The procedure is done today. Alpha Vein Clinic sees and understood the pain on my leg. Dr Sassan Kaveh examine and advise me about doing the procedure so I will be able to walk not

I think, most will agree with me, that the last place they want to spend part of the day would be in a doctor's office. Dr. Sassan Kaveh, and his staff are the exception. I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Kaveh for over ten years. Always, I am greeted by happy professionals, and if l have to wait a bit longer for my appointment, it is because I am associating with a doctor and his staff that not only know what they are doing, but care enough for the patient to spend an extra few minutes to make sure that they comprehend the cause and effect of their treatments.
Many times in my professional life I have had to act as a case manager for my wealthy clients who could afford the best of care. Dr. Sassan Kaveh and his staff are on the top of my list in regards to recommending excellent medical treatment and meeting a joyful staff that truly work well with each other.

In summary, I would never recommend this practice for whatever name it operates under on any given day!

My Venaseal treatments were scheduled on three, separate days so this practice could collect daily co-pays, at $150 each from me at every scheduled visit and a receive an overall better reimbursement rate from my insurance on the approved treatment. I was initially informed that my insurance would only pay for "one vein treatment, per day," and this was untrue once verified.

When I called this practice out on the fact that all three veins could be done concurrently after verifying with my insurance authorization, why did this provider call me personally to back pedal on the justification for this and and ask if I liked going to work for free? A rhetorical question I might add, and quiet entertaining to know I was merely a body, a reimbursement dollar sign and there was very little interest in me as a patient, my personal time, or my total out of pocket costs.

When I stated I was not returning, I was told I would be charged cancellation fees. I should have just continued with another specialist in vascular, but I'd already had one leg completed and taken the time off of work for the recovery.

Moving forward, the procedure are performed in some, cluttered, multipurpose room with an overflowed, disorganization of supplies in cardboard boxes, without a sink to wash your hands in before you glove up!

I asked many questions to the tech Julie about aseptic techniques used during this procedure and use of this specific room and her confident justification was the only reason I proceeded with the treatment. I had one more follow-up ultrasound with another copay, of course and decided I was done with this place that apparently runs under three, different names!

I was searching for a doctor to treat swelling in my leg when I found Dr Kaveh. Scheduling an appointment was easy in a time that was convenient for me. During my 1st visit I learned that Dr Kaveh was also a Primary Physician. Since my own primary was no longer available, I chose Dr Kaveh to handle my care.
I am a Senior on Medicare.
Since then, I have not regretted my decision. He took care of my leg swelling along with helping me deal with my diabetes and other issues. Dr Kaveh listens to me, takes the time needed to discuss possible options and makes it possible for me to make an informed decision about my own care.
I am so thankful that I found such a doctor in Las Vegas. Dr Kaveh and his ENTIRE staff are welcoming, friendly, pleasant, competent and efficient in all matters.

My RLS is being minimized with vein ablation in my legs....thanks to Dr Kaveh!!! He truly cares and listens to my challenges with RLS. He is also weaning me off of Pramipexole, due to the side effects, and moving to Gabapentin. Hopefully I won't have to take any rx for RLS in the future!!!!! A few years ago, my toe nail was swollen. I went to urgent care they suggested maybe it’s vein issue. Went to this place. They did ultrasound on my veins and the assistant said she didn’t see anything.

But then doctor walked in, saying I need to close veins on both of my legs. I didn’t have any veins sticking out or anything else.

But doctor insisted that I need to do that . So I went for it and my insurance covered everything.

Then I switched insurance to one they didn’t work with. I went to other vein clinics, because it was expensive.

So the new vein doctor said I didn’t have to close my veins and my primary care doctor also was confused as to why my veins were closed.

And yeah my toe nail is still swollen and it has nothing to do with my veins.

I would not recommend coming here, they might do unnecessary procedures on you.

I went to emergency on a Sunday for severe drug reaction. The following morning I received a call from his nurse at his instructions to find out how I was doing at home. That was really caring of him.

If you have RLS. Just know this is the answer! Dr Sassan did a radial vein oblation on both legs . (Sounds tough but it's not) I had no down time and not a single episode sence. After more than 10 years of progressively getting worse untill it was every night. The procrdure was fast and easy. The pain level......... getting poked with a needle. Dr Sassan is very thorough and his staff is also great! My life has made an amazing turnaround I'm walking up to 2-3 miles a day and increasingwith no nighttime cramps or crawling . Doctor Kevah is very thorough, which also makes every appointment very long, and they are constantly running late. Expect to be there 2 hours even for simple appointments. Today I was there for 2 things. The first was done within the 1st hour, however, they kept me in the room another hour while the doctor finished his lunch, just to come in and tell me they don't have authorization to complete the other portion of the procedure. Frustrated, I spoke with his receptionist, Diane, who was incredibly rude! And has failed to put in authorizations for the care I need, but submits for authorizations I don't need because she fails to read the documents sent over by my insurance. This has caused delays in care, and unnecessary visits, but has also pushed me to go to a different doctor for the needed care. The rest of the staff has been amazing, every time I have dealt with them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaveh since March of this year. I had a venus insufficiency as a result of second bypass In June of last year. Dr. Kaveh has been most informative, patient and helpful through a very difficult time for me and my family. My left leg as host to the ugliest and uncomfortable ulcers, sores and blemishes. Dr. Kaveh performed a procedure that tied off defective veins and bolstered the circulation . My ulcers have disappeared and healed. We're not completely out of the woods yet, but Dr. Kaveh has been and will continue to monitor my progress. I heartily recommend Dr. Kaveh . He's smart, caring and considerate.

I originally called another practice and they said it would be 3 weeks to be seen. My issue couldn’t wait that long. I contacted this practice and after describing my symptoms, they told me to come in the next day. Everyone was polite and the doctor was great. I’m an extrovert so I joked and chatted while I was there. My “go to” when a little nervous. The doctor told me everything I had questions about and about the procedures needed. Over the next few weeks they performed the procedures and the healing process began.

I visited Alpha Vein Clinic for the first time today but even before I walked in the door my experience was very positive. I had done an online request for a consultation and received an immediate callback from Linda, and subsequently I talked to Michelle and Miguel on the phone, all of whom put me right at ease about coming in. I was very apprehensive that there wouldn't be a treatment option for the condition that I have, and I was very self-conscious about going in, but Dr. Kaveh and everyone in the office showed great compassion and it was obvious that they are all experts in this field. They went out of their way to schedule a procedure for me as soon as possible due to the severity of my condition (definitely a far cry from the "good old days" when you had to wait a month or longer just to get an appointment much less a procedure). I have full confidence in everyone there and am no longer nervous about having this surgery done.

I would recommend you guys to anyone! You are all a credit to your profession!
