I verified with my ins and was able to schedule a new patient appt with everything stating this doctor was in network and accepted my ins. They wait til I walk in the door to tell me he doesn't accept my ins. They had a copy of my ins card this whole time too and yet no one took the time to call me and cancel the appt ahead of time. They stated they tried to call me and no they didnt. The only call I got was the appt reminder call, so unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Just had a follow up with Dr Trujillo. Dr Trujillo is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions .Takes his time with you. Very caring and patient.
He also has done an injection in my knee and it was painless. I’m a baby when it comes to needles but this was probably the best I’ve ever had.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Shervin Najafi today, and I left feeling optimistic about my care. I made another appointment and they didn’t call me back when I asked what they needed in advance. I made another and filled out all the paperwork, returned their calls and when I arrived day of they said they couldn’t see me because I didn’t have a referral. Even though everything on their website and emails said I could make an appointment without one. What a mess of a medical office. If you have real people, have them take real appointments and answer their real phones. Or use clear, detailed and effective technology. Dr. Najafi is attentive and professional. I switched pain doctors because I didn't feel confident with my last doctor performing procedures on me. Dr. Najafi is competent and thorough. He's performed nerve blocks and steroid injections and will be performing ablation on my occipital nerves. He's the best pain doctor i have seen and his staff are friendly and kind. I have terrible, terrible knee and back pain. I drive from Kingman AZ to Las Vegas just to see Dr Najafi! He takes the time to actually listen to what your saying and cares about what you say, he gives you the opportunity to have a say in your treatment plan and how you want to proceed. He has a wonderful sense of humor and a serious know how attitude and approach for diagnosing and getting results. He's very down to earth and easy to connect to. He understands people have true pain and the frustration it can cause even when you are not in the best of moods. lol A lot of providers say they understand but truly they dont and/or are quick to dismiss you. The office staff is still in their infancy. While I really hate to post a negative they really need to work on the customer service aspect, return phone calls and understand the type of practice they are working in. I go to Harmony for both primary care and pain management. My 2 doctors are the best and the staff is awesome too! Dr. Trujillo and Dr. Najafi are very professional and also care about their patients. I've seen Dr Najafi for almost 2 years and he is a very nice person and has my best interest in mind. I just started seeing Dr Trujillo because the Nurse Practitioner I was seeing was no longer there but after one visit I totally trust him.

My first appointment went smoothly. The doctor was fine and even helpful.

I was advised of the need for a follow up. The appointment was set tentatively, pending my submission of insurance information. When I didn’t submit the required info in time and never received a confirmation call nor text, I was surprised when one day I the office called me indicating that I had been due in for a visit 40 minutes earlier.

When I explained to the receptionist that I never had received confirmation, and that I was not on my way to the appointment (of which I wasn’t even aware), her tone changed from concerned to somewhat annoyed. I rescheduled with her for the following week at the same time. I double confirmed this date and time with her on speakerphone and had a witness for this.

On the day of this allegedly scheduled appointment, I still had no confirmation of any visit. Against my better judgment, I went to the appointment anyway. Surprise! No appointment and I was told I would not be seen the same day.

It may be speculation, but it seems that I was duped into showing up for a non-appointment out of spite from one of the staff members. At the very least, do a better job with confirming appointments.

Not cool and a waste of my time. I won’t be coming back.

Was seen by Shannon Latham NP 2 years ago. I would never come back as I was told I "didn't need to see a dermatologist if I didn't want a prescription".
I was sent to Totori Allergy, an allergist who also failed to properly diagnose me. I am now under the care of a dermatologist, but it would have been nice to not waste so much time and money on appointments and tests and just gotten the referral in the first place.
While everyone was friendly, that doesn't mean much for medical care, as it requires more than customer serivce skills.

I went to this office for an annual physical. As part of that physical a blood test is standard. I was supposed to receive a call from the doctor to go over the results within a few days afterwards. The office called me a few days after and tried to treat it like a new appointment for me to get my blood test results. They tried to run it through my insurance again and charge me my co pay again. I called the office to complain and the girl hung up on me. They have now put my health at risk because I don't know what the results said and my insurance company won't pay for another doctor to read them because it was included in the physical. This is outrageous and a technique for their sake I hope they are not engaging in on a regular basis. I've reported this scheme to the insurance company, State regulators and the insurance department of fraud investigators for them to decide. I am also pursuing other avenues of legal recourse since I am an attorney. The hysterical part is that this office is trying to charge me a $50 cancellation fee as punishment for not going along with this nefarious game and I keep getting robo calls to that end as well. I hope they keep calling and keep sending the bill - the more evidence the better. I give this office the lowest possible rating and I would stay as far away from them as possible and watch your wallet and your pocketbook when you walk through the door. I would not put my health in their hands.

Very incompetent reception/staff. If you don't want your FMLA/FORMS ruined, don't come here. Requested fmla here, it will take them a month to fill it up. I called them to just cancel it and don't bother filling it up coz it's taking a long time but NO ONE will answer your call even if you see them doing nothing in their office. I had to go to their office just to ask the receptionist to cancel my FMLA with them. She said she will, even gave me back my fmla form. Guess what? They never cancelled and now I have 2 fmla pending with my company. Now they put my job at risk for their of their lack of organization and staff laziness. They say they will email, they will follow up and, they will call you back. BUT NOPE, they never call back. Never follow up. Don't waste your time here.

I am upset this morning because I did not believe the unprofessionalism I was given by a gentleman named Gio, I am currently in hospital for pneumonia admitted ,up till today I got off some machines oxgen so in the middle of me explaining why I’m canceling and wasn’t 24 hours prior he said HE DONT CARE ,I COULD HAD CALL POINT BLANK , over talked me as I started to explain while I’m fighting for my life and breathing they did not cross my mind until I got a reminder for appointment which has not passed . I am heavily medicated and coughing up blood low oxygen, yet he was not trying to hear it and HUNG UP WHILE IM TALKING! On my sick mother I’m quoting every single thing that was said and done , I called back to speak to supervisor and she picked up listened but at this point I’m so disappointed I just wanted to tell her this needs to be addressed YOU CAN TELL THIS ISN’T HIS FIRST TIME BECAUSE HE WAS VERY NONCHALANT WHEN ASKED FOR BOSS ,SO I WILL CONTINUE TILL I ACTUALLY SEE HIM REPRIMANDED! Which I highly doubt , and yes I ended call same way he did ,I had nothing to say because they both just did not care ! The appointment was a simple refill in which they making me coming in for to run my insurance! I was fortunate to be under Dr. Najafi’s care for two years before relocating from Nevada. I originally sought out Dr. Najafi based on his ratings and reviews, and I can confidently say the care I received exceeded my expectations.
