This was the fisr time seeing the doctor. The wait time was only about 10 minutes. The staff members are so nice and respectful. Once the doctor Illindala came in she introduced herself and asked me about any medical concerns before she started the wellness check. She addressed each of my concerns and she listened to me and looking directly at me. Other doctors are writing and not looking at me but she did. I was very pleased with with my choice in doctors. It was a pleasant visit.

I must say this was one of the most pleasurable doctor visits I have ever experienced. Mercedes greeted and lead me to the room with a smile all the way to the room. She was polite and knowledgeable as she proceeded her exam. Dr L (what I will use until I learn how to pronounce her name correctly), was great, she listened and answered questions with much knowledge. I felt comfortable speaking to her. And Crystal was so sweet. She was friendly and professional. I love my new Doctor and her staff. Looking forward for the next visit. Oh yes I can't leave out the front desk lady. She set the tone for what was coming. So upbeat and friendly.

It's not often that I have good experiences with the front & back office, but at theis location I did. The woman who helped me check in was very nice & helpful & the nurse in the back was as well. She remade sure I was comfortable in the room & answered the questions I had before meeting the doctor. When Dr Illindala came in the room, she was a delight too. She spent probably 20-30 mins making sure all of my medical needs/questions were met. I was very pleased! Thank you.

In all I can say, never has office staff shone more professionalism than this Stellar group ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Team fluidity makes the entire experience remarkable. The genuine compassion that went beyond my expectation. As my GPS failed me I was hysterical. But once they had over the phone navigated me through all the Summerlin turnabouts to the location, the rest was like choreography. I love them Dr Illindala, you & your staff are the best team I've experienced in my nearly 17 years here in Las vegas.

My doctor is great as always. I get irritated at doing cognitive tests … in fact I am insulted! I don’t have any issues and before I even see the doctor I am hit with this stupidity! Also I have to walk up and down the hall to show my balance is okay when I just walked down the same hall and got on the wigglie scale with no help! I am really mad about the clueless staff! I am anRN and we were taught to observe people for problems! If I am asked to do that next time I am going to let you know what I think about it!

I don’t have any medical issues and I feel great, 78 years young. My experience was excellent. I also met another nurse, John, who introduced himself as someone I can reach out to. Professional and experienced Doctor who leads an office team of medical techs /individuals who displays a very caring atmosphere. It is never a chore to go to Dr illindalla she is a delight to talk to and listens intently , I’m always surprised how quickly she diagnoses the problem. Never had a wrong diagnosis Always referred to the correct specialist if required. I have been going there for years. Even with her busy schedule you can always leave an urgent message and she attends to it the same day. . She’s had the same asst, nurse Krystal who I find very efficient and caring. Always returns calls in a timely manner unlike many other Doctors offices.

Not happy with my mother’s care. Make sure you watch your loved ones blood as she ignored my mothers iron levels. My mother ended up in the hospital twice with a hemoglobin around three. They went in down her throat and all over her stomach, trying to find anything that was bleeding. Her iron was so low, but no one was prescribing her iron medication’s. This doctor really did not go over my mother’s Blood work too well; never reached out to tell us she needed iron supplements. Prepare to be your own advocate in this office.

I am baffled that people would give this doctor anything less than 5. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I am 67 years old and have been to many doctors over the years and have been sorely disappointed in some. Dr. Illindala is by far the most caring and knowledgeable and competent doctor I have ever been to. Her staff is always very kind and caring. When I was on vacation in another city, I ended up in the hospital due to an emergency. Her staff called me to be sure that when I got back to Las Vegas, I would come and see her for a follow up and possibly more testing. The reason I went to this doctor in the first place is because two other people I know recommended her👍🏼

I have been going to Dr. Hima Illindala for over 10 years she has a great knowledge of medicine, always takes the time to discuss issues sends you out for tests needed and reviews all results with you. If needed refers you out to like minded medical professionals so you feel the same intense knowledge from the referred specialists. I can get in when I am sick and my appointment times are respected and I can do my blood work there to make my life easy. The office staff are friendly and answer the telephone !!!!
