleaning), everything went well. I didn't feel a thing. The only "painful" part was from me having to keep my mouth open for so long. However, they did ask constantly if everything was okay and if I was comfortable. Dr. Valeyo and her staff also took every opportunity to ask if I had any questions and made sure that I was well informed on how to continue getting my teeth at a healthier state.

I could not be happier that I have found a dental office that I now actually see myself going to regularly.

Moved here a year ago, and needed a dentist. This place was perfect as they took my mom’s and my own insurance. My first time here was about 3 years ago and they were amazing then and haven't changed since. I've seen almost everyone in the office for my cleanings and check ups and have no complaints. They have really clear explanations on insurance and costs and they are ALL REALLY FAIR. They'll go through everything with you and you don't feel judged if you have any questions.

I had to pay $100 to make an appointment. After confirming they accept BOTH Delta and Cigna insurances, the cost was still $255. Why?? Because there is a "consultation" fee of $56 that was not disclosed when making my appointment AND an "intraorifice barrier" fee of $199 that was not disclosed while making the appointment.

It seems that GV Smiles uses code D3911 to gouge their patients by billing for it separately, instead of including it as part of the route canal procedure. I suggest finding somewhere without these fees, especially when you're DOUBLE COVERED! (UNLESS YOU HAVE $255 LYING AROUND)

D3911: The exact, dedicated American Dental Association CDT code meant to describe an intraorifice barrier placed to seal canal openings. Bundling Rules: Many insurance plans consider an intraorifice barrier to be an inclusive part of the root canal therapy itself RATHER THAN A SEPARATELY REIMBURSIBLE LINE ITEM.

I was nervous when I found out I needed a bridge and crowns, but Dr. Amadi and her team made the entire experience much easier than I expected.

Dr. Amadi is not only an excellent dentist, she is an artist! She spent a great deal of time with me discussing crown shade options and never made me feel rushed. When I later decided I wanted a different shade than the one I had originally chosen, she was completely supportive and took the time to make sure I was happy with the decision. Throughout the process, her attention to detail was incredible. She carefully checked the placement, fit, and appearance of my crowns and bridge to ensure they looked natural and blended correctly with my smile. I could tell that she genuinely cared about the appearance of the final result, and that meant a lot to me. She wants her patients to feel confident about their smiles!

I was also really impressed with her patience. Over multiple appointments, I came in with countless questions, and she always took the time to answer them. On one occasion, I even stopped by the office unexpectedly without an appointment because I had additional concerns, and she still took the time to speak with me and address my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Amadi.

The entire office deserves recognition. The front office staff is consistently cheerful and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

I would also like to praise the dental assistants. Every assistant I’ve interacted with has been friendly and patient. I wish I could remember everyone's names because they all made a positive impression, and deserve recognition, but I only remember the names Marcos and Nini. Marcos was the assistant on one of my first visits when I was the most full of questions, and I remember him calmly answering everything he could. He was very patient and polite. Nini also stood out by spending extra time teaching me how to properly floss around a bridge and even made sure I left with special floss designed for bridges. I really appreciated that level of care and attention.

I never liked going to the dentist but i have to say i look forward to every time I have a cleaning with Cloe Teller! She always finds a ways to make every appointment so fun. She is incredibly talented with her skills and so knowledgeable. I always leave feeling so good about myself and my teeth. 10/10 service for every appt. I had here. Today I was helped by Jae Sammy and Dr. Santoya. My previous dentist wanted to do 5 total root canals on me, which I paid out of pocket for two before switching to Green Valley Smiles Dentistry. Dr. Santoya really values her work and informed me that there’s a chance I could avoid those other 3 root canals. Dr. Santoya saved my teeth!! I highly recommend Dr. Velaho and the staff at Green Valley Smiles Denistry. I was visiting friends in Henderson from Alabama and broke a molar at dinner. Figured the earliest I would be able to get a dental appointment would be on Monday and at best would leave with a temporary fix. I called Green Valley Smiles Denistry on Saturday morning and not only were they able to work me in that morning, but I also left with a brand new permanent crown made with CEREC technology just a few hours later. The staff members are consistently friendly and patient. The facility is always maintained clean during our visits. My children and I have been coming to this location for a couple of years. The dentists here are always professional, making us feel comfortable and readily addressing any questions I may have. The only area for improvement is communication with the office staff regarding insurance coverage for procedures. 10/10 would recommend!!!!! I’m a little new to scheduling appointments for myself, so finding the right dentist was hassle. This place was referred to me by my family and the reviews looked great so I figured i’d give it a try. Booking online was super easy and they made sure my insurance was taken so I had no issues and normally when i get checkups the environment is so dark and moody so it was super refreshing that everyone was friendly, smiling, and so welcoming. They checked me in right away and they saw me within 5 minutes of my arrival so the process was super smooth and I felt comfortable the entire time. Came in 2 weeks ago for 2 retreat root canals with Dr. Brad. First time at office and everything went amazing. From front staff to assistants to the endodontist. Last month one of my molars developed a crack causing horrible pain. The team at Green Valley Smiles Dentistry were able to fit me in for an emergency visit with Dr. Santoyo. She was professional and compassionate. Coincidently their Endodontist, Dr. Radlosky, was present to perform a necessary root canal to the cracked tooth. The root canal brought relief to the terrible pain I was in and I am so grateful for how quick and painless the procedure was. Dr. Santoyo then proceeded to create and fit a crown over the tooth all in the same visit. Her care to ensure the crown fit properly for brushing my teeth and future cleanings was GVSD’s approach to modern dentistry, impressive and appreciated. I have been coming in for years with Dr. Velayo as my primary and Sharmane as my hygienist, diligently doing my cleanings. Things here just seems to keep improving!

I found Green Valley Smiles Dentistry the evening of Jan14,2026 due to having a semi-dental emergency.
After explaining my dilemma to the scheduling agent, Desiree, she calmly helped me put my situation in perspective, quieted my hysteria and booked me an appointment for the next morning (the office was closing in ten minutes).
I hadn't been to the dentist in many years due to previous traumatic visits; therefore the person walking into the appointment was the "terrified child" who had not been treated well in past experiences.
Thru fearful, frustrating tears I was able to share my concerns with staff. I felt heard. Each staff member was kind towards me, extremely patient handling "my inner child" and helped me feel safe with each facet of my visit.
Kim who did my x-rays was kind, gentle yet professional. She even alerted me when she thought the next procedure would cause discomfort; yet because she took her time and was deliberately gentle there was no major discomfort.
(thank you Kim) Dr McCormick, (dentist) was also extremely patient, compassionate, and helped me feel safe. (Thank you Dr McCormick) And Dimmy patiently detailed the complexities of the financial aspect of my visit, by making it easier to understand my insurance coverage etc.
The staff including the front desk, helped me leave my appointment feeling triumphant that I was able to walk thru my fears w-their support, rather than leaving feeling ashamed, humiliated and further damaged. Thank you all again.

I had such a great experience here! I usually hate going to the dentist office but this location made things a lot easier for me! Marcos, the dental assistant, was really nice and took the time to talk to me while going through everything, which helped me feel comfortable. My crown fell off and needed to get it fixed quickly. I was able to make an online appointment for the next day and saw Dr.Chris. Based on their reviews I picked this dental office and hit the jackpot better than in the casino! Dimmy was extremely helpful getting my insurance figured out before my appointment and Dr. Chris is the best! Highly recommend this office. Clean, organized and professionally staffed.

Sam and Dr. Chris are the coolest in town!!! They made me feel comfortable and at ease! It was my first serious dental work done and I was a nervous wreck at first. Dr. Chris took his time to make sure I was ok and happy. Thank you sam and Dr. chris for making me feel like a human and and friend not just a money symbol. Yall are the best!

I've been a patient of Dr. Velayo's for a few years and it's been a positive experience all around from the very first visit. The staff is lovely and the office is warm and welcoming. The staff is always great. You know how normally you have the one person and you always schedule with them? I just pick a day and get whomever. Keira was awesome on my deep cleaning. No pain, super numb. Still cant feel half my face and normally im a pain to get numb. Emily is always great. Staff is also awesome with Brenda and Nini getting me.checked in and out real fast. Gotta do the work if you dont want to be gumming food in your 50s.

Dr. Chris McCormick and his assistant Sam attended to me with the utmost care and professionalism while completing 4 fillings and a left side periodontal cleaning that included a laser treatment. Doctor Chris has been thorough in explaining details of my particular condition and proposed course of action. He patiently addresses my questions and concerns. He and his staff are friendly, efficient and considerate. The office assistant manager, Dimmy, provided cost details and payment options in advance of my first treatment to ensure I was clear on choices and could select what was most comfortable for me. I went to this dental office as a new patient based on online reviews. I'm happy I did, and happy to provide this review endorsing them. I hope it will help someone else with their decision.

Everybody at the office is very nice from the reception to the x-ray technician and ultimately when you see the dentist, the dentist is nice too. What really stands out for me and the reason for my returning over and over, is the dental hygienist Chloe who is truly a professional that loves what she does because she really makes my experience much more pleasant for sometime otherwise quite unpleasant thing for me. -This is the dental office for anyone who doesn’t particularly like going to the dentist (like me).

A great experience overall and a huge improvement from my prior dentist. The front staff is very friendly and patient. Dr. Velayo is great. She talks through the entire process. She makes sure I am comfortable and she is very thorough and efficient. This is not a discount office. If you’re looking for a low budget, cheap dentist - this may not be for you. But if you want a thorough dental plan with the most high tech and up to date technology, you’ve found it.
