They DONT KNOW HOW TO DO ROOT CANALS! If your canal is infected, they will open it, will not treat the infection fully, they will leave an infection inside, then will charge you. If you come back and say you are still in pain, the doctor will be refusing to redo it convincing you that you don’t feel pain or ask you to go to a different doctor to bring to HIGH END DENTAL S PROOF that your root is still infected!
You will end up will a lot of pain, stress and a huge double charge!

Do NOT use this dangerous dentist services!!!!! Dr. Yasser Gheriani, DMD, took from me 1000$ to treat my infected root canal, DID NOT TREAT THE INFECTION SUCCESSFULLY because he s just a general dentist NOT ordodontist! I came back saying I was in pay and still had infected root canal, if he could plz fix his bad job, but he started hiding, avoiding, did not want to return money, did not WANT TO RE-DO IT either.
Today I went to a different dentist office, so the other dentist with more experience, redid my root canal, said it was very infected and I needed to pay a 1000$.
And Dr. Yasser Gheriani, DMD, is still in hiding, a professional gaslighter, very unprofessional lowest grade dentist possible, put my health into danger, took my 1000$, told his assistants to do everything in order to avoid redoing my root canal.
He put e through so much stress and took my 1000$ and never fixed my infected root canal.
I am giving him an absolute deserved ONE STAR because he is a doctor from hell ! Plz be careful and never use his services. Ty.

After four days of unbearable tooth pain—and getting only about six hours of sleep total during those four days—I finally gave in and called High End Dental. From the very first phone call, I was impressed. The young lady who answered was incredibly kind and helpful, and she was able to get me scheduled for the very next day.

I arrived early for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be taken back before my scheduled time. After the exam, they quickly found the problem: a cavity had reached the nerve and caused an abscess. While it wasn't the news I wanted to hear, I was relieved to finally have answers.

Within just a few hours, I was in the chair having the tooth extracted and a bone graft completed. The entire procedure took less than an hour, and the team made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I walked out numb, but more importantly, finally free from the excruciating pain that had kept me awake for days.

A huge thank you to the entire team at High End Dental for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding care. The entire experience—from scheduling to surgery—was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients, I can't recommend High End Dental enough!

I can’t speak for their dentist in office. The only thing I can review on is how the staff that answers. The telephone is extremely unprofessional.

Booked an appointment online got a phone call to confirm the appointment from somebody who left a voicemail and she sounded like she was just so annoyed that she had to call somebody.

I then called back a couple of hours later to confirm the appointment and it was a different young lady to answer the phone and she had the same unprofessional nasty attitude that the person that loved the voicemail did.

So that’s two strikes and I’m not about to come in there for my appointment and let some stranger stick their hands in my mouth when the first people that I come into contact with their company have really nasty attitudes and his unprofessional.

I had a molar break in half on a weekend and needed an emergency extraction. This office was open and got me in right away. My first visit I was examined and given antibiotics and told to return the following morning. When I returned I had the extraction. I literally didn’t feel a thing! No pain at all! I asked to see the tooth and it was HUGE! The dentist was very good at the placement of the numbing shots. I’m very very happy with my experience!

This is a place my wife and I have been coming to for years. They are very thorough when it comes to dental. I have not yet had to have any major work done but each and every time, they consistently show me that they care. For example, I have very sensitive teeth on the bottom so for each cleaning I get without asking or reminding them the dentist stops the water jet tool and cleans them by hand with the pick. Full staff INTENTIONALLY lied and they never had to lie to me about anything. They Actually choose specific people to blatantly lie to and they were even called a few times by myself before coming in to be seen as a new patient. I always look into a couple different dentists to make sure I’m actually getting feedback from dentists and feedback is important because this dentist specifically tried to be extremely narcissistic and arrogant the second that I confronted their staff about lying to me before I spent a couple hours away from my day to come in for feedback because honest feedback is important to actually choose an honest dentist. I’ve made it my responsibility and aware health choice to not eat or drink sugar and to be plant based and to only clean my mouth with products that are proven to keep my mouth healthy I also get feedback from various dentists because that’s my responsibility to. So when I called this dentist a few times to specify that I’m coming in as a new patient and then I specified I was coming for a cleaning every chance that a staff member was on the phone with me they had the mental capacity to tell me that they may or may not be able to do a cleaning & to specify how THEIR practice is running regarding my specific one on one requirement for me to want to proceed with a person who’s near my body and in my mouth which is not something light; having anyone to be trusted near my body is when I check for proven ability to trust these individuals with MY body and MY mouth. I don’t listen to all reviews as solid evidence because some people lie, but one thing is when I start off with being detail oriented on my end and then I meet any new people no matter what setting this may occur in (I don’t let anyone use their “label” of career to use to weaponize lying to me or omitting or denying details and proof that they’re safe to trust with being near MY mouth), if I’m open and honest yet the other person or group of people lack showing me pure intentions & the staff is not showing me their proof of speaking honestly with me, not only do I now not trust these people to do anything near me own mouth. This staff intentionally disrespected my time instead of telling the truth over the phone about “their practice” because they have a phone and I do too & I called a few times therefore I already asked their staff necessary questions, I already stated clearly what I was becoming a new patient for as a new patient I don’t care what reviews I see if I have an experience that isn’t detail oriented it shows me that the staff is willing to omit, to be lazy & untrustworthy & usually people who are liars/arrogant don’t like it once their being confronted with the truth that they have now blatantly been lying & been untrustworthy toward me which is beneath my standards I don’t omit or give off behaviors that should accept anyone who is willing to lie to try to get me in the door; while instead when I’m on the phone a few hours before my appointment if you omitted information you have another chance to stop omitting and let me know exact details as I am giving exact honest details about myself. The dentist insulting me by responding “ARE YOU A DENTIST!” With an extreme arrogance after being confronted about lying and wasting my time to travel to their office. Especially the fact that when you meet anyone who is not willing to apologize or to tell details before your arrival that’s a HIGE RED FLAG that someone trying to keep a facade and a label and weaponizing this against someone like myself who is being detailed and honest. I do expect to trust any dentist I let be around my body /my mouth ; if that makes someone try to be arrogant and not applies but instead actually try to insult me after wasting my time then trying to play a victim roll they must not actually be a good business because great business people never lie. That’s what makes them actually great. It means they don’t use their label to insult other intellectual people & being a dentist will never give you an open ticket to intrude on my health standards

Dr. Gheriani and all the staff are very kind, respectful, and professional. The service is excellent. I had braces and called a few dental offices to compare options. One told me I would need to remove my braces just to get an X-ray, and several others wanted to charge $50 for the X-ray.

At High End Dental, I was able to get an appointment the same day, the X-rays were free, and I was able to get them done without removing my braces. They were very accommodating and understanding of my situation, and they helped get my teeth back into excellent condition.

I cannot recommend High End Dental enough! I was in an accident which cracked my teeth, and Dr. Joshi and Dr. Gheriami saw me immediately within 30 minutes notice of my call! My accident was at night, and they came into the office after hours, at 9pm on a Saturday night, to help me. Dr. Yasser Gheriani surprised me with the most sincere and thoughtful bedside manner I’ve encountered in recent medical visits to other medical facilities. He showed sincere compassion and empathy for my medical emergency (a broken crown with exposed nerve). I was almost in tears. I was in immense pain and it was extremely difficult to find a provider that could accommodate my immediate care needs, let alone a fair and reasonable treatment price. I was eventually referred to Dr. Yasser Gheriani at high End Dental off Fort Apache, by my primary dentist. Although I was nervous about seeing another doctor, Doctor Yasser Gheriani of High End Dental took the time to thoroughly examine and evaluate my urgent needs for immediate treatment. He took into consideration My financial and medical needs and provided me with a no-pressure, no upsell plan to provide me the necessary and urgent care I required for such an unexpected emergency. From fitting me into a busy schedule at his practice immediately and helping me with the financial costs, filling antibiotic prescriptions, etc., and explaining and exploring many options to me, I felt well informed and confident I felt I found myself a wonderful doctor and practice to take care of me. Since relocating to Nevada, I’ve found it difficult to find companionate and supportive medical providers in most areas of medical care. This was my very first dental visit in Nevada, and I’m so grateful I chose High End Dental. From check-in to deep cleaning, the entire experience was exceptional.

Tundah made the billing process easy to understand and was incredibly helpful during my consultation. Jasmine goes above and beyond with customer service—I overheard her confirming appointments with such warmth and professionalism, and she personally called me to offer an earlier time, which I appreciated. Liana was super friendly and made intake quick and easy.

Gabriel was kind and efficient during both my x-rays and the pre-cleaning process. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout.

Dr. Gheriam did an amazing job with my deep cleaning—my teeth have never looked this good! He was thorough, informative, and professional.

I don't think they're willing to work for the insurance holders while they're for the cash payers. They charge $400 for the scaling which is out of the current market cost, and I really didn't see their intension to help the patient. Probably, they count the patients as the # of sales, not real patients.

Thank you to the staff and dentist! They have completely changed my experience with taking care of my teeth and am now proud of them once again. They are very professional and efficient. They are also very transparent with pricing and offer options to anyone that may need assistance with paying. I highly recommend them for anyone needing work done or considering a second opinion. Dr G was awesome. I havnt had a cleaning or seen a dentist since the beginning of the pandemic. He made me feel so comfortable. And he was very supportive. He did the cleaning and I had almost 0 level of pain. Also, best part, no hidden fees. They told me upfront what the cost was, no surprise costs or anything shady. Highly recommend this place.

I can’t say enough good things about this dentist! He is the best! The entire staff was awesome, I’m one of the biggest scaredy cats there is when it comes to dental work! I had an appointment today at High End Dental for 2 extractions, I was nervous about them but Dr. Gheriani is amazing he was right he told me I wouldn't feel anything and I didn't he is very professional and caring with great bed side manners, he explained every step that he was doing he is amazing and definitely highly recommend him to any one looking for a dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Gheriani at High End Dental. I initially brought my grandma in to see him because she had a toothache while she was visiting from Hawaii. He was quick to assess the problem (turned out to be an infection) and she healed up quickly. Since that visit I've brought my grandma in to see him for cleaning, extraction and also for some additional cosmetic dental work. Each time we come in, Dr. G and his entire staff (especially Tunda) have been exceptional and extremely accommodating. I appreciate their care and recommend High End Dental wholeheartedly.

I’m updating my review because of the experience my husband has had with them. I stopped coming here due to losing my own insurance, but my husband kept seeing them, until today 11/10/24:

The front desk seems to not communicate with each other. One will call and confirm the appointment with my husband, then call later on the day or text him asking to come in later. This has happened MULTIPLE times to him. And the appointments he does go to, he’s sitting there for HOURS, instead of just rescheduling.

Yesterday 11/9, they called to confirm his appointment at 9am. Then he received a call and text message later in the day when he was asleep, asking for him to come in at 9:30am.

We show up at the confirmed appointment time today 11/10 at 9am, and the lady at the front desk tells us that his insurance maxed out, and he would have to pay the cleaning out of pocket. WHY COULDN’T YOU SAY THAT ON THE PHONE AND NOT WASTE EVERYONES TIME?! She was so nonchalant about it too. My husband is in CRUTCHES and still showed up, for you guys to just surprise him with with that?! Seriously?! You guys wasted our time, energy, and gas to drive there, only to be surprised with an out of pocket charge, instead of just letting us know on the phone to wait till next year!

We are fed up with the inconsistency, the constant pushing back on schedules, the LONG wait times he’s in the chair, and the LACK OF COMMUNICATION with the front staff, and lack of consideration of their patients. We are beyond pissed off, and will no longer be seeking services here.

Below is my old review. I no longer feel the same as I did when I first came here.

I haven’t seen a Dentist since moving to Vegas in 2022. I finally was able to get dental insurance and searched for in network providers and came across High End Dental. I looked them up and read reviews on Google, Yelp, and ZocDoc. The reviews convinced me that this would be the best place, along with their hours of operation, that would align with my needs.

I came in today for my first appointment and I am so glad I picked this place. The staff and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent with their services. I enjoyed watching the doctor look at my X-rays on the tv in front of me, as he goes over looking at them. It was cool to watch them as they explain what exactly they’re looking at. The service was very simple and fast. I look forward to having High End Dental as my permanent dentist here in Vegas. Mahalos!

I had my first appointment at High end dental and this place is absolutely amazing! Tundah, The girl that answers the phones and helps you figure out all your financing. She is absolutely great. She is very personable easy to talk to very kind and I’ll go over everything with you as much as you need for her too. The gentleman that did my x-rays he was just that he was a gentleman he did not, judge me I felt like over my teeth that I was extremely paranoid about. He was fast professional, and just a really great guy then I meet with the doctor and he is so extremely nice. I automatically felt comfortable, leaving some situations up to him and he was very easy to talk to didn’t judge me . He explained in great detail with the next steps would be in my process and reassured me. I was in the best hands and I really feel like I am there if you’re looking for a place to go and you’re scared to go or embarrassed or both this would be the place I would go to and would recommend, anyone that asked me about dental work I would have them come to high dental that’s for sure

I love this office!! Our family dentist passed away and we had to look for a new one. After two very unprofessional, unethical experiences with two other dentists, I found High End Dental. Every single person has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. You are greeted immediately upon entering and the staff remembers you. Dr. Gheriani is patient and explains everything thoroughly.
