My visit was great as a first time patient. The staff was kind, patient and thorough. I went in for an extraction and the doctor was patience and went through step by step what he would be doing. Continuously asked me how I was doing, and if I was in any pain and made me a believer again in trusting a dentist!

Really dislike this place. The Dr don’t really care he does and tell you whatever very lazy with his job. I had 6 teeth extracted because him and his just sayings me thinking he a dr and know what he talking about . I wouldn’t refer anyone here he don’t even like doing a basic teeth cleaning .

I had a feeling fall out and had been putting it off to have the decayed tooth extracted.I was walking by I Care dental and decided to check it out. The receptionist and the Dr were so professional and courteous that in less than 30min my bad tooth was gone and I was on way. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I came in for an emergency appointment in the worst pain. The staff was very accommodating and comforting. I ended up needing an extraction; which the dentist was thorough in explaining my options and was able to painlessly remove my tooth. I’ve changed my dentist office to I care dental for all future appointments.

I will never go back there again Dr Lee pulled my tooth & my mouth still hurts he was very rough with my mouth he was pulling my mouth open like I was a mannequin I should have listened to my first thought when I pulled up to a house not a office DON'T GO THERE PLEASE

My daughter was seen by Dr. Le. Dr. Le was uncomfortably close to my daughter. Used her chest as a tray for his tools, rather than using the tray set up by the dental assistant. He became very upset and almost irate because according to him my daughter was not opening her mouth enough. He demanded that she opened her mouth multiple times and complained to his dental assistant the entire time about how he was “tired of asking her to open more”. He proceeded to use excessive force to force her mouth open and not only use her chest as a tray but started throwing his tools at my daughter’s chest. One of the tools hit her on her neck. My daughter is 16 and has been to the dentist many times before and has never had an experience even close to this. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dental office I have ever been to. Bring your children here if you want them to leave traumatized.

Worst experience in a dental office
1st you walk in and you do not even get acknowledged.
I found the sign in sheet with everyone's personal info still on it, still not even a gesture from the two women behind the counter so I decide to have a seat. After 10 minutes one of the two women very rudely says I will need your cards to do anything.
It just went downhill from there the dentist never introduced himself, the woman taking the x rays did not know how to use the machine she even cut me with the plastic thing that captures the x ray, oh and the best part I needed an interpreter because very little English is spoken by any of the staff. The woman that cleaned my teeth was so rough and she did not speak English so she could not even let me know what she needed.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's a house turned in to an office, and it's grimy, dirty, and gross. There were dead bugs in the waiting room and the exam room. The chairs were dirty, and the walls were stained. Aside from that, the woman taking my X Rays had blown her nose without washing her hands, then seemed like she didn't really know what she was doing. I walked out and told the front about how dirty it was, and they didn't seem surprised. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
