Dr. Zilberman n his office are great @ communicating every issue I ever had with them was taken care of. The are ver attentive with my babies.... I like that a lot! Been with his practice for 12 Yrs now, all 7 Of my children have been with his office since we moved from Hawaii and they do great with my children. If I had a issue I could bring baby in through open door (Walk in) 11-2 Pm after that which is very good. I call nurseline n they open up apt if it is an emergency! You just have to know how to treat people, they make mistakes like us! BEST STAFF N BOSS @ BOTH OFFICES

The staff were very helpful to me and even squeezed me in to see the Dr same day because I had came to the wrong location. Everything was quick and efficient and I’m happy I ended up coming to the wrong location lol

Dr. Zilberman has shown us that he loves and cares for our two children. I love how he questions me about certain things to get to the bottom of any sickness my babies get. Very professional. I also love the staff. Everyone is loving and caring. 5 stars and more.

Dr. Zilberman should be ashamed of his office..
It took them 4 months to do what i did for them in 15min !
To get the referal should be that simple ! I called them 100 times to make sure that my girl is getting the referal ! They kept on telling that they will call back when they get the answer from another Doctors office ! They left me for 4 months hanging ! Once i contacted the office they send the documents right away ! That tells me that Dr. Zilbermans office did not even try to call to other office to get the documents !

Staff kept me on hold for over an hour, I felt like that was a ridiculous amount of time so I called from a different phone and they answered right away but still left me on hold on the first phone. Staff is obviously inattentive to who they leave on hold and for how long.
