It’s sad that this pediatric care has gone down hill. It should be called Unhappy Kids Pediatrics. The newer staff, such as the front receptionist/assistants are not welcoming at all, have a tone, if you ask something or question something. They are caring for our children, if there are questions why are the parents getting an attitude? I just don’t understand that they think this okay. The doctor booked the appointment our last visit for a check up I'm assuming, the assistant asks me why I brought my child in? I work where I deal with appointments and I can only assume they would know why we’re there. The appointment should specify. I didn’t make the appt., so wouldn’t they tell me why i am there?? Now the doctor asks the other assistant to check one of my son’s eyes. And she’s talking to my son as if he was not understanding what she’s saying! She kept yelling “do you know your letters?!” And “he can’t see!” I can clearly hear her speaking to my son from the room. If there were any other families there, everyone could hear her tell the doctor that she thinks my son’s eyes are super bad!! The whole office could hear her clearly. That was just uncomfortable! And not confidential at all! When checking out, the same assistant that checks my sons eyes is checking us out, asks me if any day of the week works. I did say yes as long it was after school, she then just books the next appt without asking if that day worked. I then ask if the appt would be an hour because they do have something else the day she booked, I get an attitude and she replied “it’s NOT gonna take an hour! You were here, what?! 15 mins?!” With a look as if I was such a bother to her! I’ve been going here for about 4/5 years and I’ve never complained when they ran over an hour behind and never acknowledged or apologized for the wait! But this definitely was the last straw for me! I will no longer take my children here and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this Pediatric care! It should say a lot that they’re rating keeps lowering!

Mis hijas tienen su control de salud en este consultorio; la doctora siempre está disponible y dispuesta a ayudar; recuerdo cuando mi hija mayor se lastimó el brazo y la doctora rápidamente nos envió a tomar radiografías al edificio UNLV; al igual que las enfermeras, quienes son muy amables y dulces con los niñas, siempre que termina la consulta les brindan una paleta 🍭.

Honestly the worst doctor she don't care about my girls at all I would recommend a new doctor how is she going to tell her staff that she don't trust us parents that we don't brush our kids teeth. And how is she going to say my kids won't cry while getting poke with a needle let me poke her with a needle and see if it don't hurt then brush her teeth.

It’s concerning how there’s so many good reviews, staff is friendly no issues. Dr was nice I scheduled for physical and for concerns usually for physical they do blood work but she didn’t bother to because they are not over weight! It was almost like seeing a judge mental drive thru dr thank god my kids are not heavy and my life was to her approval because if she would’ve said something negative I would’ve snapped back. she seems like all she cares about is if ur kid is over weight then the child probably has every thing else wrong but if your child isn’t over weight then ur concerns are irrelevant. I had to push for lab work on my children which is dumb and common sense to do!!! My child gets body aches, fever, and stomach issues every three months like clock work and she’s going to say THAT IS NORMAL because she’s not OVER WEIGHT. all she kept mentioning is my children not being over weight so they’re fine.
It’s a complete waste of time tbh I didn’t need to go somewhere to get a doctors approval I’m there to make sure my kids are healthy inside and out and to get answers and rule things out. She needs to really validate her patience and stop with the mind set of if ur over weight you are unhealthy and if you’re at the right weight there could be absolutely nothing wrong with you ever.

Dr. Majid Is the best pediatrician my daughter has had in the Vegas area. She’s always kind, caring and compassionate. She always does a thorough job and answers my questions and concerns. She’s extremely friendly as well as the staff. You can tell she really cares about the children and does a great job.

I was influenced by the existing reviews to bring my newborn here in hopes of a good experience and that’s exactly what I received. It’s a very intimate office, where there is only one provider and a few staff running it. You get very personable service for your child and the doctor is super nice and comforting. The girls up front are kind and run on schedule. I would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric office!

I AM VERY BLESSED to have her. WILL take WALK IN SICK patients who are NEW PATIENTS. She knows exactly what she sees and is dealing with and how to handle it. I HAVE ALL TRUST IN HER. Even when I have a kid who's faking it... she "heals" him too and in no time wasted!

My daughter was sent home from school because they thought she had lice. I didn't know what to do I have never dealt with lice before so I took her to see Dr nasreen.. I didn't know if I needed prescriptions or what so this was my only way of confirming it was what it was. I spent $30 for her not to even check my daughter's head and to tell us to pick up a lice kit from CVS... I was already upset that the appointment was pointless. went and spent $40 more on a lice kit..I get home put on latex gloves and cap on my head to get ready to apply... Come to find out it wasn't lice... It was dandruff..

Great Doctor 👍Dr. Majid made my Day & potentially saved My Grandson Life , he was fully congested when we met the Doctor Today at 4:18 pm on a Friday ( that in and of itself was unheard of ), New Patient on a Friday ! The Doctor asked ASHTON ," how are you " ? his Breathing was nearly none Existant 💗! He Liked Dr. MAJID Immediately & Dr. Majid knew he was special as soon as she spoke to him. It was a God sent & she could hear his Labored Breathing He needed a Good looking over by a skilled professional. God is amazing and this Journey through life being my Grandson Primary Caregiver is going to be amazing . I can't wait until he gets all the way well , we have a special Birthday planned in lass than a month! With our new Doctor it lookimg Better already & full recovery is coming very soon. No more missing school, no more taking Benedryl until the bottle is gone or any over the counter meds until the bottle is gone. This is what this child has been going thru. I know together we will get to the bottom of this Issue . God Showed me that we needed to go someplace new 🙏 Bless Dr. Majid for Honoring Her Hippocratic Oath, she listened to me as I explain how much suffering he was experiencing

She's been my Children doctor since they were toddlers. she's done everything for them to help with any situation my children were going threw. Has always been able to answer any of my questions, helped in calming the situation so much especially as a single mother who worries and have anxiety she understands children so well and caring for her patient's , I always refer her to any with children who have any disability/ or none she handles with great care ! . Best pediatrician ever ! I have been taking my daughters to Dr. Majid for the past 12 years, staring with my oldest who is 12 to my youngest who is 1 1/2. Dr. Majid is very thorough when she explains things to you and she takes her time examining and answering your questions. I feel like she is a part of my family.
