Canceled 2 appointment on me the last one they told me that I was not even on the schedule when I showed up. Refused to see me with out an appointment even though I had a text and phone call from them. By the way it is now Optima so what ever you do, do not go there cause if you make an appointment they will tell you they do not have one, They did the same thing,to the person that was in front of me, STSAY AWAY

I truly am grateful for Dr. Hussain and his entire staff! They truly provide one of a kind service and let u know they care. Every person in the office is so helpful and sweet. Dr. Hussain and his staff have been caring for my mom and I for more years than I remember lol but I would NOT trust anyone more than the staff at Health First Medical! Thank you ALL for what you do every day! You all are so APPRECIATED!!

Dr. Hussain has been my doctor for many years and is also my elderly mom's doctor and I wouldn't trust her with anyone else as he is an angel from God and has the best most wonderful, competent staff available!

They’ll tell you to arrive at a specific time to never be ready, I have wasted countless of time at this place just in the waiting area. They suggested injections every other week and stated I can’t drive for 24hrs after but won’t help assist with fmla it makes no sense.

This is the worst place to go EVER, the staff is VIOLENT seen loved ones punched in face , very unprofessional staff, treats patients and the loved ones that take them there forcefully and with out respect . Was treated with great disrespect. wanted to tell loved one what was going on and was asked to show power of attorney this is complete unprofessional had to report to BBB

About 8:30am- 9:20am I waited inside the patiente room for the Dr.. they don't respect the patient time.. and never see him. I haved appointment other places and work at Noon. 1641 E. Flamingo rd #12

Dr. Hussein is my primary physician, and has been for 10 years. He is GREAT! Very nice, and easy to talk to. He has taken good care of all my health needs. When I need to call the office for a reschedule or medication renewal, the staff is fast, and responsive. Thank you Dr. Hussein!

Dr. Hussein and his staff are amazing! The doctor really listens to what you have to say to be able to understand what is going on. I have some fairly random medical issues but they have been able to help me understand them. His medical staff is fantastic and super sweet! They always remember me when I come in and are genuinely concerned for my well-being. Highly recommend!!

I love Dr. Hussain! He is my primary doctor, BY CHOICE. I have been treated at his office multiple different times, and each time I had a great experience. Dr. Hussain listens to all of my concerns and makes sure to give me peace of mind about them. Everyone in his office is very professional, from the front desk staff, all the way to the staff in the back. I highly recommend this office 12/10! They won’t disappoint! ☺️

Dr. Hussain is a fantastic doctor. Knowledgeable, attentive and to the point . Having an appointment with him isn't like a typical visit, at least for me, it's more of a conversation, if that makes sense. He has some of the greatest people working in the office with him. Scott and Daisy are great!

I was sent there by another doctor. At first the doctor I saw was very nice. They said they never discriminate against anyone. So I asked them to be my primary. Then this virus started. They only wanted appointments by phone and my doctor wouldn't talk to me. They made phone appoinments. But would call a wrek or two early. The knew I'm deaf and my phone is only answered when My PCA is here. But wouldn't call then. My doctor finally talked to me. Said everything is okay. Then one day before my next appointment. I get a letter from them saying they will not be my doctor because I'm transgender. They do discriminate. Don't Use Them.

Where do I start? Horrible medical center. The staff is inefficient, and do not listen to your concerns as a patient. Refferals take atleast a month to be received, if they remember to give them to you at all. If you arrive on time for your appointment, they have you wait another 2 hours minimum, but if you are 15 minutes late, they won't see you at all. I was fired from my job, because a member of their staff didnt want to listen to why I needed a doctor's note for my employer, after being sick from medication prescribed by their office. I called to speak with someone else,left several messages, no call was ever returned. I finally got in touch with the office manager, and after being allowed to explain, the note was sent over. However, due to the inefficiency and inability to explain my situation, the note was sent in too late, and I was fired from my job. When I tried to call them, I was hung up on twice, and had to call from another phone, since they wouldn't take my calls based on my phone number showing. I know this, because they always knew it was me calling.Then,they booted me as a patient. - Cedric Stephens

Had appointment at 10:15 and didn't get seen until 1. Office is dirty, counters in room were cluttered with all kinds of stuff. There was a full sample cup sitting on the counter, disgusting. Staff is not professional or very welcoming.

Dr Hussain has been my doctor for about a decade now and he and his staff have always been professional and wonderful to deal with. He actually spends time with his patients and gets to know them.

It's practically impossible to schedule a timely appointment with Dr. Hussain. He and his staff always seem to be on vacation or out of the office for another reason. When they are there, they can't schedule a timely appointment because they're too busy catching up from their time away. If you try to explain this to the receptionist, she gets very defensive and acts like it isn't their fault. Told me straight out "if I don't like it, go find another doctor." No problem, I will.
