My wife and I each had cataract surgery between 25 and 30 years ago here in Las Vegas. My situation was that each of my eyes was worse than 20/1000. We moved away to the San Francisco area for six years and then moved back to Las Vegas.

I would give Dr. Pizio 6 stars if I could. She was able to correct my right eye to 20/20 with the cataract surgery. Her scheduler at the time wanted to schedule the second eye two weeks after the first surgery. She told the scheduler that the second surgery had to be one week, not two weeks, after the first surgery because of the large corrections. She did not want me to have no lense in my glasses for the right eye and a coke bottle lense in the eye waiting to be operated on.

The right eye had other issues for which a retinologist in the San Francisco area should be left alone. He did comment that whoever did the cataract surgery did a fantastic job both removing the cataracts and correcting the vision in BOTH eyes.

We had no eye issues immediately after the surgery and any other time since the surgery.

I live now in NE Oregon, she did surgery on me in 2010, I was so pleased with her to accommodate me on a Saturday and an emergency situation. She was absolutely fabulous with my surgery. She was absolutely wonderful and answering questions and get me out of eye pain, That one I was told by my doctor in Northeast Oregon that I needed eye surgery. I refused to go to Washington and had him refer me to Dr. Pizio and Las Vegas. I spend winters then in Las Vegas anyway! When I left, she had just opened her second office and now she has five. She is an amazing, gentle suite, woman, plus she is so professional and at the top of her profession. She did my eye surgery on Both eyes & for first time in 45 years I was out of contacts & can see better now. I did mono in the surgeries so I can see without glasses at all. Highly recommend her!

Dr Pizio is a beautiful, warm extremely skilled physician. I had cataract surgery. She operated on both my eyes and a month after my right eye was done and about 11 days
after my right I can only say she did an excellent job.
I am still adjusting to the mono vision but not worrying where are my glasses and/or taking/putting glasses on Is such a relief. I highly recommend Dr Pizio and her staff.

The staff was courteous and professional. The facility was clean and in order.
I was delighted and comfortable. I enjoyed communicating with each person. I highly recommend Dr. Pizio and her team. Looking forward to catarac surgery. Pastor Ken Arbuckle

I had cataract surgery, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very friendly and professional staff, very friendly and professional technicians, and Dr Pizio was always clear, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. And of course, the services she provided and the procedures she performed could not have been any better, and I am extremely happy with the results. The only thing that could have improved is, sometimes, the waiting time that was still great and minimal 3 times out of 5, average once and very long (one hour) once. But I recommend to the highest degree.
