Best experience for my eyes! Very one is so peaceful and friendly! The only thing should be careful was the Costco have those differentiate visiting time to visit the store for executive and regular member’s. Just try to have ur appointment text or something to show them at the entrance. Optometry tried to communicate with Costco so many times.. Costco should do better…

Sorry to be the first 1 star. Its $100 for an eye exam, it took them 5-10 mins. This was my first time getting an eye exam, I wasn't exactly sure the task at hand when I was reading the letters I didn't know I was supposed to say yes its better when its bigger and most clear. I felt like I was rushed and the lady was so in her script that you couldn't "slow" her down to ask question or get clear instructions, and she was a robot. I got a prescription for astigmatism I am sure I have astigmatism but I am unsure if it is the right prescription because I didn't know what I was doing for half the exam. They also won't price match other Costco's because "we are independent offices" but you are being marketed as a Costco optical so they should be the same cost nationwide. One costco is $89 and another is $100; why, its the same exam just different city?

Dr. Jenny Tran is excellent. I came in for a routine eye exam, but she noticed I was having dry eye problems that were causing blurry vision, irritation, and mild discomfort. She listened carefully, explained everything in a clear way, and gave me a treatment plan with eye drops and irritation drops that helped a lot. I also appreciated that she took my job into account and gave advice that fit my daily routine. She was thorough, respectful, and did not make the visit feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Tran.

Came to Costco to get my tires changed and I saw this exam area and I went there and I was greeted with kindness and professionalism, even though I did not have a reservation…. Went to get contacts to try it out. The staff were very helpful and was able to give me appointments sooner rather than later - this happened a few times as it took several trials of contact lenses . Dr. Tran was actually very helpful. She saw me a few times to make several adjustments on the contact lenses . She genuinely is caring doctor and pretty down to earth so you can really just talk to her about your eye issues - no judgement. The place is clean and inside Costco so plenty of parking. I was really surprised by the excellent customer service I received! It all started when I called just to check if I could come in as a walk-in, and there was no problem at all. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the start. When I came to pick up my lenses after receiving my prescription, the experience was first class. I recently took my mom, who is a senior and has trouble hearing, for an eye exam. Dr Tran was extremely caring and attentive throughout the entire visit.
