The location is inside the mall. It is very clean and the doctor and nurse are so nice and caring. It is so much better to go in and get treated than spend the rest of your trip miserable. Also Doctor Christian is very knowledgeable and he really cares about patients. He gave me so many good tips about how to manage my illness even when at home. He sent the medicine right over to the pharmacy nearest my hotel and took care of it all. Now I have my place to go when sick!! Thank you!!

Nurse Practitioner Robin at Quick Fix Urgent Care was absolutely amazing. She checked out my daughter with so much care and made her feel comfortable. Despite being the only medical staff on site and swamped with patients, she took the time to ensure my daughter's prescription medication was filled before we went back to Texas. The lady at the front office was also extremely helpful and polite.

Today my wife and I were to QuickFix and it definitely lives up to its name. The nurse at the front was very friendly and got me in quick.

For a backstory we came to Vegas to see the Eagles at the Sphere and I wasn’t feeling great at all before we even left NYS. Should have gone to my doc before we left but I thought it was a simple cold and would pass. Fast forward a couple of days and I was miserable. We googled a place close to the Venetian and it popped up-odd in a way because it’s in a mall.

Christian was the FNP-C who saw me and he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Even more so than my own GP back home that I’ve been seeing for almost 35 years. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was able to pick up my prescriptions at a Walgreens right next to our hotel. If you’re ever in need of any urgent medical needs I would most definitely start with them. And I would like to give them a big thank you here for making my vacation pleasant and happy, as everyone wants it to be.

Please be advised: THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY INSURANCE. Your visit will cost you $275 out of pocket. You must then submit your claim to your insurance company. Unfortunately, they are out of network for Aetna-so I will probably lose the $275.
The complaint I have is this: I was greeted (barely) by the receptionist and given papers to fill out. Only after I waited 1.5 hours and was next to being called back-it was disclosed that I had to pay $275.
I should have just left (as did the patient before me) but since I had that time invested and wasn't sure if my condition was serious, I stayed and paid.
I received good care-and my condition ended up being minor.
I learned a valuable lesson-I thought all Urgent Care would be covered-but next time I'll definitely research before I go. (I could not find any notation on their website stating they do not accept insurance) But I will make sure the next Dr is in network.

Visiting town for a few days, a bladder infection occurred. The front desk person was very friendly and the nurse practitioner, Kelsey, who helped was very thoughtful about what was best for us, letting us know the costs of tests. She's professional, empathetic, kind and knowledgeable. She started to prescribe one medicine but realized it would interact badly with meds already being taken and she spent time finding the right antibiotic for us. I definitely recommend this place. They didn't accept insurance and it cost $275 for the basic exam plus the additional costs of some tests if needed. They did give us all the paperwork we will need to file a reimbursement claim with our insurance and said we can call if we need more documentation. It's on the second floor of the Fashion Mall by Macy's. We also heard them speaking a few other languages to different patients.

We came on June 28, my friend was severely dehydrated and in need of IV. He’s very muscular so moving was incredibly difficult, yet we managed to shoulder walk to this place. We arrived but the clerk (old lady, blue eyes, blonde), rejected us because she incorrectly believed he needed emergency hospital. We tried to assure her he just needed IVs but she dismissed us. We painfully walked another mile in the heat to get to an uber to the ER because we were denied service. Once we arrived, guess what the hospital gave him. IVS! That old lady deserves to be fired, no compassion or any interest in helping my friend who is literally going to die because he isn’t receiving IVs. Shameful!

I was in serious pain from an inflamed SI joint and basically couldn't walk when I got to Vegas.
I went to see Christian at Quick Fix Urgent Care and he did a great job! Turned out it was my IT band being the issue and he got me on my feet again and educated me how to cure and recover from my problem in the long run.

Having been unfortunate enough to require urgent medical attention whilst on holiday I can't recommend this place enough. I was treated by Robin & Mikaela with with absolute professionalism and dignity. The service was great and the course of action and medication worked. On my return to the UK I sought medical advice as advised and there was nothing more they could offer. We are always told here in the UK that medical attention in the US is horrendously expensive and unaffordable. That is not my experience. The pricing I found to be reasonable and excellent value for money.

Contacted this urgent care centre, due to a medical issue whilst on holiday in Las Vegas.
I have to say, I was very impressed, super clean facilities and very understanding.
I was advised from the off the charges and heath protocols in the US as a visitor from UK - I had overseas travel insurance thankfully.

My medical issue was swiftly assessed by Robin Hass who put me at ease throughout, during the examination a chaperone was also present in the room.

In no more than 1hr I was assessed, and on my way to the pharmacy very quick and efficient.

Thank you Robin and her team, I have safely got back to the UK would definitely use this centre again if I visit Las Vegas again and encounter the same issue.

He gave me a flu test and prescribed me with medication quite fast, and when I encountered an issue with the pharmacy, he and the office staff (Cynthia) resolved it almost immediately. This location is inside the mall. Christian (FNP) at the Quick Fix Urgent Care seriously seriously saved me a few weeks ago! I was suffering from food poisoning, severe dehydration, and other problems, and he set me up with an IV and gave me the right medicine to help me feel better the same day. He and his team found a pharmacy close to my hotel that was open late and thankfully I was able to get the treatment I needed to make a quick recovery. It sucks being sick on vacation, but finding excellent medical care REALLY helps!

I recently had to visit the location in the fashion mall during my Vacation. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and knowledgeable. This review is a long time coming. I was in town for EDC. I had been sick with what seemed like UTI symptoms for over two months. I had gone into my regular clinic before going to Las Vegas but what they gave me actually made things not at all better. When I landed in Vegas I almost instantly felt way worse. Then I found out my insurance doesn’t cover me in a different state unless I have something considered an “emergency”. Alas, I needed something with straight up pricing and fast. When I came into this urgent care I was listened to and felt cared about. RN Christian Lapitan attended me, got a test for uti, and prescribed something different and gave me an injection to more widely treat me for anything it could be that was causing my symptoms. This actually made me feel better than what my regular clinic gave me. I was able to somewhat enjoy EDC as my symptoms took a week to subside. I am really grateful for this Urgent Care Clinic as not just was my care good, all the pricing was straightforward. My only hope for their future is that they will be able to do more lab tests. I think that would make this clinic just perfect.

My second day in Vegas and I had a bit of an emergency. I walked in at 7:30p just before they closed. The check-in process was quick. Once I got to the back Christian was waiting for me. I must have caught a bug on the flight to Las Vegas. I developed a horrible cough and my daughter & husband insisted I go to Urgent Care. It was on Sunday, April 14 around 2pm. How convenient that they were open on Sunday! Upon arriving the receptionist was very accommodating. Waited just a few minutes and entered and was seen by the doctor who was very knowledgeable and reassured me that it would run it’s course and called in a script for me to get filled. They were 5 star for attentiveness since they did try to help. However, their blood sugar test equipment didn’t work & gave inaccurate reading on urine sample. Spent 2 hours & $250 there to get no relief. This is ok place if you have minor needs. Very limited on what they can do.

Best recommendation was to go to ER. Went to Elite Medical on Harmon & got excellent treatment. Plus they filed on my insurance.

While in town for a conference a few weeks ago, I spent the entire week sick. The day before my flight home, one of my ears plugged up, and I was afraid it would rupture on the flight home the following day. I was able to get in with Quick Fix with no wait. NP Christian was really wonderful. He took the time to explain what was happening and even demonstrated how to properly use flonase as part of my treatment plan. Stunned this has many stars as it does. Apparently if you want what you did to stay in Vegas, this is the place. I went in knowing full well I was getting my biannual bronchitis and laryngitis. I went the first day I felt symptoms to try and nip it in the bud. Paid $250 only to be told they would not prescribe an antibiotic or anything and to get OTC meds. Not helpful. At all. I am no sicker and have no desire to miss another day of conference with that mess.

In the middle of my Vegas trip, I came down with strep. I googled urgent care’s and this was the closest to me and had the best reviews. I was an emotional wreck and have never been sick out of town. Christian was very knowledgeable. Not only did he treat me for my sinus infection quickly so that I could fly home the next day, but he gave me tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. Quick fix was also able to fit me in right away. I highly recommend.
Taking away 2 stars because I followed all the advise (hot shower before bed, saline spray and Flownase before bed, before the flight, and before landing), slept at a 50 degree angle) and none of it was enough to keep from having a very painful landing. My ear is closed shut and I imagine I’ll be going back to the ENT to try to avoid further hearing damage. I should have pushed my flight back to avoid this like I suspected, but Christian said he thought I’d be fine.

Incredible service! I came here for a very last minute appointment. Im here for the weekend for EDC and I got major nasal congestion that I was afraid would turn into an ear infection. It was nice that I could book an appointment time on the website. The people who assisted at the front desk were very friendly. It took me a little while to actually get in for them to check my vitals and then to see the doctor. But once I got in the service was incredible. I cannot recommend this place. $250 and does not take insurance. I went it complaining of jaw pain and pain in my arm. Misdiagnosed with rhinitis. Turned out I was having a non-STEMI heart attack. Ended up an hour later in the ER and being admitted. Needed 2 stents in my arteries.

I visited Quick Fix Urgent care on February 7th, 2023 with a very severe sore throat with trouble swallowing. I got an initial check and was asked questions about what was going on. It hurt to move or even speak. The nurse practitioner made a comment about how swollen my tonsils looked. He then proceeded to tell me to take allergy medicine to help me with my sore throat. He then said it didn’t appear to be strep so there is no need for a strep test. Two days later I get home from my trip and went to an urgent care in my hometown. They immediately sent me to the emergency room because of how bad my tonsils appeared. Turns out I did in fact have strep throat but not only strep. I also had an abscess. It should have been caught at this urgent care but was not. I do not recommend coming here. They were no help to me and instead recommended I take allergy medicine for something allergy medicine was not going to fix. If I could give this place negative stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I cut the tip of my finger off and was looking for urgent care. I didnt realize this place wasnt a typical urgent care. I thought my night was over since id be waiting for hours to get seen. Then comes Quick Fix to the rescue! They dont take insurance. I paid $250 to be seen. Worth it since there was no wait when I went. The place is super clean. The staff was very friendly. The nurse Christian is my new best friend. He got my finger all fixed up and I was back on the strip in about 1 hour in time for a night of fun. They give you paperwork to submit to your insurance company. Not sure if they will pay it but I dont really care. Its worth every penny to get professional care so quickly and without catching the black plague from a typical urgent care waiting room. Thanks Christian!
